I give less then a zero was in the area for a few hours seen this was a rescue went here wanted information on their rescues there was an older lady inside at the desk would not even look at me door was locked there was an adorable tuxedo cat with a mustache in the front window that could have possibly found a home with me but that was so rude at least come to the door say I’m sorry I can’t help you it does not look like this rural town is so busy with people waiting in line outside . Appears to have a lot of cats they came up to the window a few tuxedo cats adorable

Entirely run by volunteer staff who clearly care about the animals. Please help how you can by donation of money, goods, or better yet, your time. There is a great need for socializing and loving on these cats and dogs while they wait for their furever homes.

I was inexplicably banned from their Facebook page because I don't support Jordan's Way, a for profit company that takes 25% of all the donations they bring in during their fundraiser. Lack of transparency.

Very shady. Went to see a dog, asked what needed to be done for an evaluation. Called to set up and was told pet had been adopted.Pet was still listed on Petfinder and I received an email that you had a match for us. It was the same animal. Called as soon as I got the the email, was told it was adopted and was now off the website. Tried to look you up on the bbb website..... oh wow... you’re not even listed.

I've been using SCLP/SCP for just about 5 years now! My English Setter Marley has been attending Daycare here while I'm at work for long days or out of town. I'm a very protective mother and would pop in periodically to see how he was being treated and if he looked like he was having fun. The answer was always yes he is happy, safe and being watched over to keep him safe and well adjusted with other dogs. I would highly recommend the facility. It is great that we have a place like this in Wahoo!

We have adopted 2 dogs from here. We are forever grateful for finding sclp they have been wonderful to work with. I cannot imagine how many cats and dogs have been saved by this rescue over the years 🐾😍

I found an amazing cat and there's lots of other amazing cats and dogs there too. Also the staff is very nice and will tell you everything you need to know.
