This store went above and beyond for us. We showed up 30 minutes before close as we were in need of a specific snow blower. We arrived from 30 minutes away to only find out the snow blower was built and would not fit in our suv. “Andy” offered to take the snow blower to our home. We are so grateful. All the workers at the store were helpful and kind!

We love the Valley Ace! The employees are super friendly and helpful every time we go in and the selection is awesome! We can get crafting stuff and kitchen gadgets for me, and bbq and home improvement stuff for him. I’m surprised every time I go by the stuff I can get there instead of having to drive in to Omaha. They have everything you would expect in a hardware stuff but then so much more too. It’s our new go-to store before we resort to a trip into the city!

Just took one of the granddaughters in to walk around and see everything to offer. We were greeted right away and told them we were just checking them out. So many things that I have gone all the way to Omaha or Elkhorn to buy that I didn’t know they had. I’m impressed!!

It's the new Ace Hardware in Valley.I knew of it opening,but just didn't have,or take time to stop in.So, I did. And I was greeted by a couple of men working on a Sunday.They were polite and I told them I just have to walk through a check it out!I walked up and down every aisle to just kind of skim through and see what I could see.Very nice layout, decent size store and lots of things for everyone.I really like that they have the specialty area of bolts, nuts and other different odd (in a good way) that you will not find at big box stores.And I've noticed Ace Hardware has a smell (not bad) in there stores that's appealing to me, lol.I didn't buy anything that day, but I will definitely stop back and browse and buy next time.Welcome to Valley,And thanks for building here.Mark Mathews
