My cell phone of 3 yrs was giving out so needed a new phone.Ruben was very nice and so patient with me, Jullian was there and training he also was great. After 2 hrs was decided I'd go back next day. On this day, Ruben,Julian and Shoshana were there. Shoshanna is very knowledgeable, nice. All 3 assisted me and Shoshana would explain things to the guys. All 3 told me no worries any questions don't hesitate to come in.

I was amazed at great service I received, Hunter was great and went over. Everything with us never tried to rush us. He went over the bills with us. The different plans to make sure we got exactly what we needed. He made sure my new devices were all set up and ready to go even though it was almost closing time. He still took the time to make sure we had no questions by the time we left the store. . He was friendly conversational, and very knowledgeable , He is an amazing manager, and I was completely satisfied.. Thank you Hunter for amazing service! I would give you 10 stars

The staff is uniformly knowledgeable and helpful. Their exceptional customer skills reflect the "lead by example" leadership style of the store manager, Jenna. She took the time to walk me through a seeming endless series of steps necessary to ensure my service was flawlessly installed on my new phone. Left to my own devices, I wold still be adrift on the internet.

Mike and Robin, and the manager of the store well one of them, were all helpful. They went above and beyond. They never stressed or pushed us to get anything or do anything we didn’t want. These guys are amazing! Hands down.

We have been Verizon customers for over 16 years. This was truly the best customer service we have had at a Verizon store. Robin Delaquil was our CSR, he was personable, knowledgeable, and made our experience easy and pleasant. His co-worker is the new store manager and also very experienced. Her customer, bought them both iced coffee because he was so happy with his service. We know Dayton, NV is a small town but bravo to the customer service they are providing!!! Thank you!!!

What a night and day difference between this store and the Topsy Ln Carson store. After the awful experience I had at the Carson store, I stopped at this Verizon store and was able to get help and my questions answered in about 5 mins.When I walked in, there was only one employee but he greeted me and helped me out quickly even though he was in the process of helping another customer. Would definitely recommend this store if you need help or have questions.

I switched over today to Verizon from Sprint/T-Mobile. I left Verizon about three years ago because their prices continue to increase in an unreasonable manner. I am delighted to say that the pricing has become very competitive again. The service I received from the Dayton Verizon store was superior to any other transaction I’ve had regarding cell phones. The big test however was my Drive from the store to my home, and then my home back into Carson. With Sprint/T-Mobile, I had no less than 20 minutes of no service during my typical drive, and it’s frustrating as a business owner because that’s when I get a lot of my calling done, hands-free of course! I am beyond delighted to say that I had zero dropped calls, zero dead zones. I was able to talk the entire drive and that literally has made my month! Happy early Christmas to me. I highly recommend the Dayton Verizon, it was much more personalized than when I dealt with Verizon 3+ years ago. I look forward to going in again for additional items

I've stopped in to see Dan multiple times since he sold my son and I phones a few months back. Every time I come in he gives me every bit of info I could ask for and more. He triple checks his work and makes sure we're taken care of. If he end up going to another store I will follow him there. Good luck on your possible promotion!

Honestly guys and gals I had 260 bucks in my wallet and walked out with a fast phone, nice color, good battery, and management is excellent! Walked out with close to a hundred bucks in my wallet, a smile on my face, and quick phone. No more laaaaaaag with my 5G! And she even put my case and screen protector on and transfered all my files! Thank you.

I would like to comend Dan, this gentleman was over the top wonderful. He explained to the fullest all about our phone we purchased. He made our time in the store great. Shawn was very helpful with switching my cell provider to Verizon and making sure my bill would be as cheap as possible. We ran into a problem when trying to get all my information from my old phone to the new one he stayed over an hour after closing to make sure everything went over to my new phone. Really nice guy and excellent customer service.

I've been a Verizon customer for 20+ years, and I've never had such an awesome experience as I did last Wednesday when I went into the Verizon store, Victra, in Dayton! I hesitated going there because the last time did, it was a bad experience. I'm really glad I went there, because Dan was amazing!! He helped me pick out a new phone, screen protector, a car phone holder and few other things. If you're looking for a new phone, or, have any questions about your existing phone, go to Victra, and talk to Dan!

Had a longish wait because Sidney, the sales rep, really took the time to provide great service to each customer she helped. I probably won't ever buy my Verizon products elsewhere again after dealing with automated customer service from Verizon's corporate sites. I hate their policy of getting rid of live humans as the software can't deal with real problems. This store has great reps who actually help you!

All 3 times I've attempted to deal with my phone service at this location have been terrible, and all of it due to one really arrogant, ignorant and downright rude employee. The 1st time I went in to see about getting a case for my new phone, I spent 10 minutes waiting (and being ignored) while the young woman related a long winded, rambling story about ice cream in her father's refrigerator. I left without buying anything, got tired of waiting. The second infuriating experience was when I called and asked if there were replacement batteries for my phone in stock at that store. The battery in my phone quit without notice and my husband was trying to stay in touch from out of state at that time. The woman who answered the phone told me that " yes, we have all kinds of batteries in stock" so I drove to the store to buy one. After waiting for over 45 minutes for her to complete ONE transaction, it was finally my turn at the counter. When i cheerfully greeted her and mentioned how glad I was to be able to get a replacement battery she looked at me with a surprised expression, then said to me " Oh, no, I said we 'dint' have any batteries. 😠The final visit I paid $32 for a screen protector that she assured me would protect my screen from any damage- 2 weeks later I had to pay $199 for a screen replacement after I dropped my phone while seated on a couch, onto a carpeted floor. When I asked about the implied warranty, I was told that was not the case, so I was out the cost for the repair.How does a place stay in business like that?

Verizon wireless in under new management! Gone with the old and in with the new. Emily is the new manager. She is so kind, and so helpful. She gave me a quote for a new phone after my phone broke. She told me Exactly what I was going to be paying out the door and for the next 2 months. There was no fluff. Just strieght fact. She LOVES HER JOB, and it just feels great to be able to help her customer!

Was nicely helped by the customer service young lady, but I didn't like the constant insults and putting down of the woman helping me by the manager. To me that causes a hostile working environment and makes your customers uncomfortable let alone no one should talk to their employees like that. We are all human and make mistakes. A little kindness would give better results.

I went in a week ago got the new iPhone 14 plus, got my grandpa a new Moro phone ( he wasn’t bug in the change at first but now after a bit he loves it) got screen protectors on all phones and chargers, was able to get a good deal with there help and able to get all my stuff back from my old phone that was stolen, service was the best and would definitely recommend going to this store to get great communication, service, and info on any of the products ❤️💯

If I was able to give 0 stars I would! I purchased a phone online for store pick up. My order was cancelled by this store without ever being notified. I can't even believe Verizon would allow a store like this be represent their name.
