Wish no stars was an option. Dropped off my dog a little late for his appointment, 11:10, received passive aggressive comment from Pam when I arrived. I was called at 12:30 to let me know that he was ready. As soon as we got home he vomited. I paid this company about $1/min and got back a sick dog. Please do not take your dog here. He smells of chemicals and his coat feels dry vs soft. Also she only takes cash.

Great Service. The Owner, Pam, is fabulous with our dogs. Our boys (puppies) love going to see her and she doesn't lock them in a cage. Pam is very accommodating. She does a great job. Our boys smell wonderful and look so handsome when we pick them up. Most of all they are happy and Love their Aunt Pam!

Called , got an immediate appointment. Was quoted a price but it was more when I got there. Don't really like that they don't let you inside. It's strictly curbside dropoff/pickup. The lady was super nice. The cuts were really good! I will definitely go back.

honestly I've been super I don't want to use the word scared but apprehensive about taking my pups to a new groomer regardless of what the service is but I can tell you after going and seeing Pam at K9 I know my girl is in great hands regardless of what she needs done especially because of all the restrictions in are place because of covid-19 I thought doing anything with my pups was going to be a hassle but she made it hassle free LOCALS definitely the place to go non-locals if you don't mind driving an extra 10 minutes definitely worth the drive and eat at one of the cafes here while you wait. Thanks again Pam!!!

My 2 titzu's went to the same groomer for many years. I tried BC Animal House & K-9 Klips when she was unable to take them. My puppies never so good after a visit to Pam. It goes to show sometimes we're creatures of habit and when forced to make a change find there are better options. Pam at K-9 is great. Not only does she know pet grooming,(my pups ears had been over-looked by the previous groomer) Pam is pleasant.

We have a shepherd mix and she’s 12 we were alittle nervous about bringing her there because we have had a bad experience with a groomer in the past but they did a wonderful job she looks beautiful

Shaved my dog all the way down without my permission. I specifically asked for them to trim up her face and nails after the bath, I came back to a dog with no hair. I will never spend my money at this establishment ever again. EVER.
