This store is always dirty. The product is what you would expect. But the customer service is HORRIBLE. My daughter and I walked up to the register and waited about 2 minutes for someone to come help. She was RUDE, and eyeballed my daughter, looking her up and down with a NASTY, UGLY look on her face. There was absolutely no reason for the look. I most likely won't go back to this location.

I was able to get abread machine I told them the truth that I was low inch and a they gave me a break from what it was marked from 12.50 to 11.50 cuz I only had 11.57 in the bank and I wanted them to know I really appreciate what they did for me and they were very kind and didn't make me embarrassed when I talked to them about my money situation Thank-you Goodwill Manger and staff..

I have recently lost 25 pounds and needed new work attire for the office. For $75 I purchased several pairs of slacks, skirts, blazers, blouses and sweaters and a dress. Good quality, name brands. Very clean and in almost new condition. The store is really clean and well organized. I had a blast. It was like shopping in a store at the mall but I didn't feel like I was overspending. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend checking out this great store.

Went in today Thurs Sept 7th '23. Guy at counter was very rude to customer in front of me. Then he is rude to me at the register. Just total attitude. Biggish gamer guy. I am with my baby buying a few shirts and baby things.I had a water bottle I was purchasing. The sign says 49 cent water bottles. I figure unless marked otherwise. My water bottle was not marked. The moody guy at the register tells me it's worth more and that he has to charge me $5 for it in a rude voice. I tell him it says 49 cents and he accuses me of taking the sticker off.....which I didn't.Then he proceeds to insist it must be 4 or 5$. Another person in line behind me says they were looking at it too and that it is 49 cents.Another coworker of his goes over to the sign that says 49 cent water bottles and brings it over. Guy still insists its not worth only that.....It's like, bro.... it's a water bottle. It's not worth that much. I can buy it new for $10 for a fact.I had a $60 purchase of already pricey items. My baby is literally screaming in my arms and he's getting huffy with me when I need to reduce the items on the table.Acting annoyed at my baby too.Just told him to forget about it. Trying to rip me off for another $5, just lost what could've been $50+ for the company.Will never go back to a Goodwill again.I hope this guy gets fired he was a real piece of work.

Their warehouse/ donation crew is very rude. We called twice to make sure they could take the donation of a couch only to be turned away upon arrival. The young man, Tony, who spoke to me, was rude and very unprofessional. No one comming to any store should be treated that way. I will never donate to any Goodwill ever again after this series of incompetence.

The filthiest Goodwill I’ve ever been to, the carpets haven’t been vacuumed in ages, and there was literally a bag of human feces in the parking lot. The store itself smelled horrible and the dressing rooms had used band-aids on the floor.

I like this Goodwill store because of their friendly staff, and they will accept just about any type of donation. I bought 2 floor lamps and 2 lamp shades that were in very good condition but there were a few that didn’t look as good, but that’s okay because they have a good return policy for a full return if it’s returned within a week. One thing that I don’t like about thrift stores, they never have the same things which makes it necessary to revisit frequently for in search of something specific. Would recommend.

Clothing is over priced, not alot of people on average maybe 11-3 people in the store if that,Fair book prices, electronics are semi-reasonable prices.5 year old TVs with scratches and used furniture cost 100$ & more.Not a very convenient place to shop if your on a very limited budget.

I bought a very nice wardrobe, almost in new condition. Went around back to pick it up and was told after a couple of minutes that a cashier tried moving it herself despite not being in the shape for it and that there were two qualified people coming to get it. It damaged quite a bit, but I was able to get a refund. I wasn't mad at the damage, however I was upset that a cashier would attempt to move it when she was putting herself and others at risk of injury. Training needs to be a bit better, in my opinion. This happened a few months ago, so things might've changed.

There is a manager there named Crystal, I hadn't realized the shoes I bought were torn she said it's store policy you can't return them even if you were just walking out the door because I had already bought them. Would not let me exchange for something else in the store. When I called to tell her that her attitude towards me was very unkind and she should be more respectful to customers because they spend their hard earned money at the store she proceeded to hang up on me. I liked their store and variety of items but will NOT be going back. Your attitude as a manager matters and you just lost 2 customers because of your disrespectful attitude.

Always great. We drop stuff off & buy more. Your puzzles keep my autistic grandson very happy. He does 1000 piece in a 2 nights. Couldn't afford to buy them new.

I stopped coming here a few months ago because it was just a jumbled mess, but went in today and it seemed like they've decluttered the place quite a bit & we were able to find some good stuff. So long as they keep up the good work, we will be returning.

Prices of clothing are a bit high for all being donated. Always a hit & miss finding things here but always worth searching through if you have the patience! Staff is mostly nice & friendly.

Uhm. If you like tripping over stuff and pawing through piles of overpriced second hand doodads, this is your store! If you prefer affordable prices and items placed neatly on shelves, head to Reno where the thrift stores are reasonable and safe.

Well organized and friendly store. Scored over 100 great record albums there for $1 each. Prices of cds too high though. Cds should be $1 not $3. Great experienve tho!

Always seems dirty. When I first started going there a year ago it was always organized, stocked and prices were pretty reasonable. Come on their donations. Really so much profit.

Please do not donate any items to Carson city's Goodwill store. They are taking advantage of the free donations and charging retail, or above retail prices! Please donate to the Salvation Army instead since they actually do good for the community!

Employees have their bins and clothes racks blocking every other aisle and make you feel like you're in THEIR way. The clothing racks are so crammed full that it is difficult to look through them.
