This family-owned Grocery Outlet is great to work at and great to shop at. Prices are excellent, products are varied enough for almost all preferences and needs, and somehow shopping there is fun.

Came into the store it was immediately targeted as a shoplifter and was followed around every aisle that I went down buy some dude that felt like it was necessary to watch me. Unnecessary uncalled for but since I knew that's what they were doing I just kept walking up and down the isles stopping put my hands in my pocket constantly looking around walking down the next aisle and then going back to the aisle that I just went down only to be followed by the same person (s) for no reason. I definitely plan to be back just to push their buttons because I know that I can. it’s fun wasting other peoples money😜

I love Grocery Outlet because they have so many good deals but if you need something really specific you might not find it here.

Haven't been in the Carson City Grocery Outlet for quite sometime, it was a joy to go back. I always find everything I need here. The best thing I like about it is everytime I go back there are different items in the store. Keeps me coming back.

This store is very well managed! Shelves are neat and clean. Product labels all face front and are lined up perfectly. Also the layout is perfect. One word of caution is, don't expect everything to be cheaper. Some items are quite a bit more than you'd pay elsewhere, even though the tag has a ridiculous price for "elsewhere" it's not necessarily true. Know your prices before shopping. Still.... Lots of great discounts!

I almost vomited at the checkout. The disgusting cashier was so ripe you straight up choked anywhere within 8 feet of her. I’ll buy you some soap but you gotta use it. Management needs to talk to that one. Seriously I’ll leave my things and go somewhere else if I have to smell that again. At 42 years old I’ve encountered few people who have ever smelled so foul.

Great Store Awesome Staff! Boss man and his family are one of a kind! Great Organic and non-gmo selections and fresh produce! Great prices and great selection on everything. Very clean and organized store I’m happy to shop there every week!

Very well managed I like the "New" location. Shelves are well stocked, Organized. The only thing missing is newspaper to keep up on the "current" news. To the Cashier who called someone a Traitor in front of Customers. It takes a community to create one.

I know they have new ownership so I'll give him a break but it seems like they need to have a little bit more selection as far as products go. The wine section especially is really low variety. I'm glad they have new ownership though the last ones weren't very good at running the store hopefully they'll do a great job!

This is a brand new location. Store is well organized not a lot of stuff in the aisles to trip over. Good pricing. Friendly employees. Definitely recommend.

The store isn't hugh like Ralph's, but it has almost as many selective items, and it is a great convenience neighbor store for most items. What I like most about this store is their staff. Each person I interfaced with was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.

As much as I like the Grocery Outlet, this particular store always has items priced differently than the displayed prices. Today, the tag in front of Chiboni was $2.99, they rang up at $5.29, that's even higher the Walmart or Smiths. Last week, there were 8oz canned beverages for 99cents, that rang up $11.99!

They have a lot of 'hidden treasures!'. Shelves were stocked. Something we don't see to often now days. Employees are very helpful. I really like to stop by the store to see what is new. GREAT PRICES.

It's great! I loved the fresh produce, great frozen food selection. Cause sometimes I cook. Other times I go to the outlet cause it's great. Well stocked. Just don't stock during the day so much. I hate having to walk around too many employees ok!!

Since the new owners it's not nearly as good. We used to shop here everyday, now maybe a couple times a month. Don't like the selection, the prices or the store set up. When Dave left a true neighborhood grocery store died. Also no discounts for seniors and vets....shame!

The unhelpful, unfriendly friendly staff makes shopping there really unpleasant. I lost my wallet in there about a month ago, i realized i had lost it when i was loading my items on the conveyor belt for the cashier to ring up. I was in a panic, apologized, and asked if she needed me to go put my items back. She said yes! That was surprising...!!!!!But i did, as there were other customers in line. I searched up and down the aisles, notifying more than one (NOT BUSY) employee, and not a single one offerred to help me search. Customers were however, while the staff watched. After giving up my search, I asked to speak to a manager so i could leave my name & number. He took it and simply said, "I'll post it." I left very disappointed in the lack of customer service. About an hour after returning home a total stranger knocked on my door and handed me my wallet. She had found it in an aisle. She said she didn't feel comfortable leaving it with store employees. The next day i returned to the store wanting to speak to the owner whom i know is local. The majority of the front end staff recognized me and didn't ask once if i had found my wallet. When a female was called to give me the information on how to contact the owner (again, she was there the night before when i had lost my wallet), she was rude and wouldn't even write the information down herself. She told one of the cashiers to write it down as she told them the name and number. So unprofessional. I rarely go in anymoreThere are maybe 2 ladies there who are friendly and nice, both young ladies, and i thank them and let them know i appreciate their attitudes.
