Very nice store serving the Ely community. It was a large store with a nice variety of products and prices were good. We were spending a couple days in Ely and I had forgotten a couple OTC items. Was able to pick them up and find a great deal on their store brand. The people were very friendly. Being from a small town, we appreciated the small town kindnesses in employees.

All the screens are broken so you can't see how much your being charged when the cashier's are ringing up your items. I was overcharged $20 today 10/15/23 because the tag says one price and the Register says another price but you don't know you're overcharged until you get your receipt and go Over everything and have to try to remember a the price tags/sales this is not the first time I have been overcharged because of broken screen's 2 screen's work out of 9.

The deli needs improvement, you don't mix new fresh food with the old I saw it with the macaroni and cheese they put it into the pan that has been there awhile when it should have been put into a new pan, and the prices are to high

This is fantastic locally owned grocery store I live in eureka and go out of my way to go to this grocery store they have fantastic prices and great sales on stuff the customer service is fantastic the customer service at Rains in Eureka is horrible it’s definitely worth the trip to Ely to go here

We were visiting Garnet Hill and Ward Mountain but needed a few additional supplies. We found the only market in town and were happy with the selection. The prices were very good. The staff was friendly. The store has a bakery and deli as well as the standard groceries and weekending supplies.

They never seem to have enough of the items that are on sale each week. With the current grocery prices, a lot of us plan our meals based on what's on sale. If that's you, try to get your shopping done at the beginning of the week so you don't miss out.

Better than I expected for a small town grocery that is off the beaten path. No organic fresh produce, which was no surprise. They had organic dried mangoes and prunes hidden off to the left side of the produce section with the jarred garlic and bags of pistachios. They had organic blueberries and mixed berries in the frozen section. They had a few healthy non-dairy substitutes like So Delicious Coconut yogurt, including unsweetened. The only non-dairy cheese was American style slices of Daiya (yuck). No goat cheese. They had a good gluten free bread/crackers/dough/oatmeal selection--look in both shelf stable and frozen. I found Simple Mills Veggie Flour Pita Crackers and Elizabeth's granola. I didn't look closely at the non-dairy milk because I had stocked up on flax milk at Sprouts, but I am pretty sure they had the standard soy, almond, and rice milk. The fresh seafood section had exactly zero fresh seafood, but somehow right next to that section, there was sushi (which I did not purchase). The deli was standard small town deli fare--fried chicken, potato salad, soda, and the like. They had a small health section in the front near what looked like an out-of-commission pharmacy. I found a few protein bars I like. Like many small town grocery stores, they had household, automotive, flowers, and a few gift items covered. I like that it is family owned.

Was not happy a few days ago with the cashier he was just bagging my food and tossing it aside and didn't care for my eggs or veggies and fruit. Got home and my fruit was so bruised and had to toss it in the trash. You need to train your people on how to handle food. I was mad that I wasted money

Checker would not stop texting while ringing us up. When I asked if he could stop texting and finish ringing us up, he said it was an emergency. He didn’t seem stressed and if it was a true emergency, call and ask manager for a few minutes to take care of it. I totally felt like he was lying to us. An older man manager was at the door as we left and I told him and he didn’t care!! If you are just passing through town, go somewhere else. If you live in Ely, sorry you have to put up with employees who don’t care about customers, but care about their phones.

Expensive! We travel full time, so we see a lot of grocery stores. This one is rediculously expensive compared to grocery stores in other Nevada towns. We ended up buying only 1/8 of the list we brought.

Ridley’s, ELY is great! Fortunate to have such a well stocked store so far from Elko/Vegas. The place to stock up before further NV adventures.

This store is awesome the employees are very helpful and suggestive the store is clean but they really need to get the price tags and inventory in the correct spots and the stores app needs to be updated I have talked to several people that have the same issues as me... keep up the good work do do have a phenomenally outstanding employee that I just absolutely adore she always seems to help us and she is a great suggestive seller if I will say 9 time out of 10 I ended up back in the line cause of her telling me of all the sells super sweet it's a joy to see her now I'm sad cause the her name is not on the receipt hopefully ur able to identify who she is or next time I'm in town I will grab her name but thanks to all of u and keep up the good work

Ridley's Family's Markets are great grocery stores, aptly named! The stores I've visited were neat and orderly, with well-stocked shelves. The deli section has a nice variety of meats, cheeses, salads and desserts. Some stores have pre-packed sliced meat and cheese for handy and tasty sandwiches. Or fresh ready-to-go deli sandwiches, hot BBQ chicken, and fruit samplers.For selection and convenience, choose Ridley's.

The front line employees are excellent with their customer service. They treat you like a friend. Five stars if they we're better with there everyday pricing, they do however have some really good promotional specials and sale items each week. A high note is the fresh smoked meats they recently added last year. You can buy them hot right out of the smoker, or cold from the deli, either way they're Very delicious.

I have never felt the cold, reaper's hand of time stronger on my shoulder as I stood to wait for what felt like hours for a cashier and her doddery customer to wrestle with some basic cashback offers, only for that hand to reach into my pocket and charge me $100 for a couple of meal's worth of food and a bottle of wine.

Been in the last two mornings and the sushi chef made me a California roll upon request both times. Nice friendly guy and the sushi was great. It’s good to know that if you don’t see what you had in mind, the chef will make it for you!

Love the meat special for 5 for $25! That is a fantastic deal for stocking your freezer. Plus buying by the case for any staples you may use quite often. Helpful staff. Great produce.

The store has gotten to be pretty dirty. Lots of employees standing around talking. Put a broom in those hands. Prices are quite high even given the inflation. You can't depend on anything being in stock. I understand supply chain issues but it's ridiculous the amount of missing products on the shelf. I know they don't have a daily truck but if you go in everyday you'll see that certain items will be stocked that weren't the day before. My recommendation is make your list for the week then plan on shopping daily to maybe fill it. I love the "Skip" app for my phone. The cashiers are great but it's so nice to make a true 5 minute stop at the grocery store!

I am pleasantly surprised to see that Ridleys does look at their reviews. The reason that I gave a 3 star rating was because it seems your freezers do not work properly. My husband went to get ice cream and they were melted at the top shelf, which is odd. The ones in the middle were not frozen all the way either. This prevented us from purchasing anything else that was frozen because of the health hazard. When food is thawed and frozen again it can make you sick and taste terrible. This is the only grocery store in Ely NV.

Restrooms are disgusting!!!Staff is rude and acts like you are putting them out when you seek assistance. Only supermarket in town.So I went to Ridley's this morning and the restroom was CLEAN!!! There was bath tissue in the stalls, paper towels AND soap too!!!Nothing has changed here... staff still rude and disrespectful and the bathroom is atrocious!!! Instead of smoking in the stalls they could be cleaning them. Just saying. And maybe a course in manners and a detailed outline of what "customer service" is. I could teach them a thing a hundred...

We had a long road trip and decided to make a quick rest stop to replenish our supplies. The store was clean and had a variety of goodies. The fresh fruit was a great break from fast food. The restrooms were clean and our cashier was very pleasant. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a great place in a small town. Would most definitely make a stop again next time we’re passing through.
