I like Petsmart. It's always clean, the staff is cool the other customers & especially the ones that bring in their fur family members are super cool as well. It's a whole awesome vibe.I nab dog toys from here. Such an adorable selection for our exotic bullys.Our main and most important reason for coming here is for our Toad Bellatrix. PetSmart always has her meal worms stocked up. She gets cranky with out her wormies 🤣🐸 We also get her eco-earth dirt from there. She really enjoys that.I recommend this pet store to anyone who needs fish, turtles, pet food or supplies.. I'm sure if you aren't sure or have a doubt you can give them a call and they can give you an answer. Just doing a walk through is fun though. The bird section is so lovely. Give it a try!

I like the store itself, but not a fan of the grooming department. The staff in grooming is not super friendly and they don't do a great job. I took my dog here for a full service groom and when we picked her up they had to re-clip her nails, which didn't look like they had been done at all, and she was shedding worse than before. I took her home and brushed for her 30+ minutes and finally got the shedding to stop, but then she looked like she hadn't even had a bath because her skin was so dry from the shampoo they used.

Pre-Ordered online tried to pick up in the Drive-Thru. For some reason they couldn't find my code. I showed them my receipt. The manager was very rude. I ended up having to call corporate for a refund. I just think it's absolutely ludicrous that they could not give us our food. when I was showing them my confirmation email. However, it is what it is, and the evening crew is great!

Michelle took special care of my cockapoo mix .She dis an amazing job.because of his many skin tags this poor little dude has been nicked so many times he was traumatized but Michelle carefully cleared all around all of his areas so well making it so much easier to care for him..Bless you Michelle

We love getting our pet supplies here. It's a little out of the way so we go to Petco more often. The prices here are less expensive & there is a good variety of items to choose from. Pet Adoptions and Pet Rescue Donations are ongoing. Very cheerful atmosphere. Definitely pet friendly!!

I picked up some turtles 5 days ago and noticed one was lethargic and not eating. Come to find poor thing came with leeches! When we went back two days after we got them I noticed they put 2 more turtles in the same dirty water tank!!

I love this place! Being a dog walker, I'm here or over at Petco, like, every other day. I have to say that Petsmart has such a better inventory and so much more of that inventory is actually in stock and present at the store! I feel like the store as a whole is much cleaner somehow than Petco is as well. I've never had an issue with the staff...they're friendly and have pretty good customer service skills and the prices are just about as competitive as Chewy. Plus my dog 🐕 loves his trips to Petsmart! ❤️

Went in to buy supply’s to house and frog and when I was ready to check out the cashier had a nasty attitude and was being really disrespectful. I was trying to figure out what was wrong or if I offended her in anyway but didn’t know what to think. I’m still gonna be going since it’s really close to where I live but I’d like the cashier lady to fix her attitude and be a lil more respectful just because she may have been having a bad day doesn’t mean she should make it everyone’s problem.

The cashier lady was VERY helpful with helpingme get the measurementsof an old harness to find a new one. She said she had a dog named Moose and he was exactly that, so she told me how she uses the harness with her dog when he gets Rowdy 😂

First time visiting this store and i have to say it is probably the cleanest pet supply store I have ever gone in to. Aisles were neat and organized. The young man who checked us out was an absolute joy. I am terrible at remembering names. Next time i visit i will get his name and update this review so he gets proper credit for his excellent customer service.

Very nice staff. I would like to see them close for a day for a deep cleaning. The store smells like urine.I get it. Some people just won't stop to clean up after their pup, despite the fact I saw a cleaning station in the doggy section.

Our Sadie girl gives two paws up for her grooming experience with Michelle every time!! The extra care and attention that she gives our furbaby is ahhmazing and we wouldn't take her to anyone else!!With coming every 3 months to make sure that Sadie girl gets the Premium bath & brush, teeth cleaning and nail grinding - I can NOT say it enough that Michelle goes above and beyond with our lil girl Sadie.Hobey and Sadie love, love shopping after her spa day with grabbing a few treats and toys to bring back home with a wide selection for every breed and don't forget to watch for those wonderful holiday options too.Fun to look at the fish, hamsters and other lovely little small pets that are available in the store for purchase too.Thanks again to Michelle and the grooming staff - see you all again soon!!

Called ahead to double check stock on an aquarium stand. Provided the full item number and the guy who helped me on the phone (Josh?) claimed to check stock and said the store had our item on the shelf. Drove from two hours away to purchase it. Not only was it not in stock, the same person I talked to on the phone who claimed it was said he didn’t actually check the stock and just made an assumption. No apology from him or the supervisor who assisted me. This place is awful. If zero stars were an option, that’s the rating that would be appropriate.

Took my 2 year old pup, and my 10 year old dog in for bath, teeth and nails trimming. Walked in, right off the bat the lady had a nasty attitude. She was training the new girl and treated her terribly! After her attitude I dropped off my dogs then got a call to pick one up as she was all done. Went to pick her up and the new girl said they (apparently took three of them) could not trim the front paws. Still charged me full price. Said she did not bite, but went towards her arm. Which to me is strange because she's never been aggressive with anyone, ever. They did not try a mussel, or give me a discount or anything. Will not be returning even if the nails were completed, I was not impressed by her attitude from the beginning and should have just cancelled the appointment!

The employees are nice & helpful. However like everything else these days, I think their prices are too high. It's getting to where most people cannot even afford to pay for groceries let alone little extras along the way. I have to get my dogs food there. They eat Royal Canine dry & wet mixed together. I cringe every time I get their food there yet Walmart, etc. doesn't carry that brand. Their stomachs do not do well with most other brands. They have a lot of good brands there yet it's so expensive. A can of Royal Canine used to be $ 2.?? & Change just a couple of months ago, now it's in the mid $ 3.?? range. I did notice some of the dog bed prices were lower this time. I also get my carpet cleaner solution there, however the price of it has increased. I took my dogs to Petco for their checkups last month & it was under $90.00 each. Yet my Pug Puppy needs another shot still & I almost fell over when I asked how much it was going to be. I thought it'd be inexpensive because the Vet checkup was within reason for the two of them & it included shots. My puppy still needs a mix of shots in one & to be checked for worms so I'm going to have to pay for it like it or not yet it's still cheaper then going to the vet office. However, YIKES, I Was wrong, 4 when they told me the price which was the same price I paid a month ago that also included a vet checkup for them. I am pretty sure I recently read somewhere that PetSmart was going to start the same thing as the other one has yet please don't hold me to it for lately I have been a real out there big time, scatterbrain. I hope they do for it's a hop, skip & a jump for me to get there. Have a great day.

We really like Petsmart, always greeted as soon as you walk through the doors. They have everything to need for any type of animal you have. The prices are also good. We love going to Petsmart with our little dog.
