I have been shopping at Eastern Sierra Feed for many years. I have watched them move through very difficult times and always doing the best that they can do. Most recently I have noticed that they have really upgraded their inventory to include horse tack and gear. If you haven't been in the store before or haven't gone there in awhile, I recommend that you stop by and say hello and check it out!

I came here to purchase some of Full Circle Compost's BOOST top soil for a lawn restoration job that my landscaping business (Minden Yard Care) was working on. I was in a hurry and they wasted no time getting the soil in my trailer.

So friendly and so helpful. They have a great supply of feeds for all animals. Prices are competitive with the big supply store. It's also a great spot to get Full Circle products in bulk. Highly recommended.

Great place for feed and they have a clothing store and a groomer shop. We get our chicken feed there. They have eggs for sale as well. I believe they were $4.50 a dozen. They guy that brings out your order to your car is a hard worker and always has a smile on his face.

This is a well cleaned and organized storefront with a small (and tall) warehouse packed full of plenty of feed and related items for all sorts of animals. Some cute spring chicks are available right now too.At the time of writing, I have visited here twice. Once for Full Circle Soil and a metal trashcan, and once just for more soil. A yard of soil ($66) and a trash can ($28) cost me about $100. Two tractor scoops (roughly 2/3 yard, or ~18 sq ft) cost me $44.50 + tax. All things considered, this seems reasonably priced.I found the employees and management to be kind hearted and helpful. They helped me reinforce my trailer with string to hold the soil. Plus, I like that they use a local and highly reputable soil company. I think some employees could use some more practice on the tractor, but I was just happy to get some tractor service and not have to shovel it myself. You can also buy bags.I'll be back.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The store was well stocked and carries something for any pet. They have a good selection of cat and dog food, toys and supplies. The store was clean and it look like the chicks for sale were being well cared for.

I love this place. After the Paradise CA Camp fire they sent many animal care donations to us. Later on I ended up relocating to the same small town in NV as them. They are always loving and kind with attention to my critter family's needs. Thank you Karen and all the good folks at EASTERN SIERRA FEED.

I will never shop at this business again. I purchased two yards of "Kick" soil and only one was loaded in my trailer (I've bought this twice previously). When I called to try and remedy the problem, I was yelled at by a male employee that works there and accused of lying and dishonesty. I asked him to call me back when he calmed down, but he was too upset and finally hung up on me saying "good luck getting me to calm down and call back you back". The owner "Gary" called back upon my request and said it was a "he said, he said" issue that could not be resolved and said he had no time for this, without letting me say a word. He almost didn't let me talk or even let me tell him what happened. He said that employee had never acted like that in 15 years and didn't believe me. He finally agreed to less "kick" soil as a remedy than I paid for, but continued to tell me he had no time for this. Integrity is important to me and I left California because I got tired of being treated like "Gary" and his employee treated me. I will not shop there again!

This high end feed store had a good selection of feed for horses, dogs, cats, chickens and wild birds not to mention other small pets. They also have equipment, supplements, and grooming products.

Horrible service, high prices and attitude. I did not feel valued as a customer, but rather not rich enough to be treated with respect! I now shop at Laxague on Industrial in Gardnerville, better prices and nice staff.

Was looking for Castile soap to wash our canvas tent....they were helpful but out of stock. Found out this is used to whiten sheep's wool before shearing!
