It's a great place to give your dog a bath if your dog behaves. We have 2 labs and took 1 in at a time. Both had a hard time getting into the tub. One is 12 yrs and the other 4 yrs, great dogs but a little timid to this style. Our fault though not Sierra's . Our third time there and will go again. Would have taken photos but the dogs needed full attention.

I used the self service wash station. Absolutely loved it. It was well worth $18 for my big german shepherd. The employees were all so great and helpful. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and a little scrub brush. They even guided and walked me through how to use the blow dryer and wash wand. They talked to my nervous horse of a dog and checked on us frequently to make sure we were doing alright.It saved me so much back pain. We will definitely be back!

Staff helped me wash my dog. Very nice, very helpful staff. Decent prices on shelf items, some natural products you won't find at franchise, and the store is well kept.

I buy all my dog food here. Great selection of food and accessories. The groomer does a great job, but it's difficult to make an appointment, for some reason the last couple of times it's been impossible. Don't know why.

They are way overpriced here. Save yourself some money and go to maxs in gardnerville. They charge just about double here per bag of food. $60 for a 5lb bag of food is a rip off.

What a great experience. Only 18.00. They supply everything even a waterproof apron. No bending over so no back pain. They even clean up! We have two large dogs and we are seniors so it made for an easy wash and dry.

I love this place and I am all for supposerting small business. But they lost me as a customer today. They don't have price tags on there products. So when I got my dog door food I also picked up treats not knowing a 60$ for a small container. When I asked for it to be taken off the lady huffed, rolled her eyes and said well yea I guess. I ended up telling her to forget it because I didn't want any issues. But I won't be going there again.

Best pet supplies in Carson, homegrown small business that treats the customer like family. Way better than a big box store. I take my burner to get grromed there and they do a wonderful job getting him clean and smelling nice. He loves going there, and that makes it easier for everyone involved.

Go see Ms.Wendy!!! If you aren’t your doggy is missing out!!!! She is sooo freaking nice and helpful and kind. My dog has major anxiety and she didn’t make him flinch at all!!! Just a great experience for me and my pups!!! Go. Go. Go.

I enjoy going to Sierra Le Bone. Friendly staff, lots of good products and healthy food for animals. Decent prices. They offer a restroom. I appreciate that because so many businesses are not offering that anymore. I have medical needs and need a bathroom close. I highly recommend this place.

I'm new in town,so this is my first visit to use the self wash station for my dog who hates baths. Nice set-up for washing and a separate table for drying.

My mother and I went here specifically for a our dog. We walked in and the older woman (cashier) at the counter didn’t blink an eye at us or ask how we were or managed go get in a “hello” however she was very interested in the gentleman shopping with his sweet dog. . She never turned her head towards us. We were looking at cat food and dog leashes. . Another woman walked in who she promptly attended. I will never go here again. I’m surprised they’re still in business. Cute place however it smelled of animal ruin. To be expected animals have accidents that want an issue for us.

I just recently discovered this little hidden gem. They a large variety of food for all types of animals. I like the fact that they have a dog wash that you can rent for $14. They also have a groomer on site. I would much rather support this mom and pop shop. Rather than the large chain. Customer service was also great. Definitely recommend.

This place is amazing the staff is helpful, no problem if you have questions. They supply everything you need to diy dog wash even the towels. There is a blow dryer also and quite an arrey of shampoos from skin conditions to just wanting you dog to smell great. Oh but don't just go in and get a wash and leave but walk around the store is filled with everything you can imagine for your pet. To much to list here believe it. This place Rocks!!!

Shopping at Le Bone on Tues, Dec. 22, 2020, was a bad experience. All employees in the store made a good impression, except for one person. I called later and asked who that person was. I was told it was Colleen. All persons, including customers, were wearing face coverings, except for Colleen. All persons were social distancing, except Colleen. All persons were behaving in an appropriate way, except Colleen. Let me explain. I assume Colleen is the owner or manager or supervisor by the way she was acting -- hands on, in charge, in control. Colleen was overly social and approaching customers in the store when they were patiently waiting, not asking for help, and not indicating they were trying to engage with her. Many of these customers were elderly. They seemed uncomfortable.The takeaway from this experience is your store's attitude is it is not going to follow pandemic state guidelines to curtail community spread of this virus. Your store is not being considerate and conscientious and safe for your customers, and this attitude probably spills over into your store's attitude to pets. I have lost trust in your store.

Awesome place! Super selection of Everything for your cat or dog, healthy - good for your pet, foods! Collars, toys etc. They even have a wash your own dog bath area on site. Staff is very knowledgeable & Friendly!

WONDERFUL LADIES AND BEAUTIFUL young women working and learning. helpful owners, two pro groomers who are booked past the outer limits but worth waiting for. self wash with quality choice of products included. apron, towel, high tub, blaster, wonderful to have this convenience and to have it with great, helpful, good attitude, happy, friendly people.
