Ended up getting my whole order wrong. My drinks were the wrong sizes I didn't get my sundae or cone. And didn't get my fries with my meal. My sons banana also was black and starting to rot. Not to mention I sat there at the window for 15 mins and was watching teenagers just sitting there flirting with their female coworkers. Very unprofessional to leave kids unsupervised in a work environment and not correct their work ethic

Unfortunately the service here isn’t great. Went in with my family and ordered blizzards. Two smalls and two minis so definitely nothing outrageous. Wasn’t too busy when we walked in and ordered either. Well as more people walked in after us started getting their orders before us I started to get a little frustrated. I waited about 15 minutes before really speaking up. Mind you I was also in there with my 15 month old and my 14 year olds who just wanted what they ordered. The young kid behind the counter was actually really rude acting like it was ridiculous I asked where I order was and why everyone else was getting theirs before us. He said he was making ours…rudely giggled with the other teen worker in there and proceeded to continue to give people in the drive thru and more people who walked in behind us their orders. At that point I really was upset and again asked where our order was to yet another young teenager. They too gave some excuses and acted like I was frustrated for no reason. Took me 20 minutes to get my order. They really should have someone older in management supervise the younger staff because they shouldn’t be working there without help. Over all not a great experience.

We had a bad experience. Hopefully yours is better. We went on a Saturday night around 7:30. We ordered a couple burger meals and some ice cream. We didn't get our meals for about 20 minutes and they were cold. Mine was supposed to have lettuce and there was just one small slice. They were pretty busy serving chill orders.

Couldn't get our order correct after repeating it three times; then charged the incorrect amount, wouldn't refund the order and then charged my card again for the full amount plus some. Really disappointed the employee chose to not slow down and rushed me out the of line. It's only an extra 5-10 bucks but definitely made the trip for ice cream a disappointment, management needs to oversee the young staff better and provide them better training.

It's is much appreciated that the food is fresh. They excel at this part, but the service is lacking at best. When you sit in the drive through for 1/2 hour or more this is not good. There is no motivation in the service. There are times you get that Dairy Queen craving, but the thought of sitting for that long knowing your going to be there for a while, on top of what you ordered not being correct, it will make you not want to go there. Put some effort into the service you are providing. Act like you can half way get things right. Blend the blizzards up the correct way, not just topping thrown on the top and nothing in the rest. Things like this soften that wait period a little bit.

We went through the drive thru ordered a meal deal and a combo and some desert I love how everything is made fresh. The food and freshness is worth the wait which was not long at all. Everything was hot and fresh couldn't have asked for a better experience we will definitely be coming back again soon. We were however unable to order fountain drinks due to co2 issue (but things happen) we were more than happy with the shakes we ordered in place of fountain drinks and they still had many other beverages available love this location!!

I'd give negative stars if I could. Very poor customer service. The place is ran by teenagers with no adult supervision. I've had two bad experiences in a row. This time I ordered two blizzards. As I waited the two groups of customers who ordered after me got their orders before I did. And when the snotty little girl finally brought them out she sat them down and walked away. They've lost my business for good.

Worth the wait! I have a picky family, so every item has an adjustment. But they nailed it! I can't remember the last time our order was perfect! Fries were hot and fresh, grilled chicken wasn't dry and super tasty. Drive-thru line was long, but I don't regret it. We'll definitely go back when I'm Wahoo!

We stopped here while we were driving through the town. The gentleman that took our order was very nice. We ordered the lunch specials which includes a drink and sundae. My son wanted a chocolate shake so instead of a drink and sundae, the gentleman gave him a chocolate shake at no extra charge. The BBQ burger didn't look anything like the picture, it was much smaller than what was pictured, but the food was good. Will be back the next time we pass through town.

A popular place in town, this is the one place in town to get ice cream on a hot summer day. It can be overlooked if you quickly glance, though, because the outside is white now instead of the traditional red DQ has had for years.The staff is always friendly, efficient, and quick. I'm guessing this might be due in part to the small town work ethic. Either way, this city gal finds it refreshing.

It never fails it seems like every time I go hear something is wrong with my order. order a cheesecake Blizzard and the cheesecake is so pulverized they're not bite-size pieces anymore. Order a cheeseburger plain get everything on it. Ask for a chocolate dipped twist cone get offered a cherry dipped vanilla cone. Not my first choice in dairy Queen's to go to.

I give Tom and his son 5 stars. If your ever there while they are working the customer service is worth every penny. But sadly.. and consistently for the kids he highers that work the night shift and weekends are some of the poorest workers I've seen. Mainly the girls that work there. Its annoying when you can count on dealing with attitudes each time you visit there.

Very disappointed in the service at dairy Queen. It took a while to get someone to take my order for my blizzard. We were in a hurry and that made it us more anxious to get to Omaha since we were on a deadline. I found staff was standing around talking.

Every single time I try to give it another chance I'm never failed to be dissatisfied. I don't remember the last time I ordered and got what I ordered correctly. Tonight I ordered the cookie sundae thing and got a brownie. A few weeks ago I ordered a loose meat with cheese and got a plain loose meat. Prior to that I ordered a hot fudge sundae with chocolate ice cream and I got it with vanilla. I only order one thing when I come through and I don't know if the kids don't pay attention or don't care or can't figure out simple orders... just so irritated every time I leave the drive through...

Small town DQ...what is there not to like. Stopped in here after fishing with the kids. Nothing beats a blizzard after a hot day on the lake...chili cheese dogs were solid as well.

Worst dq I've EVER been to! I'm always dissatisfied. I've gave this dq so many chances. It's just a joke. They either mess up my order, don't give enough in it, forget something, and this last time a lady was rude to me. Not only that but the blizzard I received had barely any cookie dough in it and none on top. I won't go here again. Don't waste your time. Travel to a dq somewhere else.

Use the Dairy Queen app to get great deals on great food! You can always depend upon Dairy Queen to satisfy your Sunday night ice cream cravings. They have good lunches at good prices, best to go in and sit down and eat.

Second visit, thought I'd give it another chance. Incorrect order again. Fries were cold (again), unwanted toppings on the cheeseburger made it inedible. Either the staff is hard of hearing or inattentive, or the microphone in the drive through is broken. $20 lesson learned. Good luck, DQ, you're gonna need it.

The cashier here was very friendly and understanding of our group when one person needed to find out if menu items were gluten free. He was honest when he didn't know, and patient and understanding while we looked it up online!

Ordered a sundae through the drive thru. Teen-agers were messing around. Didn't even come to the window to greet me. I was their only customer to help at the moment and they threw some bag around from the hot fudge container. Finally I just drove off.

It's pretty much your standard DQ. They don't serve your blizzard upside down, just because they add a few extra toppings on it. I'll take the toppings over it served upside down. One thing you won't find elsewhere is the guy that makes the cakes! He does an amazing job! You won't find ice cream cakes like these at your normal DQ.
