We had an excellent experience with Ed doing our installation.We originally ordered two medium size doors for our two dogs and once Ed came to our house, we talked through why it would be best to size up to larger doors and went over the benefits of having the doors in different areas of our home. Ed was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the pros and cons of having the doors in different areas of the house.Once we received the larger size doors, Ed did a professional job installing them. Ed was communicative about his schedule and upfront about the timeline for installation.One thing that would have been beneficial for us is having a consultation at our home first (which would have allowed us to order the larger size dog doors at the beginning), as Ed had to return to our home once we received the larger doors.Overall we had a great experience and now our pups have the ability to go in and out as they please! We would highly recommend their expertise and professionalism!

My experience with Nevada Pet Door was excellent. Ordering was very smooth and the door was shipped directly to me. As soon as I received the door I contacted the installer and he fit me in his schedule within two days. Ed was my installer. He did a wonderful job on installing my new pet door in the wall in my home. He was extremely meticulous to make sure the door was installed properly. I love my new pet door. So does my dog Calli. It looks great on my wall both inside and out. The quality of the door is excellent. The entire process was easy and efficient. My installer Ed provided excellent customer service. He was prompt on arrival and cleaned up all of the construction mess when he was finished. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable to talk to. I am giving the entire experience and the quality of my new dog door 5 stars. I will highly recommend this company.

We love our new in-wall pet door! Ed did an outstanding job installing it. The product is really great quality and I love how you can choose different inside and outside colors. The grey nicely matches my exterior stucco. Ed did the construction carefully and professionally and took pride in his work. Also, he took time to answer my questions, explained the warranty and how I could obtain replacement flaps if I ever wanted to. I would definitely hire Nevada Pet Door and Ed again!

We did all of the preliminary portions via email. Very good experience. Dan's help with the door selection was wonderful. The really incredible part was the service provided by the installer, Ed. I had messaged Ed prior to the installation date about the likelihood of needing an electrician to move some outlets. He was very helpful in explaining how the process would go. Ed discovered before he began the installation that the manufacturer had sent some parts that were not quite right. Working with Dan, Ed was able to quickly get the correct part. He installed the door quickly. Dan also did an amazing job cleaning up the work site after completion. He did a great job! The service provided by Dan and Ed was just excellent.

Do not use! I tried using this company. First I used the website. No one would contact me back. Second issue was the contractor Ed came unprepared and the door was the wrong size. When I called the rep to talk about installation, I was told he would call me back. Never heard from them. Third visit I was told the door would not fit and the contractor Ed could not find his tools. I’ve tried to work with this company for two months. Don’t waste your time or money. Not the quality or service they advertise.

I needed an in the glass dog door, but due to the size of the glass, it had to be custom made. I contacted Nevada Pet Door and Ed came out to my home promptly. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I had him size up on the dog door itself just to make it more comfortable for my dog. Everything was custom to order and any modifications I wanted, I was able to add with minimal adjusted cost. The glass arrived within the time frame that was originally stated. Ed came back out and installed the door in under an hour. He made sure the door functioned flawlessly and adjusted everything accordingly. Overall, a great experience and incredibly happy I went with Nevada Pet Door.

We have had our door for about a week now and we love it. Ed did the install and was great. Our door has a glass insert and the doggie door looks like it was made at the factory. Very happy with the product, the install and the entire process. A bit pricey but definitely worth it for a quality, good looking product.
