Visited 3/18 at around 6 pm. Only able to order from a kiosk. Which meant nothing because employees only focused on the drive through. We watched our order sit on the counter for 15 minutes while the person in charge worked the drive thru without acknowledging anyone in the lobby. Another employee came close enough to the front for us to get his attention and when we asked if our order was ready he shrugged and said “don’t know, have to ask her.” And he walked off. Finally another employee checked in our order and confirmed it was complete and handed it to us. No napkins. No cups. We ordered 3 cheeseburgers a fry and a happy meal. Worst McDonald’s ever. Also no napkins in the lobby. No clean tables to sit at. We had to wipe one off with toilet paper from the bathroom because guess what….no paper towels either.

My family went through the drive thru and we did have a fairly large order considering how many people we had to feed. We were patient and cooperative, but our order kept getting messed up. Although eventually they fixed the order for us, the food ended up being cold, dry, we were missing half our order forcing us to drive back and go inside which they did not seem happy about us going through the lobby whatsoever, and two of the cheeseburgers had absolutely nothing but bread and meat on it. Which was not what we asked for. As well as a happy meal missing a toy. I understand mix ups but how hard is it to do your job? I work at the same place in a different town and this is absolutely ridiculous service. Definitely do not recommend.

We went to this Mc Donald’s twice in a five day period while passing through during our trip. My first experience was on Sunday 3/17. We stopped in to grab the kids some breakfast before our 8 hr trip. My husband ordered through the app (which he does on a regular basis at home) and I had to go in and make a specialty order for one of the kids. As I walked in a teenager greets me with, “You need to use the Kiosk”. No welcome to McDonalds or how can help you but a very quick you need to use the kiosk and then turned on his heel and walked away. When I finally flagged him down because I needed help he seemed put out by that. After I got my portion of the order I went and waited in car the for my husbands mobile order. When the same kid brought it out and told us that they didn’t have a coffee machine working for the mocha and Iced coffee. He told us he could get us just two regular coffees which were halve the price of what we ordered. We told him no and we would like to be refunded. The kid told my husband they couldn’t refund and we would have to contact corporate. My husband said no we wanted them to refund the missing items. After a heated discussion my husband settled for another McGriddle. Our second experience was tonight 3/21. I paid for 3 meals which came to 28.00 dollars. When I asked for more Barbeque sauce the girl at the drive up window she rolled her eyes and tossed them at me. Then when my niece reached in for a fry she said they were cold and we were missing one fry. I called to complain about the horrible service we had received the manager Leanna hung up on me three times. When I told my husband he tried calling and talking to her and she hung up on him as well. Finally after many tries another person answered and tried to help resolve this. Look, I know no one really goes there to eat the hamburger of their life but an American Icon of an establishment should have superb service skills. The owner should go and visit Chick-a-filet. My recommendation to any one passing through Ely, NV they should drive the extra 500 yards and go to Carls Jr. The owner has got to be tired of writing apologies.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The service was an absolute joke. The food omg two cheeseburger meal and I got buns and a hamburger NOTHING ELSE!!! Two happy meals anf only one had a toy in it :( this was just horrible. They didn't even give us all of out meals we were missing 2 (there were 7 meals) to top it off all this horrible service and WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE, 😢 just awful. They told us that McDonald's doesn't have a McChicken on the menu we were so confused.

Worst experience from a McDonald's I have ever had. I get that places are short staffed but I am extremely patient. Passing through and stopped in to order our food to go. Waited 15 minutes (again I could see that they were short staffed so I was patient) and got on the road. About 5 miles out on snow covered roads I dug into my cold shriveled fries, and tossed them out. Chicken sandwich was below standard with old mushy tomatoes, which is why I was looking forward to my hamburgers. First hamburger was hot and fresh, second hamburger did not include the hamburger patty. Upon reading the receipt that stated that "if you are unsatisfied we promise to make it right." I decided to call Maria the store manager, and after 4 phone calls over six days, I have yet to hear from her. I didn't want my money back, I just wanted to air out my experience at her establishment. After 35 years in food service, with 29 years in management, I would never not return a call for someone that left a voicemail or email let alone 4 voicemails. Like Burger King used to ask, "Where's the beef?"

The service was good and the lady was nice. Although all the tables except a couple are dirty it is still a nice environment.Vegetarian options: Can customize the meals so you don't have to eat certain things.Dietary restrictions: Can customize the meals how if you want.Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces for the whole mcdonald's to be filled up.Kid-friendliness: Has a playground like the images above.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a wheeling option so you could roll up with wheels.
