This is the worst place for prescriptions. I have had nothing but problems since switching here from Smiths due to the insurance that I have. Smiths would always let me pick up my medication a day early when I was in town and this place refuses. They have gotten my prescriptions wrong on two occasions and overcharged. When I contacted the insurance company they said that they approved the medication and it was sent back by the pharmacy. The minute Smiths starts accepting my new insurance I’m out of this terrible pharmacy.

Employees are good for the most part. This Walgreens is disgusting. Dirty floors that look they haven't been waxed in years plus the "forever" piles boxes across from the bathrooms. Speaking of restrooms, bathrooms are messy debris on floor. Even the check stands are full of clutter. Items scattered all over shelves. Most products are terminally low or out of stock. It looks like the store management doesn't care or is unequipped to provide a clean, stocked store for customers. The OTC area is satisfactory. Customer experience is horrible! Very underwhelming. Employees are good though. Especially T she was wonderful. nice and courteous. It speak volumes that the positive reviews are only from Pharmacy and pharmacy related services.

The worst pharmacy I have EVER had. EVERY MONTH they invent some new random policy for filling my controlled anti-anxiety prescription medication. Then they try to call it a “federal guideline law” in order to justify it when IN FACT it simply is NOT. I damn sure know I am not the only one that has been effected by this OVER-VERIFICATION culture. The rest of the store and the store staff are WONDERFUL.

I made an appointment online for a vaccine on a Saturday morning. The pharmacy staff was efficient, friendly and professional. The whole process took exactly 20 minutes. Don't bother filling out forms online in advance, "corporate" does not provide them to pharmacy staff so you'll have to do it again in person. Going in I was a bit worried based on other reviews, so I was pleasantly surprised by my own experience. No complaints.

**Update** Walgreens decided since I was moving to a different pharmacy, they refused to fill my script for tomorrow! Days before Christmas weekend. Making it impossible to reach my doctor. I will be without my meds for several days due to Walgreens being a petty bit@h!I would give them no stars, however I wouldn't be able to leave a review. The employees at this location are the worst I have ever delt with at a pharmacy. Rude is putting it mildly. I have now switched pharmacies after repeated issue with my scripts getting 'lost'. You don't lose narcotic scripts. Employees attempt to steal your scripts is what's happening at this location.If you can, DO NOT go to this pharmacy!

The pharmacist manager at the E Williams St location is horribly rude. I was on hold on the phone for 10 minutes, heard my call connect, and then I overheard people arguing over who answers the phone, which no one wanted to do because they were too busy. I was saying, 'Hello? Hello?' and then I was hung up on. I called back and was on hold for another 10 minutes when I tried to ask if a prescription for my child was received. The rude pharmacist talked over me before I could even finish asking a question and said they wouldn't answer anything on the phone, you have to text or use the app, or call your doctor (which I'd already done but she wouldn't listen). Neither option applied to me, but she wouldn't listen and kept talking over me. I'm always nice on the phone, but it is simply impossible to be a nice customer with this pharmacy. She got to me, which never happens. Check the other reviews if you don't believe me. I'm switching pharmacies. When a customer calls, it shouldn't be impossible to give a straight yes or no when they ask if a prescription has been received or filled. Digital tools should be an option if the customer wants to use them and it works for their situation. You can't check the status of a new prescription online. You have to have the RX number. You can't ask the pharmacist if it's ready. Every other pharmacy will do this. Don't waste your time here.

All of the reviews are correct. Pharmacy received the prescription for my three years olds antibiotic ointment for a severe eye infection a couple of hours before my wife and I loaded the kids up and made the 45 minute drive to pick it up. Arrive and provide information only to be told they haven't even touched the prescription and that it would take an hour to type it up and fill it. Okay, we'll go find something to do. Arrive after being notified it's ready to be greeted by a ridiculous line because "they are having trouble". The pharmacy staff is definitely unhappy with their jobs and it shows.

I don't know whats up with the pharamcies in this area - they don't seem to want to help. Including this one. I went in with a coupon and was told that "it wouldn't get any lower" when I know in fact it would. The woman at the counter told me to "print off" the coupon but I've gone here multiple times to get prescriptions filled with the same program off of my phone. She needs an attitude adjustment.

