Marissa was amazing! From the moment I called she was SO nice, friendly, and accommodating. She got us in same day. I stress about bringing my dogs anywhere to get their nails trimmed, particularly our Beagle. Many veterinarians have failed to get his nails trimmed, we’ve been forced to try Trazadone to calm him down, but Marissa has some sort of magical awareness of what works for every personality pet. Not only did she get every nail of our Beagle fuss-free, she was able to do our German Shorthair, as well (who also is difficult when it comes to nail trims). We live in Lake Tahoe (1/2 hr away) but I will make that trek just to experience Marissa’s care and expertise with my dogs (who are like my children). I was so relieved upon leaving and felt like Marissa really cared about my pets and their comfort. I will only be using PetCo Carson City for my grooming needs!

Marissa was amazing!! Cash, our dog, seemed to have really liked her! he had a bad experience at a vet with his nails and she told my husband he was agitated with getting them done, but did allow it. That tells me ALOT about her. ALL OF IT GOOD! Marissa has just become his groomer for the extent of her Carson City Petco Career! She was so nice with us, so great with cash and she has a awesome sense of customer service. I have been in retail a very long time, and I am aware of great team members...you have one in Marissa
