There was no greeting upon entry. The store was not busy so they can’t even lean on that. The restrooms were clean the roller grills were stocked. Then as we’re approaching the gas cashier I greet him because again no greeting and we got no acknowledgment from him. He just stared at us like we were bothering him? I thanked him on our way out and still nothing. The man didn’t say one word to us the whole time. I used to work for Loves so I know the expectations and I don’t even expect that but a simple hello and thank you for coming is just common decency. I’m disappointed that Loves (Kevin, Fred, Duncan) is allowing people like this to be on front line! Do better guys

love to go to the gas station but not anymore because of the rude people over there I just got a sandwich from Subway guy jump on me because for no reason I should apologize so the other person in Subway which doesn’t have nothing to do with it I just got sandwich and didn’t want to get dry sandwich Toasted only

Got completely ignored when I walked in, and tried to find someone to check on the shower status because there's hardly ever a line at 0230. Finally just grabbed what I needed and had to ask the cashier what was going on. No signs or nothing. It's sad when nobody can even take the time to give some sort of warning, I've had others not let you reserve them on the mobile app when they were down.

I stop here alot, and I might have to avoid it as it is turning bad. Overflowing garbage cans and trash around lot.Employees don't care and all they do is complain when I go inside..

I had the pleasure of interacting with Jazmyn at Love's gas station, and I can confidently say that she is the best and most caring employee I've ever encountered at a gas station. Jazmyn's exceptional customer service skills and her genuine care for each customer set her apart. Subway closed early. Couldnt get anything to eat. Bathrooms were disgusting. No hot water at sinks to shave. Showers are closed overnight until 6:30am. Staff is rude and non professional. Poor work ethics.I would not recommend this business.

Subway closed again at 5pm. Last week they were closed at 7pm on a weekday also. Can't say there is any reason for me to shop here anymore - i guess i'll take my business some place where i can get a meal after a 14hr day.

Gas Price was good. Staff and fountain Dr. Pepper lousy. Dr. Pepper which cost me $1.49 plus tax (hint, hint, Casey's is $1.28 out the door for my mug refill), and the Dr. Pepper was so bad it got tossed out. This has never been a very good Love's in the first place, hence this being only my second visit since it opened.

One of my favorite truck stops, very clean showers, always friendly stuff, mostly available parking. Thank you to every one of your team, who make our trips easier. I'm sorry for some of my colleagues who are mean and not appreciate what they get but your hard works mean a lot to us. Thank you!

People are always friendly here. Showers are always clean. It sucks that there's A Subway here as it's gross. It's like the jack in a box of the samich world. Good coffee here though. Usually no wait for fuel.

My experience with this Loves Has been only excellent. Every inch of this place is displayed correctly cleanliness n can be viewd at Eye level. The staff is professional courteous and all full of smiles and halloes every time you walk into the place. My over all experience is the best I've seen in a truck stop/ Pit stopped for anyone. The restaurants are super clean. I give them more stars but there's only 5. Thank you thank you thank you.

This Love's is the best kept secret. I found it on a trucker app that my husband and I use and we couldn't be more happy with this establishment. The store is spotless, bathrooms spotless, the lot and fuel island are well taken care of. Jake Christie, the GM is fantastic. His customer service skills are amazing. He's very personable and easy to talk to, very outgoing, helpful and knowledgeable. We did a 34 hour restart here and I saw him doing anything to help out his employees, whether it was at the fuel desk, making subs at Subway, taking out the trash, you name it. That's very admirable. The only thing missing from this Love's is a Tire Shop. My husband and I would have loved to get some work done while we were down but we're a little dissapointed when we noticed there wasn't a Tire Shop.

I don't stop here often, only for fuel, coffee and restrooms. I'm so tired of Subway, and the smell of it makes me nauseous , same for Chester's. Sales would be just as good or better with better food choices.

To be honest, I had a rough experience at the Subway, but Chad wouldn't let me leave until I was happy! They gained a customer for life! Just remember to call ahead to the Subway if you need 4+ sandwiches:)

Very nice gas station and staff very helpful. On way home from camping trip in Omaha we pulled in to get diesel on semi/truck side and got turned around in store and all staff helped me out and made sure I was taking care of.

This place is great! The only bad thing is how much it cost to buy anything these days! It's not this place it's everywhere! I mean candy bars and bags of chips you can't find any of them for a dollar anymore!
