This is the worst place to stay! They got into our food in our fridge, and when I confronted them they played dumb. They were very rude to us and gave us super big attitude, and got testy. They are the worst people ever working there the night and morning people. They will go through your stuff in your room when you aren’t there, and treat you very poorly. The beds are also very uncomfortable, and it smells like wet dog through the whole place.

If you are looking for a quiet comfy room, this isn’t the place. The bed was the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept on…..hard as a rock. You would be more comfy sleeping in your car. The bathroom was dirty - the mirror had toothpaste on it, the shower was made for people 4 foot or shorter and there was some type of funky red mold on the bath/shower caulking. We have taken all super 8 off all our future travel itineraries.

After a long day, we arrived late - night staff not very welcoming. Rooms were average at best and could use better care- however the cleaning staff were smiling and friendly in the morning. Which left much to be desired from the man who checked us out… no smile, no thanks for staying with us, just an overpriced room and left me with the feeling that this is our last time at a Super 8!The outside surroundings were noisy and dirty, like in a chaotic, busy, and dusty part of town.Noteworthy details: Overpriced

This hotel should shut down until the owners get their act together and make needed repairs.During our stay there was no hot water, wifi was down, our shower and tub didn’t work, tv didn’t work, and many of the electrical outlets didn’t work (!) Top that off with the room reeking of cigarette smoke, stained sheets and towels with holes. Several family members were staying in other rooms and didn’t fare much better; all rooms smelled of smoke and several had AC issues in addition to no hot water/no tv/no wifi. The advice of the rude and dismissive male desk attendant was to go somewhere else (all hotels in town were sold out). The hotel common areas are run down and uncared for. Unfortunate that this property, a Wyndham brand, is so neglected. It’s understandable that a storm may have affected several elements however the management should make concessions and up their customer service versus deflecting issues back to its customers.Avoid like the plague!

Hard pass! This run-down, poorly managed property should not be under the Wyndham umbrella. One of the worst hotels I’ve experienced. If you like everything smelling of cigarette smoke, dirty sheets, worn scratchy towels, no hot water, broken showers, non-working tubs, non-working WiFi, ac issues, misspelled signs around the property, run down, uncared for properties then this is your place!To make matters worse, the owner will justify any/all legit problems and deflect on the customer or Mother Nature - no proper customer service training or tact on how to approach guests.

I got caught in a horrific thunderstorm and there was no way I was staying in my camper. This was the only hotel in town that had a vacancy (its Sturgis week) and allowed pets.The owner was courteous, rooms are spotless, staff are happy and chatty.Pool and hot tub were popular with the families that were staying here although I didn't use them.Breakfast was the normal budget hotel fare, scrambled eggs and sausage gravy and biscuits with cereal, waffles, juice, etc.I stayed an extra day, again the owner was very friendly and customer service was excellent.

Keys cards didn't work multiple times had to wait at the the desk for someone to come. Bathroom is disgusting with mold on the ceiling and no hot water in the sink and no pressure in the shower. Do not recommend

Very clean. Bobby gave excellent customer service with a smile! Breakfast was good and hearty and plentiful. We fully enjoyed the pool, hot whirlpool and dry sauna! Very happy with our comfortable stay!

Way better motel then I expected. Front desk person was very nice, friendly, and polite. Hotel is very clean. How many super 8 Myers have pool, hot too, laundry and free breakfast? Not many. Rooms are very good size, cameras for security all over, they have veterans discounts as well with an ID. I would stay at this place every time I come here. I even ate breakfast with a cleaning lady and she is very friendly. I felt like I was talking to my own grandma other. It was a very good experience.

For the room that we were in smelt like stale cigarette ashtray. The bathtub was slow draining so you're standing in water during the shower. There was a sticky mess in front of the fridge. Also the drapes were broken. Overall expecting from a super 8 motel it was more expensive than a super 8 should be especially for the area and the room was dated. And the breakfast was a super 8 breakfast.

