I think all pharmacies are under staffed and over worked right now. I'm not going to say anything negative, I've checked out other pharmacies they're having the same problems. They have my medications and are nice people, that's all that matters...

There is a new employee working the counter in the pharmacy at CVS. She has long blonde hair and long fingernails. She holds her hand in front of her mouth and nose to shield herself from the public. She gives very poor customer service and should not be working with the public. If she’s so concerned she should be wearing a mask. She then touches the prescriptions that she hands to the customer spreading germs. She should not be there! Highway 50 E. Williams, Carson City Nevada

I rate the help from the pharmacists as a five, but the fact my insurance company is forcing me to use CVS seems to be a conflict of interest… forcing a person to use a pharmacy that you have ties with and excluding coverage at all other pharmacies should not be a acceptable option!

Not a fan -- showed up a couple minutes before closing to pick up prescription - Staff, appeared to be a manager, said curtly we are closed and really didn't care - could have been a life threatening issue with a prescription. Definitely don't go out of their way to make the customer happy -- too bad - will look for other options
