The store is kept nice. They have a large assortment of art supplies.They don't carry permanent markers, I think this discourages homeless folk from writing signs to bum at the local mega market nextdoor

Its dollar tree, you arent going to get the highest quality or the most quantity in a package, but on a budget it definitely works out good in the end.

I live in a town 30 miles away with its own Dollar Tree, but I will drive all the way to Fernley to visit this one. The shelves are well-stocked and organized. You can find the things you need in the aisles they belong in. The store is clean and well-managed.

It's getting easier and easier to shop online. Customer service is extinct. Change for 1$ (4) quarters so my daughter could put it in the dispenser for a toy. You could have told her no so many different ways but the way you chose to talk to a child in store made for children. You should not be in public. Please tell your boss you would like to stock instead of cashier. PLEASE.

Update... no change. Different staff today, but they are still very nice.Typical Dollar Tree, except, this one is tidy and well run and the staff members are really nice.

I leave 2 stars because who doesn't love the dollar store, the location seems to stay well stocked.I wish the employees were a little more engaging to all customers, not just a select few.

The Dollar tree here in Fernley is AMAZING!!! I live in Fallon and I come to the Fernley Dollar Tree because of how much better it is. The store is always very well stocked, the store is kept clean and organized, and the staff is a joy to talk to and it seems that they genuinely love working there.

Two employees stand out the most for me. Tonia and Lorena. They went above and beyond helping me gather Christmas ornaments for a friend who is housebound and likes to do crafts. They saw what she was needing and even took time searching pallets in their back room. The store is always stocked with wonderful items and very clean. I highly recommend this store!! And tell both of these wonderful ladies, Stella sent you!!♥️

Manager jumped my case saying I was inconveniencing other shoppers because my toddler was crying. He said I need to find a way to quiet him down when there were at least 3 other children in the store being loud. Dollar tree has lost my business

Showed up at 7:45 P.M. to pick up some last minute birthday supplies for my 10 year old niece birthday party. Lady was standing at the door saying unless you are getting 1 thing the store was closing. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, this isn't the first time this has happened either. The first time I let it go. What is the point in having store hours if the company/employees are not going to honor them?

They had to raise their prices by $0.25 no more dollar store now it's a dollar 25 store. I don't blame them though. They had to do it. Still plenty of Bargains there.

Dollar Tree is very reasonable to state the obvious. You can usually find and purchase something that you normally would not buy because of it's low price at this store. This makes shopping at Dollar Tree fun and surprising.

Love that everything is $1 or less (unlike some other "dollar" stores.) Friendly, help staff who are always hard at work keeping it stocked. Usually have what i'm looking for.

The Dollar Tree has plenty. Everyday household items to decorations to even frozen food. Endless shopping and very helpful and nice employees.
