A good store but always out of 12oz. Jack links beef jerky (all summer long). That being said I like most of the staff but many run when they know someone is going to ask them something 😂 can't say I blame them though because they are trying to stock all day. Keep up the good work guys.

What great customer service!! We were here to charge my car and we went into store for a few things.We were enlightened by two wonderful lady in the shoe department that were awesome. They helped us find what we needed and were super friendly. This is a great store, wished all Walmart’s were like stud.

Do not buy TracFone products! I bought a TracFone from Walmart and the card to activate it for use. The phone did not accept the card and it could not be used. I returned the phone to the Walmart in Fernley Nevada and they gave me the refund for the phone. However they would not return the money for the card. Stating that because the gray area that you have to scratch off in order to activate the card was scratched off they could not return the funds. They told me to contact TracFone which I did and TracFone said they would also not return the funds. TracFone States that Walmart is a second entity and they will not return any money from any cards that are purchased from anywhere else except from TracFone themselves. So here's some advice unless you want to give your money away do not buy this product.

(Usually) Always find what we need @ a low price! I am actually wondering why the cashier chick asked me for my i.d. to see if I was 18 yrs. old? I've NEVER been asked that before nor was I purchasing alcohol or tobacco. I initially was offended & confused but knowing im no where near 18 yrs. old I take it as a compliment! 😄 haha!!

I've visited many Walmart's while traveling and what seems to be consistantly inconsistent is the available checkout lines to the number of customers in line. This Walmart was great at having enough lines open for checkout that my wait in line was minimal which made me very happy. Thank you for appreciating my time as being valuable by having good customer service

Makes life easier! Eliminating impulse buys with product availability and access less of a task well. Being unable to get around as well as others, Walmart's app has made Walmart's site to store my favorite shopping choice and experience.

My husband and I ordered our kiddos’ Christmas presents from Walmart (Fernley NV) since it’s FREE PICK-UP and they also have the best prices online! They have excellent customer service and fast, two thumbs up for Bruce who’s always there with generous customer service and friendly smile we will definitely order more from this store HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!

Not sure when the Wal-Mart in Fernley became a "CONECTION"Center.....but ok.It is not set up the same as other Wal-Marts. Which is a good thing. I think every Manager should set it up they way they want. It might be a coperate owned store, but sometimes managers know what works with what. So, yeah I like the way the Fernley Wal-Mart is set up.

Good old Fernley Walmart. Can't say much about this place other than. It gets the job done most of the time. Living here it's about the only store that holds a wide variety of things that you need. Glad for the addition of Raley's but can't beat the Walmart price.

I was looking for a certain item and asked a couple of store employees about where it was located and the response i got was " I dont know" This is very irresponsible and inconsiderate of the employees. They should of said "let me check" or something to that effect. After working all day long , you dont want to hear "I dont know" instead of let me find out. I ended up wasting an hour or more looking for the item and finally found it myself !!!!!!!!

There is hardly any selection, many employees can be rude, and well it is Walmart. There are a few employees I enjoy seeing every time I go in but I would not shop here if our other 2 options were any better.

Waiting on an employee for fabric takes at least 6 pushes of the button, and trying to find a worker just for help, also they need to be monitoring people who walk into the store, as my husband and myself were walking out a person walked in with their sweater pulled up over their mouth, and no mask, (the workers by the door need to pay more attention, and follow the mask rule!)

nobody wears a mask there and the people at the doors are on their cell phones and dont pay attention to anyone that comes in without a mask. So I've quit going there and wont be back I'll do the 45 minute commute to Carson or Reno..but they lost ALL my business..

The shelves are empty on too many to many items. Better to go to Winco in Reno area and it's cheaper if you're stocking up on food

The worst store ever. Shelves are never fully stocked and it has a real dirty feel to it. My advice is to go to another store

The store is very bad I got my cart checked and stuff taken out before I was even done scanning my stuff they always have some one following the natives around as if there gonna steal something it's very uncomfortable
