Plus side: Truck parking is available by the auto center entry. The store shelves seemed to be well stocked and kept clean (as much as possible for such a large store). The bathroom (store rear area) was also clean.Down side: Deli area hot case was less than half full with product, but as I could not get the attention of anybody behind the counter, it did not matter all that much. Mostly, they use the self check out style of lines, but they did have people Manning two of the regular lines.Overall, it's not an awful experience. I would go again.

The whole store is in disarray. They have some sections organized and looking nice and then others that are completely thrown around. The toy section is nothing where it should be, especially if you're checking price tags.I went to check out, and there were only self checkouts and like 5 staff just standing around talking.Here is the worst part. They ask if you want a text receipt or a printed receipt. I got a printed receipt because they checked the receipt as you're going out the door...This is why I hate shopping at Walmart. I was just passing through and needed to stretch my legs, so we decided to walk around for a bit.Hey, but the positive is that the bathrooms were actually clean and stocked! Cheers to the bathroom cleaning crew!

This is based on my experience with pickup service. The shoppers sometimes don't pay close enough attention to detail. Broken eggs, smooshed bread products. It happens occasionally. But I usually get good quality produce and meat. The people who deliver the cart are always super nice and helpful. Last time they were out of great value burger buns. That's impossible unless it's 4th of July.

Very poor customer service and response times. On multiple occasions in dealing with this particular place of business I have waited in self check out for 10-15 minutes waiting for an associate to clear my register for "restricted items" i.e Alcoholic beverages, r rated movies etc. The worst part of all this is that I shop for 2 weeks of groceries at a time. As you can imagine scanning a basket full of groceris due to nearly no cashiers being on staff nearly takes 30-40 minutes in itself.. would really like to see additional support for consumers that enjoy leaving the couch for a little sunlight and social interaction. On-line shopping isn't in the best interest for all of us. Please make some changes! Thanks

Very clean. Order a birthday cake and it was exactly as we ordered it. Their bakery does an excellent job! And the papers delicious!

Horrible service. I bought a phone plan from them. It wasn't working. I was told before I even left that it was refundable and then does Ray said it is not refundable? There's a raise in the customer service section along with a manager named Debbie that it took an hour and a half for her to come because they were in a meeting so they don't have managers for extended periods of time. I would not shop here. Definitely better places to shop. If I could do less than one star I would

I called Walmart, and got the operator. She hung up on Me 2 times in a row. I'm trying to get hold of a mgr. To inform them I bought 2 mini watermelons. A couple days. They are both rotten inside. Why does Walmart treat a customer trying to help. Like a piece of trash. All I was asking for was a Mgr.I wasn't even looking for reimbursement. I was trying to be cool about it. Then again, I would guess you only have to have a 3 grade education to work there. Walmart sux donkey... Ya, I said it. Pull your heads out. Please...

They are out of stock of too many things. However the prices are the lowest in Elko. Also, they can be very busy and often there is a long wait to get checked out.

This store has done a complete remodel, and the layout is fantastic. I find it easier to find what I need, and their selection is good. The self-checkout seems to flow fairly well, I hardly need help with my items. There are still live cashier's for those of us who prefer that service.

Great atmosphere & selection!Though two downsides are:1. NO NORMAL SIZED ELKO T-SHIRTS ARE TO BE FOUND.2. Very low quality bath bombs.Overall experience: meh. But elko is worth it 😐

Elko Walmart is horrible. No one can ever help find anything, it's never their department. They are always out of stock at least 1 or 2 items each time we are shopping here. Tonight was the worst. Boxes and boxes COVERING the same aisles we needed to shop in. Couldn't find an employee so we had to squeeze through mounds of boxes to find what we were looking for. This is a Saturday around 6:30PM... not midnight when they should be restocking. Ridiculous. I haven't been here in about 5 months. Shopping online mostly now. Elko wonders why most people go out of town or online? Here's a great example.

We are traveling across the country, and the pharmacy is amazing. We just contacted our home Walmart pharmacy and had our medications transferred to this walmart. If you decide to do this, MAKE SURE you have the store # you are transferring to. Thanks to the pharmacist, we got all our medications.Thanks, The Wisconsin Traveler's.

It is work everytime I go here. I hate going here.It is like going to Winco, but you have to scan your stuff before you bag it. Why to pass on the savings to you. Haha funny. Once saw a lady bring back a half eaten bag of grapes, and she was eating them while waiting In line.

No one was around the store to ask for help. Had to go all the way back to the front of the store, to ask the cashier's in check out for help. And the people that do the grocery pull for customers to pick up are atrocious; especially the women. Handling food items: hair not pulled back, no gloves worn. I watched both men & women blow their nose out the used tissue in their trash bin, then go right back to pulling items off the shelves. Men & women play with their hair, then pull food items. I watched a woman pull her hair back over her shoulders & then she proceeded to pull meat items. There was a man in bakery, slicked his hair back (NO GLOVES) then proceeded to pull bakery itemsThis is horriblely unsanitary.NO GLOVES!!NO HAND SANITIZER!!!THEY HAVE NO CLUEAS TO WHERE ANYTHINGAT ALL IS IN THE STORE!!!!Note: ALL WAS WITNESSED AT THE WALMART SUPER STORE IN ELKO NEVADA, JUST ST A FEW WEEKS AGO, WHILE I WAS THERE VISITING!

We stopped in today hoping to find a good camera that would sync with a smartphone so we could upload and share photos easily. Lucky for us, Stephanie was working today in electronics. She patiently listened to our list of features we were looking for and she popped up with the Nikon Coolpix B600 for $299. It's exactly what we were looking for and we love it. It's so helpful when the electronics department associates know their stuff. Thank you, Elko NV Wal-Mart and especially Stephanie in electronics!!

We came here to fill a prescription, for a controlled substance, after my daughter got a gallbladder removed in Twin Falls Idaho. We could hardly understand the pharmacist, but it sounded like he wouldn't fill the prescription because it was written out of state. We looked up the NRS on this, and it clearly states you can fill a prescription from out of state as long as it is written by a certified medical professional. We went down the road to CVS, and they called the doctor and filled the prescription. Either the Walmart pharmacist was a complete moron or just too lazy to call. Or both.

The store was clean and well kept. My shopping visit has always been great finding what I need. All the isles are well stocked. There's always time to find what your looking for. The help and service I find in the electronics section is always quick and helpful. There are walmart centers at each town. This walmart has been a huge help in getting, order what I need. The customers are also super friendly There a great help when it comes to a good stand out environment. Everyone should enjoy visiting there local walmart with a smile. I give walmart 5 stars
