I’ve taken my dog here twice and have left very pleased. I would have to say the most important thing is the love and care the staff have for the dogs they work with. I have not seen any frustration with any of the workers. When I was there a couple of the dogs wanted to come see me. The staff stopped what they were doing and allowed dogs to come greet me. All the dogs were very happy and didn’t seem distressed.

The cut was exactly what we requested. Our dog, Riley, comes home happy after returning home. At another establishment, he came home afraid and worn out. We love the owner.

They did great with my fur baby Rascal (toy poodle) it was his first time and they said he was great, he fell asleep while they were grooming him. I'll be bringing my other toy poodle Silver in few weeks. Here's a pic of before and after.

I feel very comfortable taking my Pup to the ladies here, they are all very kind and loving with the fur babies and they do such a good job with the trimming on a doodle. Cameras everywhere for peace of mind. I highly recommend.

Took my poodle mix in after having HORRIBLE experiences in the Reno/Sparks area. My dog, Oso, seemed to like Tina immediately. His coat came out whiter than I have ever seen. The cut that he got is absolutely perfect! I made sure to rebook immediately. I think we have finally found “our” groomer. The hour plus drive is well worth it.

Rachel has been our puppy's groomer since her first appointment. She does such a great job, and our puppy always looks so good! We drive an hour one way just to go to her and it is well worth it!

Tina the groomer was wonderful with both of our doodles. Their groomings were done very well. One of our went back to her to say thanks and goodbye! This is our first experience and usually at other groomers he runs straight for our truck!

Every month Kona goes in for his grooming. For reasons not worth getting into, I was forced to find a new groomer, no fun!I was fortunate enough to come across pet n parlor, spoke to Julianne and her side kick and was very pleased. It’s been 4 months, still going every month and 100% happy!11/16/2022- Happier! Can you believe that $h!7! Kona had two de-sheds and goes in monthly for the regular detail. He’s always extremely soft with with healthy skin meaning no flaking, and his coat is healthy with a great natural shine.4/11/23 update. Tori is Konas groomer and she’s FANTASTIC! I really appreciate how they truly care for our babies.6/2023 Yes, it gets better. These ladies are amazing. We and our dogs get treated like it was their first day. Always happy and welcoming.8/2023 still 100% happy with this team. An amazing staff of nice women that does a fantastic job!10/23 I’m even happier, how does this happen?? I spend time in 2 different states. When I'm in Gardnerville, I try to use these guys. The furball never appears traumatized when I pick her up which tells me they are gentle and kind with her. And she always looks stunning when they send her home. Great staff and wonderful job!

Julianne and her assistant helped with our Persian kittie, Danny! I couldn't property brush Danny because of a hand injury, so the poor cat was very matted and uncomfortable. Julianne gently took out all of the matted hair, and now we have a very happy Persian. If you have a cat that needs some TLC, this is the place to go!

I'm so glad I found Rancho's Pet Parlor N Play! I learned that a great groomer I already knew is now here, too! The whole space is set up with your pet in mind. The air conditioner was running strong and cool. The "meet and greet" area when you first walk in was just the right size for my puppy to get used to being in a new place. It was Cooper's first grooming. My 5 month old sheepadoodle was happy to be there seeing other dogs around. I love this place so close to my home!I want to add: My puppy's veterinarian, Dr. Ross from Carson Valley Veterinary Hospital said to tell you that my puppy's grooming was the BEST he's ever seen. He said he'd be recommending you too!

Well my experience was on top Blaire was well taken care of and we came back a little early after she had her bath and we returned again after an hour and she was all done and ready for to go home and I got all kinds of information about Blair and what was going on and the insight I called our vet and Blair's getting a check up and found out that she has arthritis in her back legs.The ladies are very informative to what's going on with our animals and it really helps me us to do what's best for our love little ones
