Compared to other vape shops price are very reasonable & They had a very good selection.Every week they had new products on the shelf & they keep bringing new products all the time that make me more happy so I can try something different.Please stop by and check out. You will love this place.Staff are very friendly and helpful.They do value their customers.Once I requested them to bring some CBD products and next week they got the product that I had requested. It's shows how they take care of their business and customerI'm their regular customer since they opened the store from 2022, and I bought all my vape products from this store.

UPDATE 2/27. JUST PURCHASED A PRODUCT LESS THAN 24 HOURS AGO AND IT QUIT WORKING. THE EMPLOYEE VERIFIED THAT IT IS A DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT AND THEY REFUSE TO DO AN EXCHANGE MOST THEY OFFERED WAS NOT EVEN HALF OFF. I GOT TO USE THE PRODUCT 3 TIMES AND IT QUIT WORKING. THEY JUST LOST A REGULAR CUSTOMER AND ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS ASSOCIATED WITH ME.EDIT: After the owners response, I have contacted the manufacturer of the product in question and have confirmed that they offer a warranty. So it proves that this place has no interest in helping you.

Don't live in Syracuse but I always stop in when I'm there, great customer service and great selection. However on a Thursday at 9:53am the store is closed even though they open at 9:30am lights off and doors locked...no sign explaining or anything..

The employees are awesome people and pretty good reasonable price on the vapes i bought some there … and good location to… I’m from Tecumseh are surrounding area so it makes it easier to go to instead of going out of ur way… Definitely recommended if u vape or what not u do ….