I can't even walk into the store without being welcomed by a nice smile or greeting. I get followed by employees and stalked by them, whether or not if I'm buying a product or just browsing, they talk behind my back in a rude manner while staring at me and are far from friendly. The store is usually disorganized and left a mess, things are usually left on the floor which is a huge hazard of tripping and falling. Saddest location I've been to yet, it's completely unacceptable and it's disgusting.

Love the employees but the prices on the tags are always wrong at the lest stuff will be .29 more than what is written and the milk says 3.29 but it is 3.99. And when I tried to get my perception they told me that it was already filled and picked up there for I never got it and was turned away.

3.75 Stars. I noticed the bad reviews this place has been getting and I was forced to come here this month when Walmart ran out of my prescription. I will say this store is WAY to small for all the customers they received from Save Mart being bought out. There were a couple very pleasant folks that helped me out. One was Breanna (spelling?). She was extremely helpful and you can tell she cared about what she was doing. Over all it was very unorganized and hectic feeling. Super happy they at least had my prescription.

Staff are kind, knowledgeable and running as fast as they can. I am a retired RN/Educator ( 40 years in various positions) and the pharmacy technician that gave me my shot deserves 5 stars!!!!!! She was excellent and was multitasking all the time. But the store is filthy and I can’t believe I am receiving healthcare in this environment in the USA. I just kept hoping I didn’t pick something up off the filthy environment. That is the store managers failure. Masks on at least 3 employees were constantly sitting under their nose or on their chin. I never saw hand gel before or after glove use. For all I know the same pair were worn for multiple clients. I was there for an hour as where most, waiting for my shot for which I had an appointment. Packing in the appointments is a corporate decision made by someone who obviously has no real world experience and this store is not setup for the capacity it is receiving. People were packed in. There was no 6 ft. Spacing for health or healthcare privacy. I worked for public health and did many vaccination clinics. Walgreens should have this process streamlined by now. This isn’t staffs fault. Please if you do anything at all, get a cleaning crew in. This is a pharmacy not a machine shop!

The pharmacist working the drive through window on 12/22/21 at 11:00am was a complete witch. My partner and I each had confirmed Covid PCR test appointments for 11:00 and 11:15. First, she made fun of me for keeping my window rolled up initially even though I said this is what the online instructions told me to do. Then, she got on her high horse declaring PCR tests aren’t more accurate than rapid tests. Next, she refused to test my partner because she “couldn’t find him in the system” and refused to look up our confirmation number or check the receipt on his phone. This was all after sitting in the drive through line for 40 minutes because everyone ahead of us was late or this pharmacist was just slow. She also wasn’t wearing her mask inside this entire time, putting all her coworkers at risk with her selfish and self idiocy. She should be fired.

The pharmacy is criminal. Only women work there and they gab all day. They will look at the line and just keep talking about there weekend. This pharmacy has zero customer service skills and are always treated like your disturbing them.

I don't mind coming to this Walgreens but I do not care for attitude from a associate especially before Walgreens closes at 10 I was there before 10 about to check out with a few things but wanted to use credit but the woman that came to check me out wouldn't help me to figure out what button to press

I give this place a ZERO do not bother with the rude service and they ignore you. I stood in line for 1 hour as many customers ahead of me had issues as well watching 2 customers walk out , as they push me aside and said it will be a minute and as I stood there watching again others with the same issues I finally had to say , is mine close and never got an answer as I had other appointments and needed my refills as I was going to Reno and not coming back til the next day. Finally getting my Prescription And told them I had two more as she looked around and said oh here’s one then said they’ll be ready tomorrow. So I get a Call saying my prescriptions with an S are ready so again I go to Walgreens and wait a whole hour again to be told only one of them‘s are ready and the other one has to be called in by the doctor I never had these issues all are transferred medications were supposed to be refilled at this location I walked away I am done and if you’re smart U2 won’t even try this place I’ve heard so many bad things I wish I would’ve read all these reviews before I even stepped foot in that place the people are rude no communication and you wait hours. I am calling corporate on this place

