*THEY'RE AN ALL- IN- ONE STOP SHOP*They have healthy Superworms, large and small Dubi Roaches, along with a wide variety of different items for reptiles anywhere from cricket gut loading foods, to terrarium furniture, different sizes of heating pads, different types of substrates, snake bedding, tortoise houses and everything in between for reptiles, amphibians, fish, hamsters, along with cats & dogs ..... They also groom cats and dogs.They now carry wide variety of reptiles such as: 2 Red Eared Sliders, 4 Leopard Geckos, 5 young bearded dragons, a young gecko( didn't check the species), a ball python, a young chameleon, 2 Dessert Monitors, including a wide variety of species of fish.(Please keep in mind that the critters do sell fast, so who's there can vary...)They also carry a wide variety of sizes of tanks and terrariums including the terrariums with front opening doors as well as any other supplies you'll need....and if they don't have exactly what you're looking for, let them know, they'll order it.Currently they're located in the strip mall the old DMV used to be in, they're the 1st business of the strip mall to your left as you pull in.***THEY'RE RELOCATING MEMORIAL DAY*** TO: 735 South TaylorYou should really stop by and check them out.You absolutely won't regret it.

Absolutely LOVE this place! They do an amazing grooming job on our floofy Pyrenees, and our good ol' border collie. So kind and gentle with our beloved pets! Very reasonable prices, excellent customer service ... we're customers for life!

This is a great place for a local pet store. But there is a worker who likes to watch people when you’re walking around trying to figure out what is best for your pets or deciding which reptile or fish to get. This is a constant problem and getting to the point where me and my friends will not be supporting them because this worker and her constant staring and lurking. Thank you.

I wouldn't take my dog back to this shop. They messed up his coat by cutting way to short, and to top it off the gave me a price and then tried to say they were going to cut me a deal considering they messed up and the deal was actually more then what they originally quoted me for.2/21/20202This about post is outdated and meant for another shop this is my bad but I'm still upset with this business for other reason and I'll post conversation and reasons shortly. Buy must apologize for my original review that was intended for a different shop for a different concern. As for timely responses from the actual owner of the shop 5/5 for her response time and trying to address and fix the situation.This is the updated overall review of the shop and sadly I still won't be returning to this shop for business. Thank you for trying to fix it but the damage is done and to late. Sorry.

It’s great that there’s a pet store in Fallon but unfortunate that the owner is not a kind person. She makes employees feel incompetent and has no patience to train them.Edit: In response to owner, I don’t know what makes you think my name is fake. I was a customer who happens to know someone who worked there for only two days before she was fired. This person was honest about their lack of knowledge and was willing to learn and ask questions. The manager was not willing to train them. It’s laziness in management and doesn’t really fly nowadays and I really don’t feel comfortable shopping there if the owners are that cruel. In fact your response to my original review solidified my original opinion of you. I have a good paying job, thank you. I hope you find your heart, Jean.

It's nice to have a pet store here even if it's small. They do have stuff that Walmart doesn't have. The walk in nail trims are great. The owner is a little prickly but the employees have all been very friendly.

Came in for a new tank to house bullfrogs. Prices are comparable to Amazon or better. Fish & other animals looked very healthy, everything was clean & neat. Definitely coming back for any of my small pet needs & dog toys in the future.

Absolutely a five star establishment. Clean, lots of pet items for sale from cats to fish to turtles. Unfortunately previous groomer left the business (she was also five star) so Family Pet Connection was recommended and glad it happened.

I wish I would have read through the reviews before bringing my dog here. I had a beautiful long haired dog(Golden Retriever) and I told him not to clip her- so he clipped her with a 4 - all I asked was for her paws and around her underside(where pee is) to be trimmed. My husband had to pick her up and when I got home I could not believe the hack job they did to her. I’m so glad I didn’t see it at the store or I would have lost my mind. The cut is so short all of her beautiful fur is gone, it’s choppy, uneven, and now I’m out $60 for it. I wanted her bathed, brushed, and paws and underside trimmed- he did whatever he wanted. I’m just hoping that he hasn’t permanently ruined my dogs coat since dual coated dogs aren’t meant to be shaved. I hope they stop their grooming services- I would never take my dog here again.

FPC is small, family-owned store that provides pet grooming and a variety of pet supplies for cats, dogs and other small animals. The owner as well as the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this fine establishment

I went in to make a appointment for my older dog for nail clipping and the lady took my dog right away and was very gentle in the quick procedure. I went back couple weeks later and another employee there helped me find the right product for my dog to combat their flea problem.

In my opinion no one should leave their pet here for grooming. I used to take my maltese here and since I'd never used a groomer before I thought maybe it was normal for my dog to sleep all day after his appointment. When I would pick him up he would be shaky and panting heavily and the groomer, while smiling, would always have some comment like "hes such a brat" or "spoiled dogs are such babies during grooming". After a few visits, as I'm getting to know my dog better, I realized that not only was he sleeping more after his grooming appointment, he was lethargic for a day or two after. I checked online to see if this was common behavior and read that it's not common unless the dog had been given a sedative or was totally stressed by the experience. I called the chick that cut his hair to ask if she gave my dog a sedative and (this is what really freaked me out) she just abruptly answered "no". She didnt ask why I asked or anything. So I told her we wouldnt be returning and she said "ok" and hung up. That's not how I expected her to respond and it seems inappropriate to me that she wasnt concerned. At this point, I doubt that a sedative was given to my dog but I have no doubt that his experiences with this "groomer" were so stressful that he needed "recovery" time after being groomed by her. This was a few years back and I dont know if this particular person still works there, but either way, I would not revisit this place or recommend anyone go here. Anyway that was my experience with this company and my maltese acts totally normal after appointments with our current groomer.

it is hard to get in but i have learned he is the best in fallon all of my friends use only him. you have a wait to get in due that he does stay very busy though. hes not that bad from my experience. i just want the best for my babies so he's it....

They cut my dogs nail way too Short I mean that they needed to be a little short from what they had going there and come to find out that they were so short that there bleeding we’re bleeding but stopped bc when I got home then had to change T-shirt bc it had a small drop of dried blood on itbut you guys need to be more educated on how to clip black dog nails but it looks way better then what they had but iHad a bloody shirtand I hope it’s some else instead of this new guy whose more educated and on top of that he had a shirt soaked with something wet idk what it was but okay
