Kathy did a wonderful job with my senior dog Susanna. Susanna has never liked her feet touched an other groomers have had issues and would say she tried to bite them. It was hard for us at home also. Kathy said that Susanna did wonderful and had no problems with her. Will definitely come back.

Kaylee was awesome. She cut Roxie's hair to the perfect length that I described. There was no choppyness at all. It was the best haircut that we have had at Petco by far!

I booked appointments online for my two dogs, but it would not let me schedule them at the same time. So i brought one dog and then planned on going and getting the other one for her appt an hour later. The red head older lady at the desk was very rude when i told her that i didn't have both dogs with me, and told me that when you book 2 dogs you have to bring them together. They also charged me for a medium long haired dog.... When my dog is 18 pounds and has short hair. While i was waiting i watched another groomer scream and yell at a dog for falling off the table because it was afraid of the blow dryer. I will never take any of my animals to a petco again to be groomed.

I took my male yorkie in, I explained that I knew his body was a mess and that I was ok going short to clean him up, but I specifically asked that his beard and mustache NOT be removed. When my husband picked up the dog his coat had been literally HACKED off his coat is now nothing but rough hack marks his beard and mustache were shaved off completely ( no they were not matted a simple combing would have worked. ) I am shocked that this woman considers herself a groomer. NEVER again.
