Would be a wonderful place if managed better. Phone number goes to generic voicemail most of the time, left a couple messages about boarding our dogs, with no return phone calls. Finally reached a live speaking person to find out they were full. Poorly managed.

Not reliable. I made an appointment to take my pup in for daycare. I gave them my phone number and told them what time I’d be coming. They asked me to bring my dog’s vet records and complete a three page form. I chased down the records and filled out the form. When I got there, the place was shut down. I tried calling three times and didn’t get a response. I came back an hour later, and the place was still closed. I would not recommend if you’re looking for a reliable place for your pet to stay. I had to miss out on my family reunion as a result.

I have been taking "Bella" my boxer here for 3 years and they have fantastic service and a very caring and responsible staff. They take very good care of the dogs and are very concerned about the dogs well being. The facility is very clean and you can barely even smell pneumonia at all! The dogs "rooms" if you will are like a hotel room for the dogs! It is decorated and they have a cot to sleep or lounge on and they also have a few blankets on the floor in each room. There dogs that come often have a painted sign that they put on there door that has their name on it! Each room has a doggie door that the dogs can go outside in. The staff always checks on the dogs outside to make sure that everyone is getting along. On hot days they will sometimes lay out a shallow "kiddie" pool with water for the dogs to play in! "Bella" gets so excited every time we arrive! She can't stop jumping up and down and circling! They make sure the dogs are well fed and watered and taken care of. If your dog takes medications they will certainly give the recommended amount of dosage to m your dog each day. I do suggest you book way ahead a time in advance because they book up very quickly! You will certainly love K-9 Kennels and "Bella" will be going there forever!
