A good experience for the most part. Has most everything I need if I can find it. I don't know why these box stores have to put items in places you would never expect them to. Went not keep like items together??? Hmmm maybe it's the war for shelf space ? I don't know but I wish they would ask a consumer sometimes. Can't stop going though, it's addicting. See ya next time

Unfortunately, like all home depots , bad information when calling ahead to make sure a product is in stock only to find its not there when you arrive. Then to be told it is at another location and upon arriving at second location it's not there eather.

Cleaner and well stocked compered to the Jack's Valley store, the latter is closer to me, butI tend to visit this store more.Isle are not cluttered and has a good selection of you construction or home needs.

Outstanding customer Service! Was approached by two extremely kind Home Depot employees - inquiring if they could help us with anything.We sat down with a very informative employee named Eric who helped with ordering some household blinds. Eric was knowledgeable and helpful with explanations, guidance and suggestions. We were not the easiest customers. We changed our minds, asked for different quotes and struggled with decision making. Eric showed us only patience and professionalism. He got us through the process! We left feeling confident we got the perfect blinds at the best price. We had a great experience!

This home depot is very very nice and has a great garden center clean with a friendly staff. I was in and out great visit. I recommend this home for anyone in Lyon county Nevada. Keep your lines tight and your water ways clean.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the unhelpful and rude behavior exhibited by an associate in the paint department at your Home Depot store located at North Carson City. During my recent visit, the associate, whose name I unfortunately do not recall, not only displayed a lack of product knowledge but also responded to my inquiries with impatience and an overall dismissive attitude. Such conduct is entirely unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of Home Depot as a provider of exceptional customer service. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action to ensure that customers are treated with respect and receive the assistance they require. Until then, I would recommend anyone to avoid the paint department at night.

Worst customer service ever. I called 5 times to talk to someone in windows. Rang and rang and rang. Then hung up. One time someone picked up and was talking to someone else while I was saying Helloooo, hellooooo for probably a solid 5 mins. What a joke

It’s HD, basically the same as other ones, i go here often, the reason for 3 stars is based on lumber quality, which is pretty bad. They do have a nice rental selection and other parts of the store are just fine.

Waited for over 15 minutes to get someone to cut wire. No they were not busy just understaffed. Had to call the store twice to get help at a certain isle. Prices were good though and the store was well stocked. So for inventory and stock I give them 3 stars but customer service while shopping was the worst I've seen it at a Home Depot.

While I've had marginal Home Depot service over the years, this time there is a person who absolutely deserves recognition. Lorna Collins, in appliances, at the Carson Market St location is the shining example for all the HD employees. I had some ongoing issues with the appliances that I bought and had installed by HD. I was getting a lot of runaround so I went into the store and happily, Lorna was working that day. She quickly grasped the issues and found a solution that she said she'd take care of. Sure enough, I got a call the very next day to resolve the issue. She followed through and made sure it was all completed.That is what excellent customer service is. Thank you Lorna!!

I ordered a refrigerator on January 7th. But when it did not arrive by January 19th I called home Depot and they could not tell me why. After three more weeks have not receiving a refrigerator, I finally got an answer from somebody telling me that it was on backward! So for five weeks I went without a refrigerator waiting for the specific cute blue one to arrive. Ended up having to cancel my order and reorder the same refrigerator to Amazon and receive the refrigerator in 4 days. Another insurance when I had to replace a refrigerator I order the exact same refrigerator but received one that had a strange mirror Black mirror finish on it. Which attracted fingerprints and smudges. I refuse to accept it when they delivered it but the delivery people promised me that if I didn't like it I could be turn it. Even when I wrote that I did not want this refrigerator on the paperwork. Nobody cared. It would not take this refrigerator back and give me the refrigerator that I ordered. I have now decided never to buy appliances from home Depot again.

Today we visited the north Carson City Home Depot and left with a smile on our faces. The customer service at this store is truly amazing. Everyone had a smile on their face and were extremely helpful. It has been a long while since we have experience such treatment. We live two blocks from Lowes but will drive the extra miles and spend our money at this Home Depot.

I had to go to home Depot because I have some tile work I have to do on a countertop that got destroyed and the lady there just was phenomenal. She did everything she could to match up the grout in the tile and every just a great job. I like that home Depot

Have shopped here a few times now. Nobody ever approaches me to help or even ask if I might need help. Frustrating. This peticular day I decided to give up searching for what I needed after walking that huge store twice, reaching check out self service no doubt which shouldn't be used, Sandy in wheelchair was the only one willing to answer and look up and inform me of where my product could be found. So for Sandy, I give 5 stars. To the store in general I give 1 star so I opted for 3 stars overall.
