Coolest spot in the middle of nowhere! Coffee shop by day, dive bar by night — and thrift store all the time! They just started offering vegan breakfast sandwiches and gluten-free/vegan pizza too! They have amazing lattes and espresso, especially when Preston is your barista. The cocktails are cheap compared to the rest of the world and all the bartenders rock. They have DJ nights for dancing every now and again, and karaoke nights for singing! The outside patio space has lots of tables and chairs and the bar is dog friendly.

Older woman was just as mean and impatient as ever like last year.The red eye with 2 extra shots was yummy black but....They were out of most food and the ham and cheese was barely edible while I actually threw away some of those dough covered hot dog things because they were absolutely disgusting.I have an EXTREMELY HIGH TOLERANCE for bad food but at this price it was all barely edible at best.I don't have food pictures because I was driving but I do have my receipt that I posted.What a shame to fleece burners for such terrible food. I understand you guys have to eat too but I'm an amateur chef and it was really disgraceful to the foodservice industry.

Came in on a whim and I'm so glad. I ordered a smoothie and it was delicious! My boyfriend ordered a beer and everything was super reasonably priced. Everyone welcomes you as soon you come in and you feel like you're in a home not a bar. Awesome atmosphere and the people are amazing. Loved it here.

I came in just moments after opening, very early morning, and to my delight, there was hot coffee, fresh pastries, and an incredibly friendly employee. It seems this place is always open and welcoming when I pass through. A much needed pit stop on a long desolate road.

Great service in a small coffee shop/bar/gift shop. Most everyone here knows each other yet they go out of their way to be welcoming to strangers. Their clock always says 5:02 and they mean it. The coffee is remarkable good as well.

This is a must-visit spot in Gerlach!New management have refurbished the interior. I do miss Bev’s frogs, but the place looks great now!Lacey and Diane serve coffee, espresso, smoothies and a limited selection of breakfast items, beginning at 6:30 AM. All at very reasonable prices.They close for the afternoon and open as a bar in the evening.You will not meet nicer people than Lacey and Diane!

Everyone here is so mean, you probably wouldn't have a good time here.The drinks were very expensive. I mean, I didn't pay for mine, so I can't be sure... But they sure seemed that way.Needs more dogs.
