Very unhappy with the attitude and lack of compassion shown to me by the lady working the day I tried to takey new puppy in for shots. Without even an examination, she told me my puppy, "probably has Parvo," just because he hadn't eaten his last two meals hardly at all. NO other symptoms btw, he was full of energy in fact. I was almost in tears, as she made me feel like a bad puppy mom for not getting his shots sooner. (He was appx 11 weeks old at that point.) I had only had him 4 days and had kept him away from any other dog exposure.
