I love this Walmart. I'm an over the road trucker and I'm also a burner.This store is clean and well stocked and the employees are great.I know that the burners and truckers catch a lot of hate but some of us are very respectful and quiet and clean.Please don't throw truckers and burners in the same basket as the ones who trash the lot and cause trouble and are disrespectful.

This store is always busy. Tons of parking, although I usually end up having to walk a ways to get into the store. It's a fairly good-sized store, although not the largest of "superstores." But they are well stocked and have a great selection of items.

Terrible customer service, and communication with customers. While I was checking out, I accidentally miss scanned some meat as I was trying to check out and deal with my toddler crying. Instead of approaching me and asking me to rescan the item someone went through my bag and did not inform me that they were a worker of Walmart, so I literally thought a random stranger was going through my groceries And when I had asked what happened I thought I scanned it, I got no response from the employee and then they just walked away.I understand some people steal but I try my best to pay for my items and mis scans do happen so I felt super uncomfortable the way this was handled.

I love walmart this walmart ib special it's no the best but its soper good i could not find ice-cream 🍦 for some reason they are like repairing the fridges that use to had them. now they also don't have one of the lines to self check they i think are also repairing the machines for self check last time they were like 2 working i guess that they must have broken too. but something i like from tuis wolmart its the bread they still having the 1 dollar bread 🥪 that is pretty good. now they have all the Halloween decorations and costumes they have lot of them some of them are pretty expensive but they are super cool 😎. in other walmarts i have found pizza of 4 dollars but i can't find it here and they were pretty good. i think that this walmart has more great value brand stuff. they have like everything great value. for now there is a lot of 🎃 pumpkins. and halloween stuff like skeletons disguises. this is a pretty big walmart and thankfully has the same tipe of map like other walmarts

This place had truck parking the last time I was here. I was told that Corporate had them close it off. I had to park on a ramp to go in and get groceries. We are out here bringing you you supplies, and can't even get ours. Walmart, you are missing the point. I miss the days when we were welcomed. Store was clean, but had a hard time get through the isles. They had pallets in them. People were super nice and when I complained about the parking, they were very sorry.

THOSE POPCORN TINS BY SELF CHECKOUT ARE STACKED WAY TOO HIGH. ALMOST FELL ON MY MOTHER AND MY INFANT. RIDICULOUS. THE CASHIERS ARE WONDERFUL ALL AROUND BUT THE STAFF ON THE FLOOR... IS AWFUL.

When you purchase big ticket item in the store and put it in your cart if you don’t go directly to check that thing out and pay for it, you’ll be followed around the store by a store associate so the whole time you’re walking around the store somebody’s following you and treat you like a criminal and thieves Even after I paid for it, they still wanted to check the receipt and make sure I didn’t steal it

Clean descent Wal-Mart at times. It's gone downhill quite a bit with the growth of the town.Some staff have become unfriendly and just unpleasant. We switched to online pick-up to avoid the hassle of Walmart, but unfortunately, our order was more than 60% wrong or missing more than half the items, and we were still charged. Don't know if it's just glitches or what, but we avoid this hell hole as much as possible.After avoiding this place for months, we went into the store to see broken freezers and a lot of shelf items out of stock. They start stocking at 6 pm. Pallets everywhere and you can't get through.Photos taken around 9 am. on a weekday. First time I haven't seen pallets everywhere. Heads up to others who want to get in and out quickly.

The worst Walmart Pick up EVER. On several occasion's had to wait over an hour past our pick up time. They have lost our order, items missing and or wrong item sent. Employees were very rude and short with the issue at hand. Other Departments are great!!

Walmart is kinda like the bathroom...you just HAVE to go and use it. You don't particularly WANT to go there. You just HAVE to go. It's just one of life's necessities if you live in a small town with zero options. And it's not even a particularly NICE or even CLEAN bathroom-its barely mediocre- at best. At times you'll find that someone didn't replace the toilet paper and IF you can hunt down someone to help you for whatever reason, they're more annoyed at YOU then you are at THEM for being in your bathroom in the first place.

