Will you had a sign on your door saying that you were temporarily closed then today you had on your website that you are open tried to call you guys three to four times this morning not very happy so if it says you're open but then you actually had a sign saying that you were temporary closed. Then are you open today but then I've tried to call you. And nobody picked up. Sorry for me being rude if I was.

It's an older store with a variety of things to choose from. And for the most part everybody that works there's pretty nice

I'm in the checkout and the cashier is talking on her phone. There's two people behind me and she was barley even paying any attention to me. When I asked if she could double bag my items she couldn't hear me because she was too busy talking on her phone. Wow how rude is it for you to be on the clock and talking on your phone when you are supposed to be helping customers. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Tried to look at a prepaid cell phone..was told I wasn't allowed to read the box or hold it ..which is ridiculous..how do I even know what card to buy with it or even see the phone..and then he wants to give me an attitude.. 5:30 Aug.25,2022..

Tryed to down load your store app, which I down loaded once before, & then removed it, My wife found something that was on sale, but you had to use a DG down loaded coupon, So I said O.K, I will download the DG APP, so I tried to do it, with the not so helpful staff, they tried to help, but there is only so much they can do, they have other customers to wait on.After 20 minutes of trying to down load the App, & my wife getting madder by the minute, I gave up.It kept telling me my pass word was wrong, well Duh, it wanted my pass word from the 1st time I down loaded the App a year ago when I took the 1st app out of my phone.Wouldn't except new pass word.So said to much trouble to screw with, put the product I was going to buy back on shelve & left.Not a happy shopping experience.

Not a great experiece tonight. Asked why all the items were turned backwards...was told it was for inventory reasons. Seriously? Shut down your store before basically turning people away from purchasing.

They do not offer curbside pickup. In case someone at this establishment hasn't realized, there is a global pandemic happening. In a town with rapidly increasing cases, not offering curbside pickup is atrocious, and selfish.

My girlfriend works at the dollar general in sutton ne and was disgusted by how dirty the store was and how inconvenient it is to get to certain items

ask the cashier if they discounted their magazines, which I thought they did, and her response was, I have no idea ! I have been a cashier, and I think that's one of the rudest remarks a cashier can tell a customer