This is the worst customer service I ever experienced. My script isn’t ready for a day. I tried to call and they kept hanging up on me. I go over there and they are helping someone get vitamins for 20 minutes instead of helping the rest of the customers waiting. Than the girl who has her uniform too tight cutting off circulation proceeded to give me an attitude because it was their lunch time. Maybe don’t offer a service if that’s not what you do here. So I transferred to cvs and my script was ready within the hour even tho it’s a longer drive I would not deal with the scum of Walgreens

This review is for Walgreens In Carson City Nevada I went-thru the drive thou it took for ever only one. car in front of me. A blond haired women with her hair in a pony tails was helping me.it was close to her lunch about 20 min if I had to guess.I was telling her that I called the day before to check on my med and the girl on the phone had told me it has been 5 days as of the day I had called.so they put it back.they never even gave me a text.so I was telling the girl with the blond ponytail that was helping me it the window she said I dont want to hear it that she had been their from 5am tell lunch time working. I told her I was sorry she had work.she had 3 cars behind me waiting to be helped maybe they were on there lunch brake! She told me she had to pit some meds away be for she could help me. Then she comes back to thei window about 4min later and tells me she cant find mine that it was ready but she cant find it.What do you guys think is she playing games ? She said they are short of people and I would have to. Come back later to get it.she didnt have time to look for it put she had time to play games.she told me she was going to lunch to come back later right in the middle of helping me.So I went inside and another girl helped me get it.while this girl helped me then pony tail girl kept going back and fort making rude CommentsTo the other girl that was helping me about me.I left and she went back to swinging her pony tail.

The pharmacy provided me with the worst customer service. I shouldn’t have to ask for help. The service they provide is a necessity to all of us at some point. You would think they would have a better system and some people who actually care. Their wait times are ridiculous and they treat people terribly. I am seriously considering switching pharmacies after this incident. People come here when they don’t feel well. All we want is to get our medicine, go home, and get some rest. But with this awful service it takes almost an hour just to get a simple prescription. Absolutely ridiculous. They need some more help and better staff because this just isn’t normal.

Wait in line forever yesterday just to ask a question about a canvas photo that I would like to have made in memory of our 24th wedding anniversary but the girl was too busy doing a passport photo I couldn't even just stopped for a second after taking the picture and say I'll be right with you or anything she did not even acknowledge me working in retail myself if I ever did that to a customer I would be fired and not even acknowledging the customer Walgreens used to have a friendlier staff don't know what happened back to CVS I go

Pharmacist working 12.28.21 at 12:30PM is completely unreasonable. We had a covid testing appointment scheduled for here at 12:45 and were sitting in line from 12:30-1:15 and she wouldn't honor our appointment and pushed it to 2:15 and lied that we didn't have an appointment scheduled and wouldn't correct her mistake after being shown an appointment confirmation email. Terrible service and I'm not coming back here.

I should have looked at the reviews before I had my son's diabetic prescriptions sent to this pharmacy. Everything in the past reviews is still happening. They're extremely rude and they lie about not getting prescriptions. I went twice to them physically asking if the RXs were ready and both times two different women told me they never received anything. The first women was eating cheetos and drinking while she was looking up our info... she was more concerned about shoving those cheetos in her face than helping me. The second time was a week later and the provider told me they made sure they got it by calling to confirm. I went there to pick up multiple medications for different family members to get it all done at once. The pharmacy tech who helped me was the rudest of them... now my provider called to confirm the script was received and they confirmed with the provider but I get to the counter two days later and she's telling me they have nothing on file for my son. I asked her to use my son's date of birth because sometimes people misspell our name and I watched her type the wrong date of birth! I repeated it because I told her I saw she mistyped it and she looked me dead in the eye and said nothings on file. I called the pharmacy the next day because we need his medicine and the guy who answered was rude as well, he huffed when I asked questions and confirmed that some of the meds I needed were received but not all of them so I told him about the provider, this person talked over me and said look you can come pick up what we have or not that's up to you then put me on hold without saying anything. I hung up and called our providers to have our medications transferred to another pharmacy. Bottom line is they lied about not receiving medicine that my son needs in order to live. Its unacceptable and to see these older women in their 50s and up acting so immature, people could literally die if they don't get their medicine and you act like that...if you don't like your job maybe you should find another one where somebody's life isn't in your hands. This is extremely serious and I hope Walgreens sees this and makes the necessary changes to improve their pharmacy at this location.

