Ace offering rewards members a 11 dollar discount on turfbuilder. I called to make sure I didn't need to order it on the app. Talked to Eric on the phone and after he did some research he said I could buy at the store. Drove to Ace and they did not honor the discount. Said they couldn't figure it out. Talked to two Eric's. Horrible Customer Service. I'll never be back. Love to shop local but this is why me and millions use Amazon. So Sad. Update. Amazon charges 4 dollars less for 2 bags. Free Delivery.

The helpful place - true. Local hardware store with a bit of everything. Some things change with the season, some things are always on the shelf. The employees are always available to point you in the right direction and answer questions. Sure, the shopping carts are small, but you don't go here to buy bulk. You buy here because you want it now, it supports your local community, and you don't always need to spend an hour going to the big box store.This is the first place I go - I shop here first.Update: Same great service.

This store is horrible, stuff is tossed everywhere, there is no inventory record itll say 3 in store online and the employees won't even know where to look (spoiler 9/10 times it don't matter cause they can't find it).. Bolts are sold by the pound at tractor supply not by the kidney......This store should be shut down or remanaged cause its absolutely worthless

The place to find the most obscure hardware and accessories. You will have plenty of personalized service here unlike the big box stores. A great community resource and place to find those hard to find items. Amazing selection of Stihl gas and electric yard equipment.

This store has been steadily going downhill. I'm understanding of shortages during these times, so I'm not rating based on those -- I'm talking about just pure laziness of the staff. The store was an absolute MESS while the staff were indifferent to it. Racks a disorganized disaster and stuff all over the floor. The chain area looked like it hadn't been swept in weeks (chain parts all over the floor to slip on). Debris in the way so much that I had to re-route several times just to get around to the other side to try to find what I needed.

I agree with another review that the folks working in this store are really friendly; good solid people. I do have a problem however with the availability of products. I generally go in with a list of 3 or 4 things and invariably they do not have one of them. Either they do not stock it or it is sold out. Yesterday, I went in with a list of 4 things and only came out with one. They didn't have Rust-o-leum spray paint in flat white. They had no flower pots. They didn't carry Miracle Grow potting soil. A while back I ordered two benches and only got one. These are not exotic items. I have shopped at many Ace Hardware stores since the 70s. Disappointed...

It's true... ACE is the place!! They have everything you need without the hassle of walking a mile from one end of the store to the other. Any time I can have the opportunity to shop at an ACE Hardware instead of a big box retailer I will always go to ACE.

Great customer service always. Have everything you need without driving to big box store. UPS shipping, faxing, and mix you some paint too! Now they carry Skil products just got a chainsaw cheaper than anyone around. Also carry Craftsman tools now! Does it get any better. Yes because ice cream at the check out! Love them always my first stop when I have a problem.

Was able to get my car keys made. Saved me $200.00. The dealer said I had to take my car in an get it reprogram it was going to be 300.00 plus tax. I'm very happy. It doesn't have keyless entry. That's okay with me.

This is a great place. The kind of place that is needed and appreciated in most communities. The staff is very knowledgeable and knows where everything is located. They know immediately if they don't have it and they'll tell you where to get it. Plus, they give veterans a discount.

Nice size store with lots of items, friendly staff, great collection of tractors used along the property line, I've been here multiple times and sometimes I find what I need and if I'm having a hard time finding something this store is on my list.
