Colt provided EXCELLENT customer service!! I was having trouble with the pump prompts, the buttons were frozen. Colt was picking up the trash bags and came over to assist! I was very impressed with his willingness to offer help!!! High Five Colt!

I parked here last night plenty of spaces but the lot was full of dirty snow on the ground I had a hard time to park but I thought 💭 well maybe in the morning they clan it..wrong it was worst they don’t care no respect for the drivers even when these are the reason they have a business.

If I could give negative stars I would. The cashier Tanner was incredibly rude and condescending. He make comments about my weight and the fact that I was buying candy that according to him I "obviously don't need". I remaind nice an courteous despite his comments and when I was leaving I said thank you. He responded with "you're not welcome." Thus is disgusting behavior for someone working in customer service and she should not be working there.

Roughly 1-2 years ago my boyfriend worked for them so I was always up there. I made “friends” with a lot of the workers at the time. The workers would give me free drinks and such. I never really bothered anyone. 9/10 if I was up there I’d stop and say hello to my boyfriend and then I’d go sit on the Hardee’s side and watch my phone until he was off. I was banned from loves for “taking drinks” and “distracting the employees” which wasn’t true. It wasn’t a manager who told me I was banned. They had another worker (who we were living with at that time) tell me I was banned from the store. So still to this day I’m banned from the store because of lies.

These « not on a major interstate » truck stops are always the cleanest and you’ll have no problems finding parking. Really clean showers

Unpleasant Experience..Felt unwelcome, Workers seemed to be a little racist.. No good Morning as to most drivers were been Greeted nicely & on the other hand I was being ignored! Older Guy just kept staring made me feel Harassed.. Seems like they've never seen a Hispanic Person before! 🤔

Loves is doing it right. Jessica took care of me with a smile and Austin is a sharp young man who will soon be a manager I'm sure. Thank you Mr Love for helping the local economy and helping truck drivers like me have a great place to go in the middle of the night!

My first time at this loves and likely my last. The store itself was pretty clean and well lit. Parking is pretty much like all Loves, about 50-60 truck capacity. However, there are plenty other truck stops heading either direction where you are not made to feel like you are getting on the clerks nerves just coming. I didn't catch the girl's name working overnight but but I felt very unwelcome. I'll still stop at Loves, just not this one. They have pretty good coffee.

A pretty nice Love's... clean restrooms and store. Hardee's inside... I didn't like the Hardee's very much they gave me a cold burger with cold cheese and cold bacon on it....

Great bathrooms. You can never account for other customer’s behavior (no masks) these days but the staff are hard working, friendly, and I’m sure underpaid $$. The Hardee’s has restricted hours 5am-11pm due to Covid.

No hot water for showers. 🤬 two days without one cause the schedule and finally get a lunch to stop for a shower. I’m disappointed.

I've always loved Love's so when i see the sign for their stop, I definitely pull over. :) This stop is very nice. Has lots of different snacks and even has some shopping, like trinkets, souvenirs, stuff for everyone, literally. Knives, stuffed animals, phone gear, travel neck pillows, clothes, purses, jewelry, wallets, keychains, car stereos and while we were here I heard them announce that someone's shower reservation was ready. Lots of drinks and hot food and they have the biggest selection of jerky I have seen. Its not like a whole aisle of jerky but they have lots of brands and flavors.

The “purified drinking water” taste toxic. And it’s 9$ for 24 after tax. Do not buy unless you want to die or poison someone.

Even though the prices are out of this world expansive, but with the point system and free coff and free showers, you don't feel shafted all the way.Over all this place is very clean the customer service is very good.One more positive thing about this place it does not charge for parking.Love's system has lots varieties, and all travel supplies you need, but convenience cost more.

For truckers...Quiet, still had spots available at 7 p.m. little short handed, but doing their best. Someone said no showers, but that's just in the app. There are 5 showers, large and clean, you have to get a key.

Most loves I go to are 5 star stores.. clean and friendly is more than a slogan for these stores... but I'm tired of them not having laundry. This place has a game room and no laundry 😕

I "LOVE" this place!!! We stop here every time we go to Lincoln from our house in Auburn. The bathrooms are nice and clean. There are many choices for drinks and snacks not to mention a plethora of gift items that are reasonably priced. They also offer fresh fruit as a purchase option.

Don't like this chain of truck stops. Employees are just there for paycheck. They have no knowledge of the products they sell. Water faucets don't stay on, never any hand cleaner, paper towels are never resupplied.

Excellent facility, clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location. Well stocked with exception to vendor choice on flavors and sale pricing from Frito Lay and Monster Java coffee drinks.

Actually, I would give it five stars as a truck stop. Four stars as a convenience store and three stars as an eatery. While there may be some healthy options such as vegetable and fruit cups or boiled eggs, they are miniscule (and expensive) compared to the chips, jerky and roller grill. You can buy two fully loaded hot dogs for less than it costs for snack cup of baby carrots and a few small ribs of celery. I will say that the store has been clean on the times that I've been there.

I'll give 5 stars when the shower situation gets fixed. I know it's not the associates fault, it's the main corporate people's fault for not fixing the problem in time. Be advised to be waiting up to an hour for a shower but other than that, showers are clean, bathrooms are clean and the staff is super nice and friendly.

Perfect! Plenty of overnight parking for RVs and trucks, etc. Nice big (considering its a truck stop!) Fenced in dog park area. One of our easiest and favorite stops from Idaho to Maine.

When you’re traveling across the country on a road trip woth small children, you find yourself in some pretty sorry looking bathrooms. This place was so wonderful! So clean and bright. The people were cheerful and helpful. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I HAD to come and write a review, even though it’s taken a bit over a year to do it! But it was that memorable.Ben, a manager at the time was finishing a night shift when we got stranded there in the morning about to head home 900 miles away. Alternator went out!Ben helped us out a bit before he headed off to get some sleep. He really made it possible for us to do what we needed to get the repair finished and off on our way.He went above and beyond his duty and we will be forever grateful.

Place was super clean and Julie is definitely an all star between cleaning up the drink area and checking out customers by herself she always made sure to give great customer service. I definitely felt welcome :)
