A lot of stuff, foods, gas, showers too but the bathrooms are small and crowded. Good spot for 18 wheeler big rigs & RVs. This Pilot is probably one of the smallest I've seen, can'tdo nothing about that I guess. Also the Wendy's burgers is inside. Store was clean and has a Casino too.

It’s not the biggest pilot. The bathroom only has 3 sinks and 3 booths . Most of the space is occupied by the casino. The Wendy’s breakfast wasn’t bad. The CAT scale is NV you need license plate numbers for truck and trailer for your ticket. Get fuel and go.

The store is small and a little uncomfortable when it gets crowded. There's a Casino and a Wendy's inside. Place is clean but the parking is also small to maneuver. Best advice when you get here's is to drive slow and don't go all the way to the back because there's no way to get out unless you get help. The worst time to take a shower is around 7pm to 8:30pm.

It's been a while since I've stopped here, and now I remember why. They had no water (10-30-2023) so none of the bathrooms or showers worked, they only had medium and large cups on their drink island, half of their coffees were out of order or empty and the staff is all standing around chatting instead of doing anything to make this place better. Don't waste your time here, go to the Love's on the other side of I-80.

First, the usual compliments. Cheery, friendly staff, a clean location, and lots of goodies and wares to choose from.On to the unusual:I am a military spouse who was in the middle of moving when I closed my locked car door with the keys inside while pumping gas. The staff went above and beyond in helping me. Scott and Joe were the two gentlemen that helped me the most. Joe walked me through a lock out kit I purchased at the location and Scott provided morale support while I learned my ‘new skill’. Once my car was unlocked, I grabbed some snacks for the rest of my excursion and the staff even celebrated with me at check out.Thank you Joe and Scott for taking time out of your day to help me! ☺️

Spent a 34 hr reset here, ample parking, water was wet and warm if you wished - cleaner showers that I have been to in a few months! The town was just on the other side of the bridge that you see when turning onto Pilot Road. Good food in town, friendly folks, has a grocery store as well. Blue Beacon next door to the Pilot = bonus before rolling out!!Watch out for two guys acting homeless and in need - here is what they drive. They sit on a white bucket at the stop sign leaving from Pilot Road. They take turns begging and playing the roll - when I first got their I saw them, and the next day too. BS story!

I pulled into a parking spot and immediately after I pulled in my boyfriend asks an employee for a lighter for his cigarette, while I go inside and make a purchase, he is asked if he would like to purchase any methamphetamines from the employee. Instead of making a purchase I urgently interrupt the manager meeting taking place inside Wendy's. I inform the team what just took place and am then trespassed from the property because I had applied here before and wasn't given the job. Nadim was the manager that trespassed me for reporting a crime. The employee drove a red dodge truck. I'm absolutely sick to my stomach. This was the most unprofessional and illegal manor of business and I'm ashamed at the behavior of the management of this pilot. These men should not be making the money they make for the crimes they are committing while good sober hard working men and women with kids and responsibilities to tend to get pushed along. Fernley is a wholesome and upstanding community and with immoral customer service at the front line of the community leaves no room for our youth to thrive.I have formally made a complaint and my case number is 06047032.

Out of 8 pumps, 3 were not working for the last 5 days as of today 5/11/23. Showers are nice and clean.

Good pit stop for a road trip! Only problem is the parking lot does not have enough gas pumps, especially considering the usage of this location as a travel stop.

Nasty bathrooms, Wendys was dirty. I can get a free wild river snack for fueling but dont have any,lol mayb I need start going to ta,petro,sapp bro,qt anywhere but pilot hmm. Whatever

Awesome friendly truck stop! Linda and Sam were absolutely wonderful at taking care of me. Checking me out at the register friendly. The maintenance guy on that shift was also great cleaning in and outside of the building. Great clean inside!

Credit Card cloned at gas pumps on 10/22/23 AM. I don't know if it was staff or a rando, but the purchase that was flagged was in store, so my guess is staff. Thanks to them I almost got stranded in Winnemucca without a way to pay for gas. I don't often go to this station because of how hard it is to get in and out of and how dirty it is. There are other options around I will never go here again.

Very neat and clean travel stop along I80 in Fernley, Nevada. Their bathrooms are extremely clean and tidy. They have a Wendy's and a Dairy Queen inside along with a place with slot machines.

Nice, fairly new looking store. Tough to get to because of road paving at the exit off I-80w. Otherwise, very good place. Kurt behind the counter was very friendly and helpful! Good job Kurt!👍

We love pilot to get drinks and snackaffordable gas. Go to the restroom and coffee is very good also. If you need odds and ends they have a little bit of everything staff are always friendly

Always a great deal at any Pilot station. The cashier was friendly and the prices were good. Pumps are nice but can be a bit pain to get into. Watch out for the big rigs,

The entire staff went above and beyond. I drive the lower 48 as an OTR TRUCKER and it's nice to be treated with respect. That is what I got here.

Apparently this site doesn't exist on the app. The app don't pull up this site so you have none of the features of the app such as reserving a parking spot or a shower.And of course you call PFJ customer service and low and behold a truck stop business don't have 24/7 customer service because you know trucks only run 6 days a week and only from 7 to midnight.It truly is a shame pilot had to buy flying j. The only truck stop chains with good customer service for years, and now that pilot owns it the service sucks.Way to go pilot flying j...

This one loses two points simply because of its location and ridiculous parking lot. I've been to hundreds of Pilot/Flying Js all over the country and most of them, not all, have convenient access to and from the major highway.This one is absolute lunacy. There is only one driveway in and out of the station. This one-way-in-one-way-out suffers extreme bottlenecking that results in at least a ten minute wait to get back out onto Business 80, then depending on traffic, another five or six onto the freeway itself. Why?Most people exiting this Pilot turn left to get back onto the interstate, which in turn, forces a line to build up on Pilot Road. That doesn't include the other people who are waiting to get onto Pilot Road from the parking lot. So, in essence, you have two lines you're waiting for just to get out of this gas station. This is a severe problem if you're towing a trailer or a very long load behind you.Seriously. Who designed this parking lot? There wasn't a way to construct/connect a back entrance around this bottleneck? Do yourself a favor and use the Love's on the other side of the freeway, or the Flying J just up the freeway. Plenty of open space at both of them and no waiting just to get back on the road.

Will never go to the Pilot in Fernley,Nevada ever again!!!! My husband stopped to get diesel,both signs they have stated cash was 3.99 and credit was 4.05. When my husband went to pay with CASH they told my husband it was 4.05! When my husband stated he was paying in CASH they still told him it was 4.05 and there was nothing they could do about it!! So we had to go to the Love's down the road to get cash pricing for diesel!!!

I went to Wendy's for breakfast and I godda tell ya,the management on weekends (Amy) has her crew in order. Sunday mornings typically people are headed somewhere and they dont wanna wait an hour for breakfast,so they stop and get fast food. I highly recommend Wendy's in the morning if your in a rush. They were friendly and very fast! The food was hot and great!

Good gas, but Wendy's food sucked. No taste burger, I ordered it without onions and the first bite was awful. Hot and tasty fries would apply if you could rat them with too much salt.

Rude staff and filthy facilities! Don't shower here! Disgusting! Toilet hadn't even been flushed in the shower room so do you really think the shower was cleaned?Keep going down 80 and bypass this one. Poorly run and they clearly don't want the business!