Avoid this motel at all cost.Located in decrepit area, broken down structures all around. Next to a gas station and a truck stop. Hotel room dirty, carpet disgusting, toilet was not attached to the floor, fan in the bathroom did not work. Windows covered in dirt and grime, window shades looked like they never were laundered. Pool not bigger than bathtub, with slimy floors.1 star for the biscuit and gravy breakfast, but beware of expired milk in the fridge.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The worst hotel stay ever!!! Got to my room in the evening and left first thing in the morning. It seemed that there were flies in the room, but it turn out to be FLEAS!!!. A week later (I stayed for the 4th July weekend) and I still have over 20 red bites that are itchy. Called the company and filed a complain, a week later and I have not heard back. The bathroom had black mold around the bathtub! Worst hotel expirence ever!!!!

It was so amazing. Older motel but better then the other guys in town. I've stayed at then all..... Breakfast starts at 2am for hunting season. Gary the owner/manager is so amazing. Ac broke, fixed b4 I got back from my evening hunt. Always fixes everything immediately. Hands down best hotel/motel in town. Great prices 👍. Definitely will return as always. Oh yeah...... Nice pool and hot tub. Idk what else to say except for come check them out. You won't regret it.

Owner was very nice. I had dog with me but I'm highly allergic to cats and he was kind enough to show me the room which was very clean and didn't have any cat smellHe even offerex to deduct pet fee not sure if he did as my credit card bill was a little high. The only problem I had was the gravel parking lot and only because I felt bad for bringing so much sand in room. I highly recommend this place.

The owner is the guy at the desk. I called to nook a room for one night. Online the room was 90. He charged me 150. I asked him why it was cheaper online and he was very rude. And would not cancel because he already ran my card. Rooms were less than desirable expecially for the price. I book rooms daily for my work and will never do business here again.

Very clean room breakfast area and pool are also very clean the hallway is clean each entry had a trash can and was kept clean also.linen and towels clean without odor and looks to have recent updates which is a plus.The STAFF very friendly and professional dressed appropriate and no use of foul language. There is a sign on the DESK warning of no smoking of ANY kind which is another plus..I would stay multiple times and recommend multiple times. Breakfast and coffee fresh and tasty.

The evening clerk would not take our Caa card said it was not the same as triple A . She did not give us a discount or points on our Wyndham card. The breakfast was awful . When we told the clerk that the food was gone they did nothing to replace it Terrible service. Will NOT stay there again.Food & drinks: Was awful

One of the better super 8's I have stayed at. Great breakfast selections. Awesome indoor pool. Very accommodating friendly staff. The hot tub was PIPING HOT. I'm pretty sure they were using bleach in the hot tub as it changed the color of my bathing suit from blue to brown lol. Looking forward to staying here again.

The room was clean but I had my dogs with me and had to have a pet friendly room. I always check my room out before bringing my stuff in and also before bringing my dogs in. When I first walked into my room there was a distinct smell of urine in the room. I should've asked for a different room but didn't. Despite the smell of the room I would stay again since the service I received at the front desk was very pleasant and the room I had was clean.

Rooms were surprisingly clean for most part. Bed very uncomfortable, view out window was interesting, a broke down vehicle and a tin building on the east side (even # rooms). Hot breakfast had little flavor, and selection limited. Hot tub was really hot, higher than the posted 104 degrees. Swimming pool really cold. Went to check out but no one around lobby to talk to.

Rooms are clean and nice. But temperature of Jacuzzi was too high, and the temperature of the water in the pool so low. Didn't have a chance to enjoy them. Service is good. Breakfast are pretty nice with so many options

I stay in a lot of Super 8's and this is one of the better ones for sure. I have stayed at this one multiple times now and it has been consistently good. Pool, hot tub and sauna with your usual continental breakfast included. They have really good internet and free HBO on a higher end TV system you don't typically see in hotels in this price range. Rooms were clean and well lit. There is semi and large RV parking in the back if needed. Right next to a gas station and some decent restaurants.

Location is fairly central; without having to drive, it is easy to walk 2 blocks or less to visit a gas station, various stores and restaurants. Rooms were clean, not very large - but not extremely small. Decent space for our time spent at the hotel and members of our family that were on the trip. Pool, hot tub and sauna are clean and well maintained but pool is not huge, good for family fun.
