Very clean place to stop. There's friendly hard working people inside. The Subway gals are great and keep it clean. We were there 20 minutes and a guy was outside cleaning all the fuel pumps (cant remember last time I saw that) and another guy spray cleaned the bathroom keeping it clean. There's a fun little casino on the side. Good selection of drinks and snacks.

I really appreciate the relatively clean restrooms with fully stocked supplies at this gas station. What I was more impressed by was them having the tampon/pad trash and toilet liners. I hardly see that anymore. The biohazard waste was great. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that at a gas station before. Their selection in store in fine. No alcohol at this location, if you’re looking for any, but the SHEETZ across the street does have some.

Seriously, if you're looking to rest or buy food or get gas this is the place to go. This place has lowest gas prices that I've seen. I paid $2.71. I'm traveling to Ann Arbor Michigan and some places charge up to 319 for gas. If you're looking for gas stop here. Also has a Subway and has a laundry room. there's also lots of food and snacks to buy. A One-Stop island in the middle of nowhere, very good place to go two thumbs up.

Love this pilot employees are nice good customer service great experience.Restrooms are ok not bad i mean there is a place to do your needs. parking for semi truck’s like 20 spots if your parked you are lucky to have a spot .Peaople who complain about how small this place is its because they cant park or there just wasnt a spot for them . Would come back definitly.Ohh and they do sell beer👍🏽so have a cold one and relax.

Pilot's has a wheelchair accessible entrance, as well as parking and the aisles are fairly wide, as well. Connected to a gaming area, cigarette smoke shafts everywhere, even the Subway Sandwich Restaurant. The convenience store has the typical stock to items. I purchased water here. Also some items of hot food purchased like hot dogs sausages and corn dogs. Handicap accessibility is available.The place is fairly busy would morning and early afternoon, and the atmosphere blacks personal attention to the customer. However given that the items are for purchase at a more reasonable price than that of another convenient store.The other big saying is that you can get everything pretty much at 1 stop. Food, to items that you may need for the road.

I came for the fuel prices but I left really quickly because of the smell from the trash compactor.It does have a Subway and very compact parking but the play smells really really really bad it's really really bad.

I was informed that the showers are not currently available due to low water pressure, but the bathrooms worked perfectly fine. For example, all the toilets flush without any issue, and there is full pressure when you run all the sinks at the same time. Now they only have three showers available at this location, and you are not able to use your Pilot’s app on your smartphone to reserve one, so the cashiers at the fuel desk act as gate keepers which means you have to take their word for it. Very disappointed!

A great place to stop and pee in between Grand Rapids and Lansing! Bathrooms are clean and even have showers. Great snacks and gas a one place stop!

Okay this might be one of the smallest pilotThat I've been to in a whilebut the people are nice they got one little shower and there's not a whole lot of parking there is a Dollar General down the street no food except for what was under a heat lamp I think it's Roadkill off Interstate 75but I ate it. And I didn't get too bad of a stomach ache

This pilot travel center was very dark.no lights. I have never seen parking so dark. Looks like Pilot started a new money saving program : no paper towels, no toilet papers, no lights.So, what is next ?

Probably my favorite thing about this place is the stores nearby within walking distance. You have a small grocery store, a family dollar, and even a post office all within easy walking distance. The place itself is nice inside. There are only 60 parking spaces for semi's but you're likely to find a spot most days and times. The parking lot is a little dirty and smells like urine... I had to remove a very nasty trash bag from my parking spot before I backed in. But this speaks more to dirty truck drivers than the establishment itself.

Not busy. Easy to get in and out. Fast pumps, although card reader didn't work. Shower was clean and hot. Every employee was friendly.

Places average inside bathrooms are a little dirty also the diesel pumps very uncomfortable to maneuver after you pump the gas inside because it's closed in and you got to do a really sharp left turn sign you can't hardly see it at night inside there is a McDonald's in case you need to eat something not the best place to do a long stop.

Be careful with the fuel pump They don't do exact amount Fuel Check the gauge before pumping........ Take extra 30 gallons to fill it up at 200 gallons tanks in my truck

Not really big but nice travel center. Shower is small but clean. There is a coin laundry with 1 washer & 1 dryer ($2.50) but be prepared that credit card pay machine does not work (or it just didn't respond to my card). But the cashier was very friendly and exchanged my $5 to coins.

Dirty floor. lots of fuel on floor . All trash cans full. 2 or 3 big holes on concrete. printer don't work and McDonald's closed. 9-20-17 @ 8am

Bathrooms trashed and dirty. Stopped to get a sandwich at the SUBWAY and watched the lady making my sandwich use her gloved hands to open all kinds of knobs/handles and Doors while trying to make my sandwich and then handle the meats and cheeses. That is not okay. I know she was trying to be helpful to her coworker all while talking about the problems the store manager was having with their sandwich shop. Gross.Do not stop here!

Newly renovated and clean inside. Very small parking 25 spaces for semis and one bathroom for women and one for men. It's safe to say you'll wait to go to the bathroom. There is 2 showers. If you're fueling and leaving then it's great but if you are planning to spend the night then you're garanteed not to find parking. However, accross the street semis park there in a lot that belong to auto repair shop.

They had gas so we stopped, and filled up. No problems at all. Bathrooms were also used, not revered but usable. It is a convenience store and lived up to that name.

Well I'm here at the Pilot in Georgia and they won't take my money now that's discrimination against us poor people cuz I'm poor people cannot afford to have a credit card or a debit card with money loaded on it all the time thanks for looking out for us Not !!!!. I guess I'll go up to the lovesthey don't discriminate up there, I don't know who makes up these corporate rules but you people have no concept of little man you're all sitting in your big office but your Mercedes and you don't care about us so I guess its we don't care about you will go somewhere else

Used to be a decent place to stop, but now it’s a LTL freight transfer hub for FedEx, UPS, Old Dominion, hardly no place to park because they park everywhere, act like they own the place, One 9 probably getting rent money , so they don’t care either. Maverick and loves both need a truck stop here.

McDonald's at this location. High tech option for ordering. VERY slow service. They couldn't handle the volume of customers. The order was wrong AND cold. Bathroom dirty and without soap.

Leave it to Nevada to have a small casino and liquor behind the counter at a truck stop. We were shut down for weather. The location was clean and the people we're friendly.
