Oh my lands I love this local store. They have so many fun things as well as every time I come here and I need cleanup supplies. I live in Idaho and I help my mom out here but every time I get sidetracked by all the fun stuff they have and the people are really small town people so nice so friendly and they are helpful. I like to come first and then if I can’t get something here I’ll go over to the “big box store” OK so just as a sidenote, I want to say that as I’m doing this Google review one of the employees came out and asked me if I needed a water !!!!! hello who does that??? nobody so I did ask them for their photo but they were going from car to car just making sure everybody was OK! #customercare 100% he had no idea what I was doing in my car and he was checking on me. I’m just shocked right now. love this place! Shop local.

We used to like this place until just now. We were inside the store for half an hour looking around. They confronted my daughter to put her back pack in the front. Are you racial profiling? If my daughter's belongings go missing are you responsible? If it's your policy you should have a sign in the front and should have been asked when entering the building.

Worst customer service even the manager brian whatever his name is . Return policies posted on website 30 day return policy with receipt. They did follow through and they were really rude about .

Just an average store here with nothing to write home about. They need to expand on their inventory as they do not have everything that someone may need. Was shopping for some insoles for my boots and they don't even sell any insoles for shoes or boots. Also, their prices are on the expensive side with what they sell! Customer service could be improved in the store as I find when I go in their store, you have to look for an employee to assist you with finding something, otherwise they are friendly and professional.

In the area for work. Decided to stop by for some supplies,Tired of giving all my money to Amazon, sometimes you just gotta see the product 'live-action'. Big R had good options allowing me to save a few bucks.The place is similar to a Tactors Supply but larger inventory and wider range of products. Helpful employees too.

Soooo many things here for home repair, gardening, pet supplies, livestock care, gun ammo, and more. I love visiting this store. They have everything you could possibly need and decent prices. I love some of their old school sodas by the register too.

Can't ever get out of this store without buying something. 99 outta 100 times they have what I came to get.. they have some older gentleman that work there that really know there stuff and are always there willing to help till your done getting everything you need. I go to this store instead of corporate Lowes or home Depot cause their employees are more confused than you are walking in with a blindfold on , even then when you ask them a question their mouth stays open so long that soon a puddle starts forming on the ground...long story short great store ,knowledgeable staff, Great customer service and some really cute young woman that work there,👍👍👍👍👍👍💯

Love this place for everything! Great selection of all! Especially love the dog items - treats, chews & great toys! Beautiful western items including jewelry too! Have found lots of awesome gifts here too! All reasonably priced as well! Beware when you arrive, you may be there a while! So much to see! I rarely leave without at least 3 things! Enjoy!

I regularly stop here first before attempting a bigger box store. Not only can pricing be competitive but I also enjoy being able to find purchase options for higher quality items. However, the most inviting part of this store is the friendly atmosphere. I recently stopped by to make a couple purchases and found myself browsing after selecting what I wanted. An employee happily helped me browse. After checking out and saying goodbye I then realized the store had closed 20 minutes earlier. I felt bad for keeping them. The service was amazing even after hours. Thank you.

Big R is AWESOME! Where do I begin?? Great customer service, excellent pricing, spectacular inventory! What else do you want? I even noticed the premium dog food was priced better than Amazon. The store is also very clean and organized. We'll shop here for years to come, always nice to support local as Big R looks to support their community.

Great customer service, friendly people, and a great selection of items you may need. They're just isn't a good selection of parakeet food; Only one kind. But other than that lots of selection for other things. Toys for birds and other animals, bedding, and other things one may need.Plus you can get clothes, socks, work socks, boots, gloves, hats. A wide variety to choose from.

The prices, selection & staff are wonderful at this store. Ron was so helpful and friendly; he went above & beyond to assist me in locating my product. Kimberly, at the register, was also very friendly and helpful. Having worked in the customer service business for years, I recognize good service when I see it. Great job, guys!

They always have what I need! The customer service is phenomenal and the staff is always friendly,even the gentlemen outside in the cold doing propane! Id rather pay a tad bit more at big R than deal with walmart.

Love this place! If I need it, they usually have it when it comes to ranch and home items, western wear, etc. $3.99 a pound on mixed hardware is a great deal compared to Lowes per piece pricing. They sell premium Golden Fire wood pellets at a very competitive price. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff always eager to help. My favorite place to shop.

Went looking for a dog corral, found it in the first aisle. Great selection! They have everything you need, from dog, cat, hen, and horse to fixing your tractor or car to mending a fence or fixing the plumbing and a great selection of wear.Thanks Big R!

In the past they have been rude to my son and I when we forgot masks, which actually do not prevent COVID anyway. This time I went in with a face shield, looking to buy some more face shields as I cannot wear a mask with my health issues. They had none so I was disappointed, but at least they were not rude this time.

Went to buy a dog kennel, the price on the shelf was 24.99 but they rang up 34.99 and 39.99. Not a single one was 24.99. I asked the manager rebecca for the tagged price, but was refused!!! Learn the law. I will never go back!!!
