I spoke with two really extraordinary workers. I was short on cash for a small green propane bottle and a gal offered me the change to get what I needed. A man then proceeded to purchase the can for me instead. Super friendly and supportive community as it seems. Solid integrity from the looks of it. Very impressed. My visit was around 6am. 9am. And again at noon. My pharmacy visit was just outstanding. The pharmacist was able to work out all the billing details and work out all the kinks that would have held me up for some time in other locations, leaving me wanting to give up. This lady definitely did her job so that mine was easier. This location has some good hiring managers. Keep up the good work.

Awful. They have set the self check outs to 13 items. I stood in line for 18 minutes before I got to the checker who took about 4 minutes to check me out. I could have done it myself much faster as I have in the past. I don't like this new limit and I do like checking out myself.

OGP is great just not for fruits and veggies. Constantly get yellow bananas that are already browning or the last pick of the items that if I were in store would not select. Staff is always changing and stock is hard to find on shelves and if you need something from a locked area don't bother going in store no one knows or has the keys and will have you waiting.

Ordered a men’s mountain bike and bike locks online for pickup. I was expecting the mountain bike to be in a box needing assembly. When I arrived to pick up the mountain bike, it was fully assembled and I was ecstatic. I was notified prior to picking up the items that the locks were not available and that they are shipping them out to my residence at no extra charge.

I went into the optometry place for some sports goggles for my 13 year old son and as me my wife & son were Leaving the optometry place to go into the store to buy a few things the door host asked me if she could clean my cart and I said no thank you it’s okay it’s just a bag. I then told her I did what you did or are doing for just over 2 years but thanks anyway. Then not long immediately after saying that and walking away into the store an undercover security guard came running up to me yelling I can kick you out for being RUDE!! I said wait what? All I told him was I said no thank you and that’s rude. He became very aggressive to or towards me. I’m still confused as to what or why me answering her with a no thank you is or was rude. This isn’t over, I’m a Veteran too. I’m questioning my future shopping there because of him

Very nice cashier and employees 👌 but again out of my size under clothes almost all gone. Men's today I July 16 Saturday I went to Walmart and again couldn't find anything in the men's department and nothing in my size.Everything almost gone boxes of women's and children clothing being stored in the men's department that I had to keep walking around. Men's department is poorly stocked and maintained for quite some time now.Meanwhile the women's department is all stocked nice and clean i suggest going to a different store for men's clothing until Walmart gets it together and makes it fair and fix the men's department a big disappointment. Today once again.

I took 28 items to the auto care center to check out & pick up my truck. I wasn't aware of the 20 items or less policy that was recently implemented as there were no signs visible. A supervisor verbally abused his subordinate when he was in the middle of scanning my items. When I told him to stop, he started berating me. I won't be going back to that Walmart & will probably discontinue shopping in-store.

Store is clean, well stocked for my needs, friendly greeters, helpful cashiers?, clean parking area, customer service is very attentive to keeping the line short and efficiently moving, so everyone is happy. That's my Guage. Thank you for your employees that help me find what I need!

My experience was ok the bathroom was like normal as the whole store was cluttered with pallets of products sitting out everywhere. Need to stock at night when the store is closed which is what we used to do and got most of the restocking done in about 3 to 5 hours but the store was 24 hours before covid....I really wish the local stores Would return to 24 open!

This is one of the worst places for an oil change, customer service in the tire center is horrible. Waited nearly 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment and didn’t even change my oil! Dirty oil! The guy doing my oil change was very rude and unprofessional. Do not ever get service here! They will make you wait and not even change your oil!

Since when do people 65 years old plus have to show both customers ID to purchase alcohol? Thought about it leaving our $350 in groceries and walking out. She would not sell us alcohol because I did not have my ID even though my husband did. She stated this is policy. I will not be returning to Walmart.

Abi at the vision center was an absolute vision! She saved the day! My mama broke the frame on her glasses and her eye doctor is in Utah! We have a concert to go to and of course my ma needs to see! Abi took the time to find the perfect frames that my mom's lenses would fit in, and they look amazing on her too! Win win! My ma didn't have to order and wait for them to be delivered while she is in town visiting with us! Thanks to Abi for all her help! 😁

5 days later and still no bags. Won't be going back. Thankfully all we got were 7 items. What happens to the ones that have an entire basket full. Shame on you Walmart. There is a DC about 50 miles from you to restock bags.

Walmart on second street in Reno service is terrible, I ordered groceries for a pickup, and the attendant wouldn't open my door to the car. I had to get out and open it. Seriously, Walmart do better what if I was handicap and was picking up for a reason. And in the store, they treat you like a criminal with many items locked behind glass. And trying to get someone to open them is an issue. Always. I won't shop where they make me feel like I'm in prison. If you have a shoplifting problem, deal with it some other way. The average paying us citizens don't want to be treated like this.

The south Carson Walmart used to be a well maintained and "upscale looking" store, but after their floor remodel (from a shiny white floor to a dirt brown floor), they've lost a lot of their luster... But hey, it's Walmart so what more can you say?

My experience at Walmart yesterday was kind of scary because it was too hot in that Walmart and I almost fell over because of the aisles aren't wide enough for two people to go by near the deodorant and the pharmacy.

Shelves were pretty stocked up. I had encounters with 2 employees that were not good.Dylan was filling his baskets for drive up customers, his pants weren't pulled up. He bent over and I saw most of his backside. The belt must habeen so tight his legs hurt. Disgusting at work. The other was a cashier Barb. Snotty, sarcastic and never smiled. If I new she was like that I would have gone to self checkout.

We make one trip a month into Carson to Walmart for our dog food and birdseed. The only reason we go is because they no longer ship the birdseed. The store has a tendency to not be organized when you use the app to try to find some thing it’s normally wrong. I do have to say the staff tries very hard to be of assistance, but they run into the same issues when using the app.
