Dillon and the pharmacy staff at this CVS location are incredible. They always take time to explain all that is needed and help any way they can. The other products that the store offers are great. I enjoy the seasonal decorations and supplies needed for every holiday. Makes it real easy for me.

They never have my prescription medicine in stock and are always unable to order it. I keep trying them periodically because they are near my house. I end up going to Costco.

My wife and I are both on multiple medications and CVS is our pharmacy of choice. There are several departments besides the pharmacy such as food and drinks, baby and female products , greeting cards and so on. The staff are very nice and helpful, we're going through some difficult times right now as a society and they're doing a fantastic job....

The pharmacy is always short-staffed, and those staff are under-trained.Their computer system seems to make a point of locking prescriptions, and they are constantly needing prescribers to resend prescriptions.They managed to somehow set one of my prescriptions as "Inactive", which required a Dr. visit to get a new prescription.Avoid if at all possible.

Horribly understaffed in the pharmacy. The older blonde lady is not only rude, but makes a point of moving as slow as possible.Their system seems messed up, and antiquated.Half of the time they can’t find the prescription that’s been filled that day.And of course like so many pharmacies there seems to be a bias towards any opiate based prescription. On the day the prescription is released, they will stall you out from store opening until the afternoon. Why not take care of who’s in line immediately and not the 1000 scripts sitting there on the racks?

The tall blonde older woman working in the pharmacy is extremely rude. She told me my prescription wasn’t covered by my insurance (not her fault), but continuously talked over me when I was asking questions. Then she had the audacity to tell me I couldn’t afford my prescription out of pocket (I could but left crying before I could say anything because she was SO rude). She is extremely condescending. Then I check online, and my prescription WAS covered by my insurance. I will NEVER have a prescription filled here or even shop in this store frankly. Worst pharmacy experience EVER. This was May 4, 2021 at 7:45 pm, if this store has any common sense they will look at who was working this shift and remove her from a customer service position. Absolutely disgusting.

I have only gotten a prescription filled here once a long time ago so I won't speak on the actual pharmacy for prescription medications, but the rest of the employees are great. Always helpful, I am greeted with smiles. The manager who was clearly very busy putting out new items last week made it a point to ask each customer she came into contact with if they were finding everything okay and if they needed any help to just let her know. I have never had a problem here. If you prefer CVS Pharmacy's I recommend shopping here. They should keep this one as they used to have just this one when CVS took over Longs Drugs and close the other two CVS embarrassments in Carson.

Arrived for our booster appointment and there was no staff available to give it. No call to let us know. They sent us to another CVS and said our appointment was good there. That location said no, that's not the way it works.

I find the staff at the pharmacy at CVS to be very rude, yelling, demeaning, disrespectful, slow, pharmacist could not even give shots because she doesn't have the knowledge and got mad because she has no filter( yell, scream, treat people rude, as she sees fit)and obviously CVS condones this behavior. Just because we are in a pandemic this is no excuse for the employees to treat you or anyone else with that kind of behavior . I DO NOT TREAT PEOPLE THAT WAY AND I DO EXPECT THE SAME REPECT....

If I could give 0*, I would. I have never dealt with such incompetence at a pharmacy as I have with this one. Every time I have called, I am on hold for no less than 15 minutes. Today I was on hold for 17 minutes, and they told me that there is one call ahead of me. 10 minutes later, and I am still on hold. They are rude, and most times the medication is not ready when it is supposed to be. She told me yesterday that my med would be ready tomorrow. My friend drove over 20 miles to pick it up for me, and is told that it cannot be picked up until tomorrow. What the hell is wrong with these people?!?! I will never use this pharmacy again, and will be calling corporate.

I walked in to pick up a prescription and found one of them wasn't on auto fill. Yu went in the back and took care of it, I was out of there in 10 minutes. Excellent customer service. In all my years I've never had anyone do that.

The pharmacy is always overloaded. Some staff seems to take liberties with the truth.Update: I have found that a specific pharmacist (hint: a female) is really helpful and aware of the state of industry and is willing to do all that is needed to get things done. Also all of the support staff is helpful and friendly.

This pharmacy staff is the worst! I've been going here for a few years and everytime I ask them about the service, they always say they are working on it but each new staff member seem to be more rude than the last! Today I received the wrong medication(an old one I had a bad reaction to), when I realized it, I called. The lady I spoke with wouldn't even let me talk, just kept cutting me off saying there was nothing she could do and I bought it, its mine now. I'm not looking for a refund, all I want is get the proper meds. She also kept saying I could not dispose of the wrong ones there, however I happen to know there is a bin right next to the pharmacy specifically for disposal. Now even if the bin is not "in the pharmacy" it is still possible to dispose of medication there, so there is no reason to be a complete B, telling me it's not your problem. I have come to the conclusion that this pharmacy will NEVER improve.

EVERY month, its a fight to get my perscriptions filled! They say they havent recieved the fax from my Dr, and it takes 3 or 4 times for them ti get it. I've watched my Dr fax it, but CVS is the WORST PHARMACY I have ever had to deal with. After my perscription is filled this time, I AM CHANGING PHARMACIES! I wont even go shop at CVS ever again. The WORST pharmacy in all of Carsin City.

Outstanding customer service. Always friendly and welcoming cashiers. They grow a relationship with their customers to make them want to come back over and over. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and wouldnt change a thing about them.

I love the staff, wonderful service throughout the store. But, this store opens later and closes earlier than the other 2 stores. So I was told it was because of business, but maybe if it was open I wouldn't have to switch. It is very frustrating !!!

When you call the pharmacy at 8 a.m. for a refill, it SHOULD NOT take till 1 p.m. to get it filled. Not enough pharmacy staff, and they are rude.
