Tried to go to the La Quinta across the street, and they were rude and unhelpful.So I crossed the street and came to this hotel, and the front desk lady was very nice and helpful, they had a great room for a great price, and they deserve all around 5 stars. It was a great stay thank you guys.

Stephanie was incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind.Great customer service from her!There was roaches in the bathroom.Rooms were nice, I didn't personally love sharing a door with the someone. But other than the roaches and that it was good.

On my way traveling into Las Vegas and California. Room was very confident nice and clean no complaints but needs improvement on the heater unit extremely cold due to snow storm. Love everything about our stay highest give it 5 and the price of the visit was fair for $79.00. I believe that Stephanie has a great staff in assisting customers with their stay. I recommend this hotel very suitable for anyone traveling in too town need some to rest temporarily on business. I congrats hotel on how great have improved on making it like the studio suites with the upgraded looks recommend any one on a budget to stay here with excellent quality service convenience locations for foods and stores.

I wish I could say the service was better. After discovering someone else’s hair in our bed, I requested a room change where Peter then said he needed to investigate. He entered out room with a flashlight only to say “yup, that’s not your hair.” He returned with another co-worker to look as a “learning opportunity” for the new employee. Only then, after entering our room twice, did he give us keys to a new room. “The last one available and my favorite room.” This was a lie, there is no more than 3 other guest in the entire motel. This new room had things we didn’t know we were supposed to have in the last room. (Microwave and a fridge). When I tried to shower in the morning I almost flooded the bathroom due to the curtains being put up wrong. I had an okay experience 2 months ago. After Peter’s bad service, will forever remember this as Hotel SHIx.Megan is the only exception! Very sweet, she took care of us and actually cared for our situation

Wonderful stay. Clean renovated room. Janice checked us in, Peter helped with check out and SOPHIE was the fabulous person who cleaned our room. Thank you SOPHIE for the clean, well out together room.Basic hotel with clean beds and sheets. Nice new shower and renovations look good. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Eclipse Trip!We came in from the east coast for the eclipse. The hotel is being renovated and we got a premium room. The room was nice and clean. Janace at the front desk was super nice and very helpful with suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Would definitely recommend a stay here

Stephanie helped us check in and found us a ground floor room so we didn't need to carry our things upstairs (we were moving so head lots to carry in). She let us park our trailer in front of the office and kept an eye on it all night. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to tell us which restaurants were still open at our late check in time. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean, had a fridge and big tv. Not fancy - just what we needed for a night of rest on our long trip at the right price.

I arrived in town and had trouble with my phone, so I drove to the Motel 6. Peter was the clerk who assisted me. He was professional, polite and very helpful. I was able to get the last available room for the night. Although it was expensive, and more than I wanted to pay, (over $200.) the room was a single king bed and had recently been remodeled and was very clean and comfortable.

This is the first 6 motel that’s actually clean! The staff were super friendly and sweet, I’m traveling from WA to Las Vegas with my family and we walked into our hotel , super cozy and clean, the bathroom super clean: water was clear: towels were white, super super clean, beds were cozy aswell, the only thing I was Eh about was the AC since we woke up stuffy other than that great service!! 5/5

Wow!! Best customer service ever!! Thank you to Peter and Michael. A computer glitch meant my previous days reservation did mot ho through. I showed up at midnight, after a long drive, with no hotel room booked. All hotels were SOLD OUT. Peter found me a room and had it cleaned quickly. An exhausted me is beyond grateful. The newly renovated room was great. Amazing customer service - they’re THE BEST!!

We stayed in Ely, NV on the way out and the way back, and had a completely different experience each time. The first night, Jake took over a half an hour to check us into our room and never did make it down to fix the new TV set in our remodeled, still Motel 6ish room. On the way back, Peter was very efficient and kind and came down right away and fixed our TV set. The room seemed much nicer, and we had more controls on the air conditioner, so didn’t need to wake up every time. It turned itself on and off during the night. Maria was incredible and treated us like her best oldest friends.Food & drinks: Peter offered to recommend a local restaurant.

Not my usual choice but after a super long drive, we just needed a place to sleep. Stephanie was personable and efficient, and check in process was quick. Room is very clean, it says pet friendly and no carpet so I’m glad no lingering odors. Hotel overall could use a refresh of paint, maybe it’s slowly being done.🤷🏻‍♀️its late so I’m not familiar with location.

I’ve stayed at the motel 6 in Ely a few times over the past weeks, and I must say that it’s probably the best place you can get a solid room for a decent price around. The recent renovations have made the rooms themselves feel very modern and accommodating. The staff are all very kind and helpful. Peter, who helped my friend group at the front desk, is very kind, funny, and extremely helpful for any questions or concerns that may come up over your stay. Overall I’ve had a great experience here and cannot recommend it for any Ely travelers.
