The owners are so sweet and we absolutely loved the self wash room - it has everything you need - grooming leash, shampoo, conditioner, ear wipes, you name it. We were able to wash our dog and dry her in 15 minutes. Really felt like a spa experience. Our dog also got a blueberry popsicle after her bath and she LOVED it. Thank you so much!! We will be sure to book an appointment next time we are in town.PS we loved that they had so many dried natural chews. We got dried beef tendon for the car ride and she went nuts for it!! So hard to find and they have a ton of variety.

Absolutely LOVE this cozy little piece of heaven! I bring my pup, Steve, here every couple of weeks to use their Pet Wash Station. So convenient, always clean, they provide everything for your pup bath except bring your own brush :) and my pup absolutely loves coming here! He actually whines/cries/ tries to rush inside while in the car pulling into a parking spot by the building! :)Their selections are incredible, they have a variety of pup cookie treats as well as bones and such.Extremely nice Staff, and I highly recommend checking them out!!

When I'm not in Reno (which is most of the time), this is my pet store; it's super important to shop local, and have plenty of options for your dog. Gabrielle was incredibly helpful fitting us into a harness, and had a lot of patience as we browsed around towards the end of her shift. =)

Love this place! Its adorable and the only place in town that sells the type of food our kitty cat eats. All quality items from food to toys. Plus the people that work there are wonderful. They also have a rewards program!! Highly recommend!

I live down the road from them and have an old 12 year old black lab who had itchy skin and dandruff and all these other signs of some food allergy. After going to the vet multiple times, spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars, we finally just tried switching his food to a high quality, grain free kibble. Within the first month, he had almost no signs of ever having an allergic reaction and was happier than he has ever been. Three Happy Hounds is the best dog store for high quality, reasonably priced food and they even have a self grooming room and tub that's amazingly easy to use! They do raffles where I won a free self-wash! All the ladies there are super knowledgeable and love to help you, especially if you bring your pup in (which we do every time and he ends up peeing on something sorry!). They have frozen organic food toppers that my dog loves, lick mats to keep him busy, toys, leashes and best of all...a treat troft! Full of all the treats you could ever think of, like duck heads , elk antlers, bully sticks (if you know you know) you name it, they have it! Anything your dog needs, they have it, plus something you didn't know you needed. Tonight I went in right before they were closing to give them the big bag of dog food I bought a couple days before cause I thought I got the grain free stuff but I didn't, so my dog got itchy within a couple days and I couldn't figure it out. I read the ingredients again and saw that it had millet in it (be careful, dog food companies like to hide grains and fillers in there). So when. I went back I figured, my bad, I guess I'll buy another big bag of food. Nope! They said "we'll take the bag and exchange it for the grain free version and all you have to do is pay the difference." WHAT?! An open, couple days old, big bag of dog food? I was shocked and so happy cause I expected to pay again. Can't say enough good things about this place, more knowledgeable than Petco, more friendly, wayyyy better food, and no sketchy grooming rooms you leave your dog in for hours and pray he comes out in 1 piece. The best advice I can give you is try them out, and stop feeding your dog pedigree or any of those generic dog food brands. They will give your dog soooo many health issues and possibly end their life early. Read the ingredients and ask yourself, do dogs eat this in the wild? If the answer is no, your dog shouldn't be eating it. Either you pay the couple extra dollars for good food now, or you pay in health bills later. Your choice. Bottom line. Three happy hounds just made a fourth one a happy life time customer after tonight. Support small businesses!

We absolutely love shopping here. Everybody is so knowledgeable and kind. The treat selection they have is huge, we go in all the time. My dog's favorite treats are the watermelon ones and he also gets a fun cookie. If you're in the Fernley area you should definitely go and get your dur baby a treat.

I always have a very great experience at this shop , it’s become my favorite place! I order delivery dog food from them and they always get it to me the day I order. The dog bath is also very helpful!Plus, I got some extra stickers and treats that made my day!

I cannot say enough great things about this store! My husband and I normally get repeat deliveries for our puppy's food from a large and well-known chain store. This past week they have had major issues with our repeat deliveries, so we ordered a bag of our dog's food for delivery from Three Happy Hounds on a whim to get us through to the late delivery. Not only did they have our specific brand of food, but it was actually a little bit cheaper than the big chain store we normally buy from! We assumed it would be here by the next day and when my husband went outside not even an hour after ordering, our bag of food was sitting on our front porch! Needless to say, we are canceling our repeat deliveries from the chain store and we will now be getting all of our puppy's food, supplies, and treats from here!Inside the store it is extremely organized, clean, and very cute with a lot of different options for food and great quality treats! The owner is so friendly and an absolute joy to chat with. She helped me find the best treats for our puppy who is teething very badly right now and as I write this, he is happily chewing away on the pig ear she recommended!I am so thankful to have this store here in Fernley. I would 10/10 recommend Three Happy Hounds to anyone I know!

Their products are great quality, safe and nutritious. The owner and staff are intelligent and educated in being able to answer your animal health concerns. Love the dog collars that are sold at Happy Hounds. They are very durable and last a long time. My dogs like to grab each other's collars when playing and a cheaply made one will fray and get damaged very fast. Bought collars here and a year latter they ate still good. Went back and got more just so my dogs could have a different color. Staff if also very friendly and helpful.

We love Three Happy Hounds!This trip we used the dog wash for the first time ever. It was amazing!! Wash tub is perfect for any size dog. They have a riser for small dogs and a ramp for big/old dogs. You get the room to yourself and the dog shampoos and conditioners smell amazing and work wonders!No more at home bath tub baths for us!

I was BLOWN AWAY with how amazing the service was. Rebecca was super friendly, she gave me a tour of the store and products we talked about our dogs, and she gave me so many compliments and treated me like I was royalty. This place is definitely on the spendier side but they have locally sourced products that aren’t harmful for your pups and I will definitely pay extra for the products and outstanding service and supporting small businesses! Definitely coming again!

Glad I saw this while searching for a groomer on Google. We recently moved to Fernley. I was given a tour of the store and ended up changing our dogs food. The food transition was the best we’ve had, especially for our Goldendoodle who has a sensitive tummy. She was so helpful and informative. They’re finally on Acana 100% and I brought in their food bags earlier this morning for donation.So happy y’all have a tub for us to use. So much easier on the back and for our boys without having to lug them in/out of our tub. We will be back again for future baths!!Please get more of those coconut chips if you can! I bought the last bag—our boys love them!

All natural treats and food! I used their chewy bites and bulky sticks for training my two puppies and my pups absolutely LOVE the chicken strips. They also have a wonderful self service bath area so I don't have to stress about a mess at home!
