In my opinion loves truck stops are the best. This loves has almost everything a trucker needs. The only thing about this truck stop is it has a small parking lot but other than that I definitely see myself coming back here. Keep on trucking America!!

This gas station rocks! Super spacious, tons of lanes, and even an attendant to help trucks and RVs find open lanes to get gas. Gas prices are affordable and price matched with the Pilot gas station nearby. They have a dump station to the side ($10 for black and gray water, prepay at cashier), which also has air ($1.50 with coin, $1.75 with card) and fresh water ($1 per gallon). They even have fresh water pumps in between some of the gas pumps.Even though we had to travel a bit further from Reno to stop by Love’s before heading up to Burning Man, it was worth the slight detour!

We spent a few days in Lovelock, Nv where there were regular train schedules and a surprisingly active interstate. But we were still able to enjoy our visit with its spectacular views. As we made our way west we stopped at the Love’s Travel Stop. They were the cheapest on gas in the area at the time via Google Maps. They also had a working dump station. We stayed long enough to eat a bowl of cereal and to have a short walk for the girls. The clerks were kind and professional even as busy as they were.

Been waiting almost an hour for a shower while they leave the young guy to tend the desk. Management knows better than this. Shower doors open and empty! I finally had to go and say something before someone did anything. As usual this goes to corporate first through the Loves App. And then on Google reviews. Remember folks if something needs to be addressed use your Loves App while in the store and it will go straight to corporate. When I went to the desk to say something, 4 people pour out of the office. Several times said people milled around the fuel desk but made no move to clean all of the showers and every single one was dirty and empty. I waited an hour, the longest on the list. After my 18 minute shower they had blown through 9 customers!

Great hot dog bar and gas prices. There is lots of stuff to eat at this gas station and convenience store. The bathrooms are great and the staff is friendly.

The worst and most unfriendly people we have seen so far at the pumps.We have been to over 100 gas stations all over America and this is the first time we have experienced the staff being very rude. Especially if you have a box truck, you won't even get a shower, and they probably wouldn't even give you a free drink, even though you make more than 2000 gallons a month. We will never return to this place.

Fueled 95 gallons diesel. Went inside to cash a comcheck and was told receipt was too old and have to pay a fee to cash check. The General manager of the store said "too bad you should have cash b4 receipt expired" I tried to explain I just fueled. He was not interested in helping. Just following the computer.

The shop techs are awesome. I’ve been to cleaner, better stocked Love’s locations, but this location is always BUSY and they manage to keep things well maintained. And did I mention the shop? Duane took all the time needed to find and repair a ground fault in my tractor’s tail / brake light. A real pro, that man is. All of the staff here are top notch. I appreciate all of you. Your work is difficult. We professional drivers bring the goods, but we’re nothing without good techs to fix our trucks, good food, clean facilities, and your dedication to work worth doing. Thank you!

Always a good stop when traveling this way. I only wish the restrooms were bigger. I feel like everytime I go here all the stalls are being used. Other than that... no complaints.

We overnighted there to wait out a snow storm over Donner pass along with an overflow of truckers doing the same.In the morning we went in for coffee and breakfast. The older lady behind the counter greeted us and was very nice. Every one in Loves was exceptionally nice and greeted us too.The store was fully stocked and clean. There was a lot of choices for food. Including a lot of very fresh healthy choices.

Employees are nice, but manager on duty 6-11-23 in the afternoon was terrible, she blamed a customer for doing what they were told, to turn the car around that the pump was shut off. Someone pulled in and stole the paid for gas, the manager said it was the customers fault and Loves wouldn't do anything about it.

Excellent gas prices, friendly staff, hot, fresh food, and quick and easy access on-and-off the freeway. Everything a truck stop should be! In fact, I drive out here from Sparks regularly just to save about fifty cents at the pumps. If you need to stop in Fernley, there's no better choice.

99% of the staff here is awesome. Kendraand Phil however are not. This is a truck stop, a place for truckers and migrant workers alike to refuel, refill and relax. You even have a casino! Kendra is always being rude, discriminating and flat asks people to leave if she thinks a couple hours is too long. Not good for a business that's supposed to support other traveling businesses. She doesn't listen when others talk. Just straight says leave. I will be called corporate about your poor attitude and judgment. Phil also jumps on the bandwagon. Disgusting how even being polite and spending money at an establishment they just decide someone isn't good enough to be somewhere. Beautiful to know there are people in this world that take one look at someone and decide they don't deserve service. A wake up call is something ignorant people like this could really use. I dont understand how people like you become managers treating others like lesser.

I had to come to this Love’s location because this is the only one in Reno area. I traveled 76 miles round trip to utilize services at this location twice . As of today 04/25/2023; customer service is fantastic. On 04/23/2023 at 8:00 pm though the fresh coffee bean grinders (both) were out and regular coffee was old.Today after a trip to Las Vegas in my truck I happened to take shower in shower #1st this location ( BTW last week #7 then #4) it still had water fluctuations , sudden pressure up and down and water would get very hot at times. This location needs plumbing work done.Oh also they don’t have wash rags. You get extra drying towel that you can’t use for body soap cuz it’s so damn heavy after getting wet.As much as I love to go to Love’s, I ….m lil disappointed with this location .Everything else is good. Food, refreshments etc. Except coffee as I mentioned ip there .

I had only stopped for gas in my older Class C RV when I noticed a mechanic shop in the semi parking lot. On a whim, I called to inquire if they work on RVs…and if so, could I get someone to check out my rear suspension airbag. The answer…absolutely. Come on back and pull into the garage! Their mechanic, Duane, got right to inspecting the airbag and had pulled the tire off to get a good look. The driver’s side airbag wasn’t holding any air and I had no choice but to drive from Las Vegas towards Reno without that support. Duane did confirm that it was the bag and not a leak from any of the hoses or connectors. He asked if I wanted to replace it and went to check if they had any that would fit my truck. As it turned out, my RV is old enough that it’s difficult to find parts. Duane had called a parts store and gotten some information for me. He wrote down the part number and encouraged me to call around in search for the correct airbag. He also suggested I replace my shocks since they were blown.After many phone calls later, I found one store that had the parts I needed. Duane let me know he could install them the next day. An unrelated situation ended up detaining me for nearly a week and I wasn’t able to get my RV to his shop until a week later. Duane was so polite and professional, communicating with me the entire time about the parts I needed. He was so helpful and straightforward about the labor cost and was awesome in helping me get through the repair process at an affordable rate.I was most impressed by Duane’s honesty and helpful attitude. He really went above and beyond to help me safely get back on my journey. It’s difficult to know who you can trust out on the road. And when you are miles away from home or anything unfamiliar, finding someone you can trust is invaluable. I’m not from the area…but if I lived closer, I would take all of my mechanic business to Duane at the Loves Truck Stop.

Not a good place to take a shower unless you want to wait a couple hours. The staff that supposed to clean the showers are very lazy

My husband and I stopped by to fuel and for a quick shower. Fueling went ok, trash containers around the pumps were running over and the water for cleaning windshields was too dirty to use. The shower in shower 7 had no hot water...we were moved to another one that did. They also had to move a person from shower 6 to another shower for the same reason, before I realized shower 7 didn't have any. One thing I noticed about both showers, which appeared to be fairly clean, is that the toilets did not look as if they had been cleaned for a while. The staff were friendly but some appeared to be under stress when dealing with customers. I hope if we have to stop here again we will have a better experience. This is NOT the worst Loves we have experienced. There have been some so disgusting we refuse to shower and others that after experiencing the shower and how they were not cleaned properly we will not visit the location again.
