At this location on the north side of York, Nebraska, on Sunday, April 21st, at 3:30 PM, the food was 'greasy and soggy. The runza bread was doughy and watery. Are they just killing them in a microwave? The hamburger was drowned in ketchup and mustard. The fries were very greasy. The staff insulted my wife by telling her she looked like a senior citizen. Made a tired woman feel even worse. Try being more tactful. As for the drowned burger, tried to take it back to the counter and there was nobody visible. Stood there for 5 minutes and nobody saw. Finally hollered loudly and got someone. Where were you people? Replacement burger was ok. It used to be that Runza hamburgers were always very good and the runzas and fries also. But this appears to be a problem with the attitude and possibly the training of employees. Management needs to pay better attention. This was substandard.

This place used to be so good. Over the last six months to a year it's really gone downhill. The food is pretty close to the same quality, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. When going though drive thru, getting cut off while ordering and having to try and get their attention to order more food is a normal occurrence. Take the time to check for any sauces you ordered because you can order them, ask them if they included them and they will tell you yes, then you get home and realize they aren't actually there. Also the high school kids shoving and pushing each other while "horsing around" was interesting to watch. Can definitely tell there's no supervision there.

Was there at 5:30p.m. service very slow they would come out front to talk to customers. Kitchen help no rubber gloves and eating food. Young customers or friends in talk and mess around even went to kitchen and talk to others all help busy laughing and carrying on. If a manager was there they acted same way. Our cinnamon rolls were burnt. Always liked north runza but will not go back and won't recommend it.

Walked up to this location the other day to get my usual, double cheeseburger combo + a chili.Was informed that the chili is a " seasonal item, got my food. Went to get ketchup out of the dispenser only to find it out or not working, and for the 3rd. Time in 3 visits, I had to turn the key on , on the drink machine because I guess it's too much to remember for the manager and the staff to turn it on for paying guest.I don't know who the manager is at this location, but if I was the owner, I would send in a undercover customer to see the lack of management.WILL NOT be returning, I and my retirement money will goto Wendy's and get there chili and combo.

Went through drive thru Saturday night at 7:40 had to repeat my order twice and at the window while the other boy is taking a order and stuffing his face at the same time very unprofessional. I get my sandwich and on both of them mayo was piled on one side thick and none on the other. I feel you all really need an adult in there that is responsible to keep the kids in line.

I will stick with Runza by wallmart this one has teenagers running it and very rude teenagers at that. They are definitely not polite when handing you food you say thanks and they just look at you definitely won't return.

The order I had was absolutely disgusting, i had the double bacon cheese burger and onion rings, the patty was completely dry and luke warm, the bacon was to crispy and the onion rings where half raw and had no flavor.

Every time I get a hamburger, IT LUKE WARM!!!!!I know several places that your hamburger is hot!You advertise fresh, YOU WOULD THINK IF A HAMBURGER WAS FRES IT WOULD BE HOT!APPARENTLY NOT!!!This why I will eat some where else!Apparently there are plenty of people that like Luke warm hamburger, I’m not one of them! If you hamburgers werr half as hot as your soup is, that would be a good hamburger in my opinion. Also the waters at the counter was a RATTLE BRAIN!!! She forgot 1/3 of my order beside the Diet Pepsi was out!!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Ok

Runza is my favorite fast food place to go. Though it seems every time I've tried this location, the food is room temp, the staff is very monotone-not very kind and the chairs are grimy. I gave 3 stars because I feel these are all easy fixes and I have hope for them.

The food was good and it was clean. The menu left something to be desired, however. I'd never been to this chain before but was exited about the stuffed sandwiches. When I went to order, there were only two on the menu among 4 or 5 hamburger options. I still went with the stuffed sandwich. Even though it tasted OK, I was sad that it was really just a bun and it was not really stuffed or baked in.

5 of us traveling through Nebraska decided to order 80 runza's to take home at the last minute to freeze and eat in the future. I called Saturday night right before closing and was able to pick them up early morning. Not only was the staff sweet about it, they had all 80 runzas ready and waiting for us, already frozen. It was an amazing experience!!!!

Im not mad that they have slowly made the fries smaller then miss the burgers are smaller but the buns are the same size..too much bread for the small burger. Get a snack bun and it'll be great. Lack of friendly service which is sad because they used to have the friendliest...

Just fine for a runza chain, they do a good job and it only gets outrageously crowded during lunch but that's to be expected , never messed up my order