Dropped off prescription asking for it to be expedited as it's medical necessity to have daily. I'm told two hours which is the longest I've ever been told for someone who's waiting. 3 hours later I'm told it's still not ready, hasn't even been started "there busy" and the best part I'm told is its against company policy to give a time frame? Even though this is the exact person who gave me a 2 hour time frame 3 hours ago! 5 hours later I just went and took my prescription back and had it filled at Smith's in 30 minutes. This pharmacist and pharmacy are incompetent and dishonest group. Stay clear.

Told the lady in the pharmacy today I didn't want a generic vision of my prescription and she was rude straight the way. She said your doctor said you can have this one as well as the other. I told her again I didn't want that and it actually costs me more and she printed off a document from my doctor and said you can have this and don't talk over me when I actually wasn't even talking. Let her know I will no longer be using this store and she smiled and said have a great day. What disgusting service just rude. She was also pulling faces and being rude to another customer on the phone before I even tried talking to her about my issue with them. Lost my business today for sure. Won't get another dime from me nor my family.

The Walgreens pharmacy bought out Savemart pharmacy. I requested the one on Williams steet in Carson to transfer my prescriptions to Walmart they said you need to go to the new pharmacy to transfer prescriptions so I requested Walmart contact them. Then they refused to give Walmart pharmacy my prescriptions requiring me to call my doctor's to write new prescriptions to Walmart causing time and hassle delays. I will no longer use Walgreens for anything since they don't care about helping customers.

I am done using this pharmacy. I have been coming here for a couple years and have only had problems in the last couple months. The first time all i wanted to do was pick up some ointment for my infant. Which you would think wouldn't take very long at all. Well I got told two different times in the drive thru that it would be a half hour. So finally after the third time I decided to call first and they tell me that my prescriptions been ready for hours because it's just something they have on hand but they didn't have my insurance on file for some reason so all that time wasted for no reason.... Today, my son has an ear infection and all I wanted was the antibiotics to make him feel better which they told me would take an hour. It's been two hours and I just tried calling them and they told me that I've been waiting so long because I didn't sign up for the text messages, which they of course didn't tell me earlier. Well it's been two hours and my son isn't getting any better and I'm over it. I think they need to retrain some of the people here because I can see I'm not the only one who has had problems....

The pharmacy staff couldn't be any more rude. They couldn't tell me how long it would take them to tell my prescription even though I was driving 30 min to get there, they said they couldn't guarantee it would be ready today. Then I said no problem, then I'll get it somewhere else, and they said I couldn't get anywhere else because she was already processing it, said thank you and hung up on me.

Old rude Pharmacy tech woman (hired in Sept. 2021 aprox.) needs customer service training immediately! I'm sure others have and will complain about her attitude/rudeness. On 3/31/2022 @ around noon, we went to get our Covid 19, 2nd booster. Tech was obviously frustrated that we were there to get our 2nd Covid 19 booster. She gave us UNSOLICITED medical advise She immediately said that the Covid 19 booster was ONLY for those immunocompromised, suggesting we do not really need it! Wow! Hmmmm....keep your uneducated beliefs to yourself! We asked her if she was a pharmacist or doctor and she replied "No". Well then, we did not ask your opinion if we should get it or not!! Unbelievable! We left and went to WalMart. The one star reviews say it all! Too bad no stars is not an option!! Customer Service training is HIGHLY recommended!!!

This Walgreens is my closest option to fill prescriptions (I have to use Walgreens). Given it's a 45-drive, I've been attempting to call and confirm a few things. The staff will NOT pick up the phone. This is my fifth attempt over the course of the last month - been on hold twenty-five minutes this time. Staff picks up and, without even talking, immediately puts me right back on hold. Awful customer service.

On four separate occasions this pharmacy has astounded me with the complete lack of customer service and follow through. On the first, I waited in the waiting area for an hour and a half holding a sick infant because "we are too busy to check our voicemails for your physicians prescriptions." Another time I had to go back because they forgot to reconstitute the antibiotic. More opportunities for hour-long waits for refills that were ordered days beforehand. Now tonight we learned that a prescription had not been filled "because the dose is wrong." Although "we did not call to clarify with the doctor, we just didn't fill it for the last 3 days." I cannot possibly switch pharmacies fast enough.
