At 4 AM, a drunk lady across the hall from me (with her dog) decided to try to come into my room. The dog was not on a leash, and also scratching on the door. I did not feel safe for my disabled daughter, or myself. So we decide to check out and leave. When I explained what happened to the lady at the front desk, she just stated.”Nobody around here follows the rules.” Very rude and unprofessional! Person who does not care about the patrons or their safety.Safety: We felt very unsafe. I would not stay here ever again. I would feel safer staying in my car on the side of the road!

Staff were friendly and accommodating. We really appreciated the gluten free options and delicious cheesy scrambled eggs for breakfast. The coffee was amazing, as well.So many amenities nearby including Ridley's, Rolberto's Mexican food (highly recommend), and fuel all within walking distance.Only recommendation is to clean the dirty, stained chair and ottoman in the room.

I'm going to say that the rooms were clean and nice looking with updated TV, plenty of plug-ins, but the mattress was uncomfortable. I tossed and turned all night. Woke up feeling exhausted. Curtains don't darken the room. Some shredded pieces. Maybe I'm in a room that needs updating?Rooms: Clean, coffee machine, hair dryer, fridge, microwave, and TV.Safety: Felt safeWalkability: Grocery store and coffee shop in same parking area. Family Dollar across the road. Fast food less then .5 milesFood & drinks: The hotel has a little area to buy snacks

Had to go through for a quick unexpected trip from Utah to Northern California. Stopped and found they had a king suite available. Was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, well stocked, had a fridge for babys milk, travel drinks, chocolate snacks etc. Bed was very comfortable. Enough towels. Clean. Ac worked. Came back through on our way home and stayed in a double queen. No complaints. Free breakfast until 10am and that was well stocked and cleaned frequently. Will stay again.Rooms: Clean, comfortable, well stocked

Stay was great! The hotel is in an awesome location. Walking distance to a grocery store, coffee shop, gas stations, and food. They Hotel even has an apple tree in front, picked a few of those 😅The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping and front desk were super friendly!Breakfast was good 👍 can't really complain when it's free food. Got a little busy in the morning, but there were options to sit outside and inside.We will be back for our next Great Basin National Park Visit.

I've been staying here for decades on my road trips across the west and unfortunately it has become another "aging hotel". It doesn't appear that upkeep beyond basic cleaning and absolute necessary repairs have been made to the property in the past few years. The beds are broke down, wallpaper is peeling, the last two rooms I've stayed in have had an odd musty smell; it just isn't as nice as it used to be. I think its time to give the newer hotel in town a try.

Location is good, but overpriced for a mid-week overnight stay. Everything was decent, breakfast was really decent but don't look too close when it comes to cleanliness.On the surface and at first glance indeed it appears clean and that is what we look for...but look closer, like the furniture condition and the corners and floor boards. It doesn't take much effort to remove stains from upholstery. A deep cleaning is required here, it's this kind of buildup that leads to places looking aged and worn out.Elevator was incredibly slow and that applied late in the evening and in the morning - mornings to be expected with folks leaving steadily. My husband tried the stairs but said the door was locked. Surely he wasn't at the right door, isn't locking stairwells against the law since they are also fire exits?Breakfast was the usual with hot scrambled eggs, sausage, and notably there was individual boxed cereals.Overall rating was a 3 star when I read reviews before booking and I agree that is exactly what it is

This was a great place to stay if you want to be LV close without being on the strip. Check-in and check-out were a breeze; the rooms were clean and quiet. The wi-fi worked well! There were drinks and piano in the lounge and breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was pretty standard for this type of hotel. There were a variety of options for a quick breakfast before leaving for the day.Food & drinks: There were a lot of places nearby to get something to eat.

Was here on business. The breakfast was fantastic. Freshly made to order eggs and waffles, as well as breakfast buffet. Fresh fruits, yogurts, and bread. Very well done. Rooms are very clean well stocked. Common areas were also well-maintained and cleaned. Morning and Evening reception was nice and accommodating. The couple bars and restaurants in a close walk.

The staff at breakfast was charming enthusiastic and so much fun. Seriously the best Continental breakfast I have ever had. Those type of breakfasts can be a wide range of things, they did such an amazing job, having quality food that was fresh and the staff was right there to take care of everything. When you get a better than Denny's breakfast thrown in for free in the middle of Nevada. I'm gonna chop that up as a huge win. Thanks for being awesome.

Was checked in by a very friendly and accommodating front desk person who made the check in process seamless (I had reserved through a third party booking, online). My dog stayed free and I appreciated that the grounds were well maintained. I hope that others travelling with their pets continue to clean up after their pets so that the hotel keeps this policy. Our room was immaculate and overall, we had such a pleasant experience. Thank you!

The staff is friendly and the common areas of the facility, lobby and breakfast area are tastefully decorated. They serve a full breakfast daily. They are pet friendly which is one of the reasons I stay there.
