Prices are a bit high on some items and low on others, it definitely pays to shop around though it is really nice for things you need right away! Toy store for adults! As retired contractor still fixin' things as handyman, a trip to Bath is high point of the day. Considering Ely's distance from other major urban areas, this place is Shangri-La for the fixit guy. My only wish is for extra spending cash to stock up my home shop further! Great staff too.

Wanted to give a shout out to Stacey who was really patient and helpful when I came into the store on a vacation roadtrip. From driving over sagebrush I had ripped a screw loose in the undercarriage of my car, which made a protective cover loose and rattle.I came through town on a Sunday so nothing much was open, but Stacey let me jack the car up in the parking lot and try multiple different fixes until I found a mix of washer and screw that would temporarily fix my issue. Even lent me a wrench!Very nice and welcoming small town feel that I appreciated a ton as a traveller.

I love ACE Hardware! They always have exactly what I’m looking for, even if I’m fairly certain they don’t have it.We needed an air compressor for a slow leak in one of our tires on a road trip. We thought we were out of luck since they didn’t have in stock on the shelves, until the lady said she’d run upstairs to grab the box for the display model. We didn’t even have to ask before she suggested it and was off to retrieve the box. Such friendly and helpful service!We got exactly what we needed, and she even made sure we got a battery and charger since it’s Milwaukee brand, and all hardware companies make you buy that stuff separate.It was exactly what we needed, and now it will forever stay in our truck!Never had a bad experience at any ACE, and Bath ACE is no exception!

We're in Ely volunteering for 3 weeks and living in an rv that has had nothing but trouble. We've been in so many times I think we have employee numbers now, lol. The staff has been very helpful in finding plumbing part and various bits and pieces of everything... Thank you!

Being that this is the only lumber yard in the area, they do tend to run high on the non Ace hardware products. But also being in such a desolate area, I do understand they have to make up for the price of shipping and whatever other expenses they have to deal with. Overall the products they do sell are pretty decent. I've never had a bad experience with any product also the staff are very nice and friendly and helpful.

Always great service! I didn't want to carry a bag of soil up front for the cashier (for 10 bags total) so I took a pic of the bar code and told them how many bags and they just rang it up 😁Gotta love these people.

Bath Lumber has experienced help in each Dept. who can instantly help you find what you need to help your home and business needs. Their prices are very reasonable, even though they are not a big box type of store. I feel like it is Christmas every time I go down there. I seldom leave without purchasing something useful!

I have been shopping at Bath Lumber for several years. I cannot think of any other place of business that I would recommend as highly.I live about an hour and a half away and they are the closest hardware store to me. I have called many times with a problem that I thought was going to be unsolvable for several days, only to find that Bath lumber had what I needed and went above and beyond to help me get it. Whether that meant waiting for me after closing, working through a product problem, or anything else, they have always been right there.The customer service is second to none, the employees are knowledgeable and helpful and they have a great selection of products for your everyday needs and a lot for the rare need.I could not recommend them any more highly.Great company! Great people!If you are in the general area and in need of this type of store, choose Bath!

Awesome hardware store that has nearly everything you might need. The person who assisted me was extremely helpful! He helped me locate everything I needed and then proceeded to crimp the cable lugs on for me, which saved me from having to buy a crimping tool and did much better job then I would have.

I broke my only car key when I was passing through Ely. I was devistated and not sure what to do. I called Bath Ace Hardware and was put in touch with Joe. He not only sent someone to pick me up and take me back toy car but her also cut 2 perfect keys using my broken and bent key as a pattern. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! Thank you Joe and the amazing team at Bath Ace Hardware.

Ely's only choice for a hardware store and they have the prices to prove it! While it would be cheaper to get your stuff out of town on a trailer, Bath Lumber is right down the road. Make sure to catch them during regular working hours since they aren't really open much later than that.They keep it stocked pretty well, but due to limited space there isn't a whole lot of variety. Some of the staff is helpful, while others may try to avoid you all together.

A little bit overpriced. Inside is nice. Well organized. Most of the employees are helpful and knowledgeable in there except for Nick. Nick is clueless. Whenever I have asked him "where can I find this ......" I have always gotten a "I don't know what that is or where." Or " I really don't have any knowlege on this item" the only thing Nick is some what good at is the register"

Everytime I shop at this Ace Hardware the employees have always been very helpful. They always take the time to show me the items I am asking about and are very knowledgeable about their products and take the time to ask what I am working on to figure out what products may be the best for the project I am working on. Overall I am impressed with the customer service.
