If you can't get an item to scan, and a customer says "don't worry about it" 3 times....let it go. People are tired and can be in pain. Nobody likes to be ignored and inconvenienced so you can make 3 dollars more on a sale. RUDE.

I went in looking for an antenna and I asked a worker and said they didn't have any. I found them. Later when I went to pay the cashier with her kids at the job didn't have no clue what the antenna was for. The company needs to hire individuals who actually know the store. Side note: I'm from California so I was expecting the same service. Can't return electronics here.

If it's cash only, you really should put a sign up. We just spent 30 minutes in the store for school supplies. Not knowing cash, only put a sign up, it's not that hard.

I'm giving them four stars because the lady behind the counter was exceptionally nice and helpful today however their store is always messy so if you have a lot of time then yeah go shop there. It's really hit or miss with this store however things are looking up.

Management and staff are really rude and unwelcoming and racist to my family.. one of the staff actually flipped off my daughter and rushed my mom out the store.. i think she on drugs too.the store is messy and unorganized. I will not spend my money here ever.

Best thing that has Every Happen for our small town. Food cost and other products here we had been screwed over for years. Now we have a choice and say when we leave town to shop not a have to anymore. Thank You Family Dollar