By far the worst Walmart pick up experience ever. I got a total of 15 times. My time said between 3-4 pick up. I got a text at 3 my order way ready. I get there and check in to the stall at 3:13. Cars that pulled up after me are getting groceries before I am. I finally called the number of the sign at 3:30. He said “you’re next in line” 3 more cars get filled before mine. I finally ask one of the workers what’s happening, they said “I’m not sure I’ll check.” Nothing. I call at 3:50, he said “your order was given to the wrong car. Someone is repacking it now” I didn’t leave until 4:15. Literally a whole hour of waiting. During that time I’m on the phone with Walmart trying to cancel my order, at this point I can go in and grab it all faster than they can! So freaking annoying.I’ll just take my business to Raley’s. It’s cleaner & better produce anyways.

This is not the best Walmart, there is one about 25 miles away in Fallon and it is so much better... cleanliness, product availability, product accessibility... all so much better, so it is not just a supply chain issue. This Walmart is referred to as the ghetto walmart by locals by comparison to Fallon. The employees activley discourage the use of a checkiut that is run by an associate vs using the self checkout. Overall, if you can get to Fallon, don't waste your time here. If you can not get to Fallon and can afford a bit more, go to Raley's or even Grocery Outlet.

I went to the Walmart in Delmonte Nevada near Reno.I would generally give a four or five. This time a one.I could not get down the frozen food lanes. They purposely block the lanes with boxes to it a safety issue.

They have a dirt lot for truck parking but it's annoying to get into because there's a median separating lanes of traffic. Best way to get in is to make a u-turn in the roundabout at the edge of town. If you look on satellite view you will see it. Don't try to make a u-turn in the Walmart parking lot, there's a height restriction (under 13'6"). You can also walk over from the Flying J which I have done in the past but only if you purchase just a few things...

At the grocery section I had to find someone to replace the plastic bays to put your vegetables in. Also purchased a heating pad with vibration but was defective. Staff was friendly however.

They routinely overcharge you for items. Make sure to check what rings up versus what's listed on the shelf.Additionally, there is always stock on pallets blocking aisles, trash on the floors, and items not where they're supposed to be. You're lucky if produce you buy here lasts more than a day or two. The only reason everyone shops here is because they have no other choice.

This is our first bad experience here. Our cashier was a slovenly young man who kept playing with his ear piercing. It wasn't until I took a closer look, that I realized his ear was bleeding! He was touching his open wound, and going back and touching our groceries. This is beyond disgusting. We did inform the team lead, and she was apologetic; which we appreciate. If this slovenly cashier is the standard of this location, then I would rather not come back. I don't care what someone does for a living. There is absolutely no excuse for unclean behavior. Employees like him are a lawsuit waiting to happen. It's a shame, because the other employees, and the team lead were nice. But, the nasty cashier makes the entire team look bad. I'm sorry to have to leave such a negative review.

This is for Renee, stocker @ Fernley Walmart. Yesterday I returned to the same shelf I've gone to for the past 3 months looking for a certain product. Frustrated I asked if the product was still carried in the store and was directed to the employee stocking the shelves in that area. I approached a group of employees deep in conversation and apologized for interrupting them and explained what I needed help with. Renee checked the shelf where the product should have been. The spot was empty. She checked to see if it was in stock, nope and if and/or when it was reordered and would be back on the shelf. She discovered that only two of the product was being ordered at a time so she adjusted the number ordered to reflect what the shelf holds. Yes, she did what she's paid for and expected to do, but she is the exception to service that I recieve as a customer, not just in Walmart, but in many businesses. Thank you Renee for just doing your job with a smile☺️

Fernley is a very friendly town with several fast food eateries and other restautants. There is a Lowes store around the corner from this Walmart and several other retail places within walking distance. The staff in Walmart is friendly and the store is clean. They are open to overnight stays and keep the parking area lit and clean. This Walmart looks like a more recently built one and is a bigger super store. We were happy with our visit here.

Usually has one cashier working late at night. Please hire more people to check out. Customers should not have to ring up their own food. If we do ring up our food we should get a discount since we're working without being paid.
