The lot is gravel, dirt, and sand. I don't think it would be pleasant if it's raining. We didn't use the bathrooms or laundry, but the buildings looked run down and shabby. The utilities were good. It's on the highway, but the traffic slows at night.Walkability: Access to BLM land - you can walk all you want.

For the money - $25 a night it's great. Cheap, clean laundry facilities, $1.50 for a wash, 50c to dry. Two toilets / showers which were clean. Right by the road which is noisy. Our issue - not the sites fault was the wind. As we only had a 30amp plug we were put right on the end of a row (we have a roof tent & canvas awning). It's an open RV Park, no trees, no cover and the wind really blows. At the end of October it's cold too. Even the RVers were huddled round fire pits in coats & hats. It's 3 miles or so outside of Beatty. In an RV or caravan, especially the big rigs it's excellent value.

It's an RV Park. I stay in my 40ft Motorhome. We came in after office hours, paid our $25 after picking our drive through spot. Just 2.75 miles outside Beatty, NV. Elect/ Water/ Sewer they have showers, laundry, & it is great for the price. We enjoy it. It is an RV Park. Not a hotel...Noteworthy details: NOT A HOTEL. Aplace to Park your camper/ trailer/ motorhome. Has showers & laundry facilities. It's nice.

It's about as low cost as they come! And you get what you pay for. Nothing fancy. No wifi or cable, sign in the office says to talk to your neighbors like it's 1995. They do have a bathroom and laundry. Right of the 95 so lots of road noise all night. It was just fine for our one night stay on the way to other places but wouldn't choose it for anything longer.

Can't go wrong with $25 and full hook up. It was perfect for our 3 night as stay visiting Death Valley National Park.

Level, clean sites. Super easy to pull through. Close to town and casinos. Thousands of acres of public land accessible through gate at back of park. Bathrooms were fine and a nice relief after traveling in my small camper that doesn't have water. WiFi is advertised on website, but that is no longer accurate. Verizon & T-mobile work here (as of 4/22). Look it's $25/night, don't expect total perfection, but I'll definitely be returning. Thanks for keeping it cheap for those passing through on a budget.

Basic RV park $25.00 a night. Would return. From the looks of the others, this is the better choice. Full hook ups, no Wifi/cable. Bath and laundry no A/C or fans. Road noise is loud. Beware of the coyotes, they will come up and try and snatch your dogs. Low water pressure and you will want a water filter hooked up. There is no shade in the park.

Stayed one night when heading to Oregon. The pull through sites are double stacked, but we had no issues parking our 42' fifth wheel. The staff was super friendly. No WiFi, so don't expect to do any work, or play on the internet. I guess that's whys we get away sometimes. Enjoy Beatty. It's a fun little town.

Very reasonable price for all that you need. Electric, water, restrooms and showers, dump station. It was very quiet. Level areas with picnic tables per site. Wifi and laundry too!

Absolutely love this spot. There's no wifi, but my phone worked fine to watch movies. It's just outside beatty, and on the other side from death valley and all the hiking in that area. Though it's right ogg the hwy, it's not very loud, and the lors aren't cramped next to each other. There are wild donkeys in the area which add to the atmosphere of this area. Cat owners beware, there are coyotes out here, not many but enough. Keep your cat and little dogs under constant supervision when outside. 10/10 would stay here again. You cant beat this price and the host of the park is super hospitable.

Nice and quiet. Very friendly owners and plenty of room to walk my dog. The wild burros can be seen across the street with their babies and it's quite a site. This is a busy little rv park but really nice.Thank you for the visit.

Have been here often on trips 'tween Reno & Texas /Florida. Hwy is noisy but lessens greatly after midnight. I sleep thru it. Restrooms R large & very functional. Hmm-Save water by ,,,Nearby activities: Death Valley close. Day trips!!🤗

Are here now and it's great. $15 dollars per night with no hook-ups. We don't need it, since we're in a van. Yes, there is noise coming from the highway, but hey...when you travel all day, you'll sleep through anything at night. Showers and toilets are clean and huge! You can do your laundry if you want to and the town is only 5 minutes away. Sites are big enough for us and by the looks of it, a big RV fits perfectly as well. $25 dollars for hook ups and a spot...we've had less for more...so this place is awesome. Warm welcome, too! Best deal in America! :))

Nice place for a nice price! Whether passing thru or out for a weekend getaway on a budget, this place should suit you well. Easy pull thru spots. Has a few amenities which we didn't use (we're self contained) though its older, it is kept maintained. Would definitely consider using again!

We just needed a place to stay for the night and found this park, it seemed nice and clean and we had a good night. Would definitely stay again.

The road noise pretty much disappears after a couple of hours. The gentleman who checked me in took the time to walk out to my spot and show me the ropes. It's a nice little spot outside of town that is great for people who enjoy being left alone. The price was right and I would definitely stay again.

Tried to make a reservations with a travel trailer. Was told by them, they are a RV park, not a trailer park. I told them a travel trailer is a RV. Their response, " We are full". ? Huh?!? What he failed to tell you in his follow up reply, that he stated in his email to me is this; They do have a few full time sites, all occupied by rigs, no trailers. They advertise monthly rates. They just do not prefer trailer RV's to occupy them for monthly stays. They stated to me upon inquiring for monthly stays; "WE ARE A RV PARK. NOT A TRAILER PARK"! I never emailed him back stating that he should get more land. I stated in a follow up email; "With more than 4.5 million people retiring in 2021 and lack of housing and rental prices soaring, he should consider converting to more monthly sites". As other parks have done. Limiting to months not just days or weeks. I mean really, who wants to move around month to month in this climate of virus's and soaring fuel prices? I could not even take in, all that the town of Beatty has to offer in 30 days! Let alone the surrounding area. I hope with the sale to a company they can sort the park out. Change their website, to specify their accommodation's and amenities. Add some of their own pictures, not just customer pictures. Improve on their relations with potential customers. Show how many sites they have available. Provide a park map. And clarify your monthly stays. I wish them the success that has eluded them. Just not with me there.

RV park about 4 miles north of Beatty. Level, graveled, large sites with full hookups. Clean bathrooms and showers. Has laundry and a small rec room. Reasonably priced at $25 and Manager very friendly. Biggest downside is road noise.
