How the in the world are you calling yourself a .99 cent only store when almost 70% of your store is well above that. Also making your cashiers wait to call for for assistance till there is a halfway down the aisle is beyond ridiculous. Whoever is in management should be learn how to operate store. The gentleman that was working the register was beyond amazing. I just wish all the other employees and upper management would pull their heads out of their *$$#$

They have a new employee their named Pat. He was a terrible cashier , so dramatic, slammed his head on the screen for asking him politely to remove one transaction. He made me super un comfortable. Been going to this store for years but he makes me so uncomfortable that I do not want to return 😕

Place is always well stocked. Lots of fruits and vegetables...candy and soda too. Lines move fast. Staff is always super friendly and overall a good experience. Opens early closes late

3/2024 The owner is an idiot.It's very irritating when you pass by, make a uturn down the street, pull into the parking lot, trying to find a close parking stall, walk in to the 99only store.......... and finding out, nothing in this store is 99cent.This unproffesionally run company has been falsely advertising as a 99cent only store for a long time now. I have never seen another company in the 60 years on this planet, using a business name that is not what they sell.I'm sorry, I called the City of Carson and complained about this false advertising....it appears they took no action.

It's great they have a lot of items. Get customer service and this is the only store in the area that keeps more than one register open. This is a good thing in my opinion would definitely return check it out.

9.99 times out of 10, it is an amazing experience! Great vibes. Service is awesome with friendly & helpful employees. Customers are always in really good spirits, I’m guessing it’s the deals! Even have decent produce! It used to be only 99 cents for everything. It was kinda shocking when stickers and signs starting reading 1.99 and up. Still, when you compare it to other stores, even thrift and second-hand, you can see the savings!! I highly recommend this store and encourage everyone to check it out. My hope is that they keep expanding on their selections. Be mindful to go in when you have time to shop or with a list & self-control, everything catches the eye. An average trip for me is 30 minutes up to 2 hours... so worth it every minute and pretty penny!P.S. it’s a fantastic place to purchase cards, houseware, and GIFTS. All year round. If you haven’t been before, GO!!!!! 👍👍

I love this store❤️. The selection of produce is very good and the manager Angie is friendly and very helpful! If you ask, she will go out of her way to check availability of a certain produce if it isn’t already on display. Angie is worth her weight in gold! I hope she is paid well for her exceptional service!

I just love this store. I haven't been to one of these since we moved here, but when I was in California we would go all the time. This one here in Carson is nice and clean the staff was very nice and the stor was nice and clean. So it was a pleasant place to go and one of my favorite stores to go to. I am so glad they have them here.

Service here is always good. The staff are friendly for the most part and it's always easy to find what you need. They have a lot of party stuff when you need it and cute little toys for kids for a decent price.

Although I couldn't find stencils I got everything else I needed ( besides q-tips, I forgot them, that's my fault). The staff was friendly and helpful. No long lines. With there were more signs with prices.

My family and I just love this store. We can shop from home goods, toys, to groceries. Everything is really cheap and pretty great quality. I bought bowls that were microwave and dishwasher safe on my last visit and I love them. There is bound to something for everyone.

Every time I've been in this place it is slammed. No matter the time of day. They always seem to have enough cashiers andbthe place is well stocked. My only complaint would be when a product runs low or out they tend to rearrange which means you have to go hunting for what you're looking for. Not a bad thing but the place does a lot of business and that many people gives rise to my anxiety. So it's me, not them.

Good location and obviously the Price Is Right. Ample parking fairly busy store with a good selection of products. Their produce and vegetables were nice and fresh . They carry additional items that range from a 1.99 to 5.99. Nice that they stay open later, thats a plus .

Great place to shop on a budget ...place takes EBT and cash, cards . Great place for drinks and other food items on the cheap . Name brands and off brands .

I was just getting a few things like dishsoap , paper plates, etc.Helpinga man that didn't know were toothpastewas at showed him .Then went to stand in a really long line only 2 cashierwere working . Made a few jokes to the ones that were standingin line we laughed made the time go bye had a greattime .. thanks public for the laughs .,

This is a fun store, lots of cheap canned and dry goods, and heavily discounted toys. Always check the end caps because they almost always have hidden treasures at a huge discount. I dont recommend for general grocery shopping, unless you have a very small household, as their selection is very limited outside of canned and dry goods.

They were very judgemental I came in with a couple friends who aren't that clean and the employees followed us around the store assuming we were going to steal and the way we know that is because as soon as we all came to the register all the employees came to the registers or just went back to what they were doing when we came in

Why, oh why, do I even think about shopping here without at least a basket in which to put my purchases? I don't think it's humanly possibly to walk into this place, buy just one item, and then leave. I know there will be at least a dozen other 99-centers that I won't be able to live without before returning to the safety of the parking lot. Don't be fooled, tho, the store's name is a misnomer. It carries many products costing more than 99 cents...and they're all worth every penny.
