I love this place!! The owners are absolutely the best! They are so knowledgeable and kind. They have really cool reptiles and a great supply of feeder insects and mice. I don't have any dogs but I would totally get one just to have them groomed. Every time I come into the shop the dogs look so happy. I will always come to puppy and clips in Fernley before I go anywhere else. Thanks guys ❣️

They took such good care of my dog. When I got her back, she was so soft and smelled like heaven... for days! They listened to my concerns and made me feel like my dog is in good hands. I highly recommend them and will be going back for sure!

My dog "puppy" had not been groomed for quite some time. She went in to the shop matted, long nails horrible looking. She came out looking like a million. I highly recommend puppy clips and pets.

An awesome place to bring your pets for their bathing and hair cuts. The owners are great and truly love animals of all kinds, not only do they do a great job but they are awesome working with your animals. they take their time and yes your pets will be babies and probably spoiled a little more. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else..They love animals and it shows. Thank you guys for doing what you do. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME, AND NOT ONLY FROM THE PET OWNER BUT FROM MY DOGS THAT LOVE TO GO THERE.

My Cocker Spaniel puppy has HIGH anxiety especially around new people. He barks, whimpers and tries to hide. I spoke to Jennifer in great detail about my concerns and she reassured me she could handle him and it made me feel like he was in good hands. At the appointment Jennifer came to the lobby to meet my dog who instantly got scared and barked at her but she was calm and patient with him which was comforting to me. She called us mid-appointment to let us know how he was doing and even with his anxiety she was able to complete his haircut. He looks amazing. He smells so nice and his fur is so soft. He is ready for summer! If we went anywhere else I know they wouldn’t have given him the attention Jennifer did and would have not wanted to groom him. I can honestly say we have found our permanent groomer. Thank you so much Jennifer!!
