If your looking for a good deal, this is the wrong place. The prices are very high but they know it's convenient when the locals don't want to drive into henderson. As far as the pharmacy goes, I will not use this location. They seem to always be out of stock or half fill prescriptions and tell me to come back in 1 or 2 days for the rest. I do not recommend the pharmacy here. The staff has always been nice and very helpful when needed.

On my way to an appointment with an Air Force Chaplain I saw I needed to catch my ever emerging mustache before it embarrasses me again. I was welcomed to the store by an attentive girl who hovered near as I hunted for a product. The service was wonderful and I look forward to my next visit with glee. Thx CVS!

Store is clean. Staff always greets me when I walk in and they are always ready to help. Used to get my prescriptions here and never had a problem.Sometimes the landscaping and out door property could use some help.

I normally get my prescriptions from this CVS, and have always had a pleasant experience with the staff. One of the things I like is how one is always cheerfully greeted by an employee on entry. I think that most of the employees I have encountered are genuinely trying to do a good job, and that includes the pharmacy. I like this business, and am glad it is in Boulder City.

The store was clean and well-stocked. Associates greeted me when I entered and weee readily available to assist me at the self-checkout, as I had age-restricted items. An overall great experience!

The pharmacy at this location is terrible.The employees are so rude and I cannot imagine how they are able to keep their job with this attitude.My husband and I are on a cross country road trip. He lost his medication and asked if it was possible to arrange for a replacement or try to get it called in from our home pharmacy to last until we got back home.When we went back to find out if it was successful or not we got there at their lunch time.They literally just closed down the doors on front of us. We asked if his prescription was in and all we got that they were closed for lunch repeated on a nasty tone. We are on a road trip and we’re heading out so did not want to wait if it was not successful.Finally a gentlemen took pity on us and checked and said it was not in.We would have wasted time waiting for something it was not even done.I am not upset about the refill not being done but rather the unfriendly and nasty tone of the woman behind the counter.

this is the worst drug store on planet earth with the worst pharmacy ever and the rudest staff ever. They are so rude and unprofessional its jaw dropping. The pharmacy staff are so rude that it will leave you speechless wondering how someone can even be capable of such mind blowing meaningless rudeness for no reason at all.

What a joke. Experiencing covid symptoms and trying to get tested. You can only make appointments online. No appointments available online ANYWHERE for days. Pulled in the drive through, was told to go online. WAS NOT told they were booked at that time. Pulled around the corner, got in my phone and looked...says testing is closed? So...I pulled in the again empty drive through, told them what was going on. Then I was told they were "booked" and had a test scheduled for every 10 minutes. I hung out for 20 minutes to see if anyone pulled up. No one pulled up. What a $hit$how. Thanks for nothing.

The employees are really helpful and friendly but one is almost too friendly at the wrong times. For instance, the last two times I've been in there, one of the male employees (could be the manager if I'm not mistaken) who wasn't wearing a name badge came up front to help out the cashier who had 6 customers in line. She ended up waiting on 4 to his 2, because he was chatting up his customers with small talk instead of getting them rang up . When it was my turn at last, he walked away from the register and continued his conversation with his customer from 2 prior . The same thing happened last time I was there as far as his chattiness when they were busy . Nice guy . Friendly guy, but way too talkative at the wrong times . Some of us need to get in and out cause we have places to be .

Arrived at 6 minutes before closing time and the manager was standing by the door not letting anyone in and avoiding eye contact with us who were trying to come in. First set of doors were locked. Working in retail I know We were never allowed to lock the door before closing time. I drove to this one because i had enough time to get there before close. I just needed dog food.

The CVS drugstore in Boulder City is the absolute worst. Outrageously high prices, braindead pharmaceutical personnel and always “a register down” or ???Please please please open a store WALGREENS !!! We need you up here.

The worst experience ever. Today an assistant attempted to verify a ten year old address, then "couldn't" process my pharmacy benefit - after reading it from the computer, the one they've been using for ten years - then sent me home to get my insurance card, then couldn't use that, and I finally paid for service cash just to get away from them. The pharmacist actually told me that when I got everything worked out, they could submit for me.

This is the best CVS anywhere. All the people who work here go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I've been 10 times already and never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be helped.

Today I went into the store fully masked to ask about a covid test. I went online but their website was not working quite right. It kept telling me "Something is not right. Try again another time." I wondered if they were still offering covid tests. I tried several times over a couple hours and at different stores in the area. When I asked about it at the counter the pharmacy tech told me I should not have come into the store, I should have called. Good plan except for the endless phone menus to jump through, I couldn't get to a human. She then told me I should go to an Urgent Care. Ok, go somewhere else lady, you're germy. That is just the latest event in a long list of bumbling ineptitude events at that store. Boulder City really does need another pharmacy.

I have had countless problems with the pharmacy and eventually had to switch to a different one 20 mins farther away. Its somehow more convenient to drive 40 mins extra then deal with them constantly being out of stock of everything and not informing you.

I have to say this is the WORST Pharmacy I have ever encountered. There is NO right to PRIVACY they speak as loud as they want to about all of your information whether being on the telephone or in person. The one tech I encountered the first day alone acted as though I was below her and she was entitled to state _______what type of insurance I carry and that they don't cover _____________.W O W REALLY!!!Okkkkk so all of my prescriptions have never been covered well I sure would like to know who has been paying for my medication all this time?! As she stated all of I have been waiting twelve days now for my prescription to be filled. The runaround alone that I have received from this pharmacy, You need to be SHUT DOWN!!! An absolute lack of respect privacy and professionalism even from 3 pharmacist here! Still no answer as to WHEN my prescription will be FILLEDBecause there is NO LEAGAL reason that it hasn't!!
