We have been taking our pup to Melanie since his 1st grooming. Every single time our dog is treated amazing and comes home happy and looking fantastic! She works with our schedule very well, and is incredibly polite and professional! We met Melanie for the first time today. I watched her and her staff interact with multiple animal customers and each one was being talked to and loved and celebrated. I could sense her passion and pride on her career. My dog looks fantastic and was at ease when we came for him. Normally he isn't like that after being left with strangers. So happy to have Melanie and her team here in Waverly!
